Since its opening, for 16 years now, this hotel has been a place of strength for our family. Spending a weekend here, enjoying the surrounding nature, breathing in the sea coniferous air is the best idea for a small vacation.
The hotel offers decent conditions for any category of guests. A good breakfast, cozy rooms, spas and pools, as well as a beauty salon help to fully relax even in such a short time.
The most important advantage of the hotel is the spa area. And very beautiful views. The location is excellent, the breakfasts are decent, and many treatments are offered. But there are big problems with wi-fi. He's not in the room! Only in common areas

The hotel is very nice, there are many different spa treatments, it's the best place to relax. A beautiful place, near the Baltic coast. Good nutrition. In recent years, it has become very expensive, 150 euros per day does not please. Someone wrote here that there is good sound insulation in the rooms. That's not so. Once there were Germans living in the next room and every day I had to hear their exercises in the spirit of their "classic" films
A lovely family-run hotel with magnificent views. Excellent SPA complex. Polite staff.

One of the largest Spas in Narva Yisuu. In terms of price and quality, in my subjective opinion, the best. The spa area is small, saunas are present. The staff is polite. The rooms are clean.
The spa is crowded, there is no swimming in the pool, there are a lot of children in circles in the deep pool. Food has become scarce and boring. There is often no salt in the salt sauna.
I had to buy two days in this hotel in order to have a reason to leave Russia. We paid 23 thousand per person for two nights. Parking is included, breakfast and dinner, SPA + 2 treatments. Immediately upon arrival, they started extorting me for € 3 per day for parking. I had to prove that the parking had already been paid for. Proved it. For this, they put me in room 502 with windows overlooking the spa complex. The room is microscopic, stuffy. There is strong industrial noise from the SPA ventilation systems outside the windows. I was tired, I didn't want to swear. I thought they'd turn it all off at night. Alas. At first I slept in the stuffiness, then I opened the window and then I slept like in a factory. As I understand it, all Russian speakers are accommodated in worse rooms.
The breakfasts are good. The buffet is quite decent. The food of the cooking level of Maxima is neither better nor worse. I liked dinner less. Some salads are not edible at all. They are made for visibility, "so that it would be". The chicken is delicious. Potatoes every other time. But there is a choice to eat. You won't stay hungry.
The SPA is cold. I mean all the sauna baths without exception. I understand that the main contingent is families with children and the elderly, but at least the latest sauna could be heated to 80 degrees, if not to 100 degrees. I liked the sauna set. There are very fragrant ones with salt. The hammam is simply gorgeous.
There are no slippers in the room. They can be bought for 2€ at the reception (disposable) or for 30+ at the reception in the SPA.
Of the procedures, I had a salt chamber and a milk bath. The salt chamber is dilapidated. Salt has fallen off the walls in some places and no one returns it to its place. The milk bathroom is an ordinary Jacuzzi with warm water and a simple coniferous extract, which was replaced with milk.
You can rent a bike for € 3 per day and drive around the area. The places are very beautiful. There is a lighthouse nearby, the river flows into the sea. Only the bike seats are very small and cramped, it really hurts for an adult man to sit. You can't hit a lot.
The sea is 300 meters away. It is comfortable to go there, the road is good. The air is fresh. The place itself is amazing. Tourists say Meresuu deteriorated a little over a year ago and has not risen. And it's noticeable.
We rested there on New Year's holidays with children. I liked everything very much, and the spa, massages and all the treatments that are offered by the hotel. The food is also good, varied. Special thanks to all employees for their responsiveness and friendliness.
Nice cozy place, clean and tidy everywhere.Nice rooms, everything you need, TV with Russian channel, air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathroom, hairdryer, soap accessories.Every room is cleaned with high quality..Friendly staff, ready to help at any moment and help. It's too bad that there are no coolers with water, and no bottles of drinking water are put in the room. But we were kindly provided with a kettle in the room.
The SPA area is wonderful, everything is there, everything is thought out to the smallest detail.Everything is very clean, warm and comfortable.
The food is good. The tables are not always cleaned quickly. But they learn fast.
If you decide to visit the buffet for dinner, it is better to go to the opening, after an hour there will be no such variety of fruits and vegetables, the food is simply no longer reported.Only canned food, pickled mushrooms, peppers, beans and corn will remain.
Overall, the impression of the hotel is good.
Excellent location. The bay is two steps away. There is a place to walk. Quiet, clean, well-equipped streets in the town. There is a free scheduled bus from Narva to the hotel. The hotel is clean. Comfortably. The staff speaks Russian. Good baths! The bath ritual is above all praise!
But this is not a water park. There are no slides. Modestly, but with taste. Be ready for a full house on the weekend.
Much more than just a hotel almost on the very shore of the Baltic Sea, one of its bays. If you open the window, especially if the room is facing the sea, the sound of the surf literally captivates, confuses, enchants, bewitches. An open-air wildlife theater. Actually, the sea itself is not far off, it is here, behind the first line of neat houses, and behind a kind of green belt of dense, branching trees. You can see it, those tight, assertive foam ridges. It literally calls, drop everything and hurry up to inhale the intoxicating aroma of Baltic freedom, unrestrained, wild, stunning.
A wonderful place! A delicious restaurant, pasta Bolognese was especially liked) a pleasant area for walking in the woods or on the beach. There are a lot of baths and water treatments... we got a boost of cheerfulness and energy, we will come back more than once!
The hotel administration misled about the new border crossing rules. As a result, the car was turned back to the Russian Federation on the Estonian side. The money is spent, there is no rest. The Estonian police said that this is not the first time that people have traveled to Meresa based on false stories from the hotel administration.
A nice hotel with a wonderful spa complex. Not bad, although not a variety of breakfasts. There is an opportunity to have lunch and dinner at the hotel (we prefer other places, but this is closer to whom). Pools, Jacuzzis, saunas for every taste. There are not very many people in winter: it is comfortable. Magical nature: pine trees, sea, fresh air, silence.
the spa and the hotel are located in a picturesque location on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, pine forest, sandy beach. The hotel itself is very cozy, the rooms are comfortable. The spa is just 5 points, a lot of new things: various saunas, bath rituals. The hotel's policy is aimed at attracting customers, creating comfort and coziness. Most of my friends often go there.
Three huge swimming pools: classic 29 degrees for swimming, warm with current and waterfalls and hot with hydro massage, which can comfortably accommodate 15 people. Fonts with ice water, hydro massage for 4 people. Salt, aroma, Finnish, Turkish steam rooms. A small area with children's slides and a 30 cm deep pool. A "black" bathhouse in a separate building on the street, where due to two boilers the temperature does not drop with constant entry/exit of people, a recreation area on the street with an ice font and a warm hydro massage for 4. The complex's restaurant serves inside the spa, where you can have a cheap and delicious snack (there is a children's menu). Taking into account the purchase of a green card and customs, it is easier, better and cheaper to go there than to LO. When staying at the hotel, THANK YOU for free. The spa is announced as a 4-hour visit, but if you want to stay late, no one will kick you out and will not charge you an additional fee at the exit. I recommend
Everything is great, friendly staff, nice rooms, location, SPA. Comments only on food. In the restaurant, some dishes are simply tasteless. There is always something missing from the bar in the SPA area for cocktails.
We visited Meresuu SPA a week ago. I liked the hotel, it is modern - one can even say fashionable. Everything is arranged in such a way that other people are not always visible. It is located in a beautiful quiet place on the coast, a very wide and convenient promenade, in summer it is just wonderful to walk here, and in winter too. The hotel is clean, the standard room is comfortable, there is nothing superfluous. There is a bathrobe in the room, but there are no slippers, you could put slippers, it's not so expensive for a hotel. SPA : it is convenient to take the elevator down and visit the pools and steam rooms, and also go up to your room. The baths are good, the water in the pool is normal, in a large one it would be possible to make it warmer, it is half empty - not everyone can swim in very cold water. The restaurant is quite decent, the food is five, but the drinks from the vending machine quickly ran out, and there was no continuation. There are no complaints about food. Everything is delicious, the cook did his best. But it's cool in the SPA locker room, not to say cold, and here you can really catch a cold. It would be ideal to increase the temperature in this room. Is it worth staying at this hotel? Definitely worth it. There are a lot of positive emotions and they equalize the disadvantages that exist.
The Deluxe room is excellent, with large panoramic windows, a wonderful sauna complex, the main thing is to choose the right time to visit, sometimes there are a lot of people. The breakfasts are good, hearty, the buffet for dinner is also good, and the a la carte menu is even better!)
We like to stop here occasionally for a rest. A good SPA, decent baths! Everything is at a high level. Feel free to come and relax from the hustle and bustle of the city!
We visited Meresuu with the whole family with a small child (2.5 years old). We were put in a family room and provided with a baby cot. I liked the water complex with a variety of pools and saunas. Positive emotions and impressions remained from visiting the hotel. We will be happy to come again.
A beautiful place, cozy rooms and everything would be fine, but despite the rather expensive package, most of the procedures were scheduled for lunch time with three meals a day. When asked to postpone the procedures to another time in order to have lunch, a girl from the World of Beauty and Health refused us and informed us that we were being serviced on a RESIDUAL BASIS. There are few visitors at the hotel at this time, it is not high season, some packages with breakfast and dinner, without lunch. Why is it not warned when selling vacation packages about the impossibility of lunches or the inconvenience of procedures? After all, it would be possible not to pay for dinners and not to hear unpleasant words "on a residual basis". The rest is a little spoiled(
I really liked everything!!! I was almost not in the room. A good spa. Polite staff. Beautiful view. Clean air. Breakfast, dinner included, buffet, food for every taste.
There are many advantages. It's not far from St. Petersburg. There is a buffet for lunch and dinner. I like saunas and their variety. The bus runs according to the schedule to Narva, and this is already a city with shopping centers. Near Narva Bay with sand and pine trees. Beauty.
We have a great time at this hotel, celebrate birthdays there ,get away from the festive fuss ,the spa is generally super , with children it's the best ,children are in sight , bath retouches every hour . There is a children's playground , With children there !!

This is the best spa hotel from St. Petersburg. You can take the bus directly to the hotel door. It's so comfortable here that you can forget everything. Baths, beach, service, fragrance, services. The only negative was a bad lunch and dinner. All salads are made with mayonnaise, there is no good meat or chicken. We can say that we were hungry and did not enjoy the food. But the restaurant opposite is super and the price and quality. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!!
Great!
A wonderful, comfortable hotel;
the magical nature around; a wonderful water complex, where it is interesting for both adults and children.
I will definitely come again))
Well done, everything is very pleasant and decent!! Clean and cozy. If the water center were open until 23.00 on Friday and Saturday...It would be even better! And these days there would be an opportunity to dance! That would be great.!!! Thank you. We'll be there soon.
We spend our family holidays in this hotel every winter! Very calm, cozy, delicious buffet! And the spa area is generally a fairy tale: 8 different baths, including salt, aroma, Turkish, Finnish, with Himalayan salt and others; 4 Jacuzzi pieces, one of them outside, 2 fonts, a pool for kids, a pool with warm water and current, as well as a cool pool!!!) the staff is friendly, if there are problems, they solve it quickly!) I advise everyone!
On March 8, I went to the spa center of this hotel. I liked everything very much, for a small amount of money I rented a bathrobe and a towel for 2 €, i.e. you can not take anything with you except a swimsuit. Of the disadvantages, there was a strong smell of chlorine and the Russian bath worked poorly at only 60C °, and there were small inconveniences in connection with the repair. I was also satisfied with the buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which cost 10€. Definitely I will visit again
We took a package with breakfast, dinner and treatments. Everything is at the highest level-specialists, food, rest... I would especially like to mention the work of the chefs, it is very tasty!
Everything is fine, but it's going nowhere. However, there is a free bus to Narva. You can visit the castle with a more interesting tour.Admission is 8 euros. There are two shopping malls in Narva. And so only to be treated. There is a museum in Ust-Narva not far from the Meresu Hotel. This hotel is the most suitable.Maxim's store is two stops away or 1.5km away.
A normal spa hotel. For 3 stars. There are always a lot of people. The spa is packed. The rooms are small. The breakfast is modest . But the staff is friendly. It's a great place. The bay is nearby
Normal, standard and nearby. If you want to be in Europe with a reasonable budget for expenses, with service in your native language and two steps from the seashore, then you are here.
It's a great place. Great SPA! There are at least 9 different saunas, swimming pools, Jacuzzis. The main thing is friendly people and staff. Everyone speaks Russian, no problem! Full breakfasts and lunches. Everything is delicious and a lot! I definitely recommend it!!!
A cramped spa complex. I didn't like the lack of order, the lack of looking. You can swim in the pool, and a child who has played too much can jump on your head. Otherwise, I liked everything. The food is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, cozy and clean. Nuris is nearby, next time, like previous visits, I will stay there.

the rooms are battered, not the first line, good breakfasts, just awesome bath rituals. A lot of pennies on weekends)
I liked everything very much. We went with a baby who is 4 months old - so he was provided with an additional cot, bath accessories for going to the SPA complex (bathrobe and towel). The location is excellent, there is a free bus from the hotel to the customs office. The hotel is located almost on the shore of the Baltic Sea, the beach is sand. Everything is wonderful, the beds are soft, the breakfast is delicious!!
I was in November from 13 to 17. The staff is helpful. There is nowhere to walk, there is no recreational area, not even sidewalks) The pool and saunas left positive emotions. The services provided by the program did not disappoint, they scared us with their qualities. I went for a relaxing foot massage, facial, manicure, facials, lifting, paraffin for hands. On foot massage, they simply stroked, on manicure, the cuticle was cut to blood, on facial care, the mask remained on the face, it was poorly washed off and a care cream was applied. Generally kick ass in Russian. I regretted using it. I was pleased with the food, a lot of vegetables and fruits. If you need a short stay, full board meals, a swimming pool with a sauna, then go ahead. Be careful with the services)))
Excellent service, on holidays they charge 17 euros from an adult to the pool for the whole day, 7 euros from a child, the rooms are well cleaned, delicious breakfast
Our favorite spa hotel. We have been there more than 10 times with the whole family and friends. The rest is great, the nature is magnificent! At any time of the year!
