I always stay at this hotel when I visit Karaganda.Convenient location, not far from the train station, within walking distance of supermarkets and shops.The rooms are very comfortable and comfortable.Friendly staff and excellent service.There is an elevator to the upper floors.

Nice hotel, well located, near 2 shopping malls and an exchange office, lived in February 2025. Modern room, well renovated, the room is cozy and warm. The hotel is undergoing renovation on the ground floor in the lobby, the noise in the morning was a bit annoying, but it's temporary! Breakfast is served in a small restaurant on the ground floor, there are several options to choose from, there is little variety, but it is acceptable. Special thanks to the restaurant and staff for the early breakfast on the day of departure. We left for the airport at 06:30, and breakfast was brought to the room before 06:00. Thanks again!

Quiet area in the evening and at night. Both the children and we slept peacefully. We booked in advance, all wishes were taken into account, all questions will be answered immediately. We really liked the cafe, good breakfasts at a very reasonable price, you can choose food for every taste. And pancakes, and omelets, and scrambled eggs, and cheesecakes. A good guest house.

It is very convenient to take a room for a day, and not how apartments are rented. I stopped by at 14:00, I have to leave at 12. It doesn't matter what time you stopped by.

You pick up the room here clearly for a day and it doesn't matter what time you stopped by.
There is only one drawback.
Again, the front door is just a piece of wood between the rooms and everything that happens behind the door, as if in your room.
But they keep quiet.
The location is very convenient.
You can jump out to any part of the city in five seconds.

Nice hotel! The staff is polite. The rooms are clean and spacious. The more spacious rooms are on the right side. Near the hotel there are shops Yuzhny, Tair, Koton, Mir optik, bazaar.... There are places to eat nearby. The railway station is also far away (10 minutes walk across the bridge).

Several times, on my way from Pavlodar to Almaty, I stopped here for lunch on the recommendation of friends who spent the night at this hotel and they were arranged by a cafe located in the hotel itself.
I gave 5 stars to IZUMRUD cafe here, and not to the hotel itself, since I did not spend the night in the rooms and my assessment would not be objective.
I like the cafe because there is a fairly large selection of dishes, everything is prepared fresh, and it is cozy there.
There is a fairly large parking lot at the hotel and I always parked quietly.
There is a large supermarket nearby, which means that if someone wants to shop around.
