I also found out that we have left-hand traffic, because the driver is sitting on the left side! However, then, the next day, they apologized! They admitted they were wrong! But the headlight was finally changed! I applied on 09/28/2022 with a request to eliminate the coolant leak! Changed the tee, paid 100 rubles. A month later, on 02.10.2022, the scoreboard showed the absence of liquid! The tank turned out to be empty! I drove them a car, asked them to figure it out! A day later they called and said there was no leak! Like, I'm making something up! I asked, check carefully, there is a liter bottle of antifreeze in the trunk, from which I poured about 700 ml of liquid into the tank! They said OK, let's check it out! After that, for five days, I called to find out what was wrong with the car! the answer was, everything is under control, we will raise the engine head, maybe the liquid goes into the engine! I called you last night! They said that I was manipulating my car, everything was fine, no one was going to do anything anymore! I picked up the car today! In the same year, they contacted 08.07.2022 with the fact that the left rear wheel creaks. We need to find the cause and eliminate it. Upon arrival, we are simply informed after the fact that we have drilled the disk (without even asking), and assured that everything will be fine. The next day, everything became much worse. I had to fight to return the money, and prove to myself that the problem with the caliper, and the bent brake disc is a consequence. They assured me that nothing is in danger, and this creaking is the norm. As a result, it turns out that there is a problem with the caliper, it is jammed, and at any moment the wheel could jam. It's pitch dark, comrades! Drive around and don't come in here.

We drove the car for suspension diagnostics and error reading before buying. Arriving at the appointed time, it turned out that no one knew anything. We waited for the master to be released. We waited. We looked at the suspension, said that everything is super-duper, the suspension is in excellent condition, the nuance is only with the fuel filter, which was then replaced. The same thing happened with reading errors, the chip was inserted, they said that everything was great. Accordingly, having given money for the work and faithfully believing the words of experts, the car was purchased the next day. A few days later, we stopped at another service station, planning to replace oils / filters and other consumables. They "pleasantly" surprised us there, saying that the rear suspension is in shit, the front one is already suitable. They also read the computer there and said that all the errors had been safely removed quite recently.

There are no queues, fast, a good selection of spare parts, an adequate price for the work and the spare part itself. During the repair, we looked at the suspension, pointed out the parts suitable for replacement, and did not impose anything.
So far everything is fine, the service has not been refused, they took up work day in, day out, today I called and immediately served, since the car is 20 years old, they explained why they could not do what I wanted, but immediately offered another repair option.
Well done guys. The work is well established, everything is clear and to the point. The administrators will answer any questions, order a PO, if necessary.. All that is missing is a separate waiting area to sit quietly waiting and, if possible, watch the process on the screen.. But in fact, you can walk around the K21 block, go to shops, a coffee shop, etc.
