I would like to note the staff separately - they are always ready to help in everything! The breakfasts are more European than Armenian, but quite decent!

We were in the summer, generally not bad, BUT
1. problems with the air conditioner. It was not cooling at all, it drove the air from the street, it was 27 degrees in the room during the day! At night, the temperature dropped below street temperature (about 23). We contacted the reception, promised to fix it, but nothing was fixed
2. Sad breakfasts. There's not much to eat. Coffee for a fee. If it is possible to take a fare without breakfast, it is worth doing so.

Two stars for the location
We pay decent money for a disgusting hotel

Everything looks beautiful. But actually: the service is terrible. The Ushatan Hotel
We arrived late in the evening.
The refrigerator was noisy all night, it was impossible to sleep
The socket by the bed is in a loose state. There are no windows. The smell of carpet. The TV freezes and does not show channels
There are no sockets in the bathroom!!
Towels are all stained brown
In the shower, the shelf in the room for two is not counted even for full-fledged shampoos
They asked me to eliminate everything on the second day
In the evening we come to the room iiiiiiiiiii
The bed is shot, but the wires above the TV stick out even more
There is no toilet paper at all!!!
The towels were dirty
Let's go figure it out, the toilet paper was given out wet , the towels were stained again.
In short, I had to explain to everyone once again that it is not the cheapest hotel and the service they provide is not worth the money
I highly do not recommend this hotel!

A little outdated. There was no slider door in the closet in the room, otherwise everything was fine — food, spa, refrigerator and WiFi all worked well.

What a sad little hotel, I would give it 3 stars just for a beautiful building, a comfortable bed and a large mirror in the hallway. Otherwise, turn off the light:
1) sooo long staff at the reception, sometimes you want to poke them with a stick, because there is no liveliness in the loins (with rare exceptions). I also noticed that the staff never says hello or even smiles. For the sake of interest, I decided to check if it would be like this all week. And yes, no one said hello once, just stared and watched for a long time (if anything, we are generally unremarkable in appearance, ordinary tourists from Russia).
2) cleaning. There were experiments here too: it was empirically proven that the amount of tips left does not affect the quality of cleaning in any way (they took the money, took the garbage, changed the toilet paper and left), so they stopped leaving them. The room is very poorly cleaned, the mixer is generally not considered necessary to wipe at least with a cloth.
3) Everyone has already said about breakfast, but I will add. They are not only tasteless, meager and monotonous, the food is also COLD. As a result, they stopped going to breakfast.
4) the interior does not seem to be created for guests, but as if it tells you: "You're not welcome here." You can't watch anything on TV, the door to the balcony did not close, there is no shelf in the bathroom, at least for shampoo. And this last century with the hangers screwed on? Friends, you have a high price tag, you will not get naked, well, why weld hangers? No one does this in the world anymore, it's inconvenient and to some extent even humiliating.
Bottom line: it's not worth your money. We will not come again and we do not advise you

There was no light in the hotel. The staff said that in the whole block, but the neighboring establishments were working. They promised that they would solve it promptly, but nothing moved in 6 hours and they couldn't even set the time. Considering that it was + 40 outside, it was sad. I had to change the hotel urgently.

Hi. I want to tell you about a hotel that is absolutely not worth its money and whose management does not care what is going on in their hotel.
I stayed there a couple of years ago and I liked everything. This time it started with the fact that the guests at the reception were arguing with the receptionist about the payment. Well, it happens. After checking into the room, I found that there was no remote control from the TV, I waited a long time for it. But it turned out not to work.
The safe didn't work and eventually it was taken away, I couldn't leave money and jewelry in the room like that, and I spent more than an hour waiting in the room.
Hangers - one hanger for the whole room
A priori, the room was not ready.
I was moved to another room, I spent about two more hours on this, as I waited a very long time for help with my luggage and no one came to me until I called again. There are a lot of things, I collected and disassembled them again for a long time.
When moving to another room, old things were left in the old one. When I came to pick them up, the door in the room was wide open. I only found one makeup bag. In the evening, I already raised a scandal, after which, a day later, several things were found, among which my expensive glasses were not found. They said that the closet was jammed - but I remember perfectly well that the closet was open. And, of course, they were never found. Also, there were no second branded glasses in the case. I didn't even ask about them. But I'm sure it's the staff and they don't fight it in this hotel in any way.
Special thanks to the young man at the reception who organized the camera viewing and helped to find some of my things. This is the only person who cares about the guests
According to tradition, the safe did not work in the new room. We 've had it repaired five times . Then it was replaced for us. We also spent all this time in the room. One day they just asked for the opening to be closed, they called the reception and people came to us. The air conditioning in the new room did not fall below 25 °. We lived in full heat when it was 40 outside – that meant 27° in the room. We were offered to move again. But we had planned excursions, meetings, and of course, we were already wildly tired of moving with a huge number of things, since I have been traveling for more than two months.
A lot of time was spent to fix something, search and sort it out.
Laundry- things are simply washed in a machine and not even ironed.
The sauna does not heat practically, the ceiling is 60 degrees , the Jacuzzi is icy, the floors are wildly slippery. Be careful in this spa, if you can call it that.
There is nothing special for breakfast - a normal coffee for a fee. Be prepared to drink instant.
As a result, 4 nights was enough and we changed the hotel.
We were not offered discounts to pay for our orders. We were offered to extend our stay at the price of a booking and that's it.
If you are used to the service, YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT HERE! The rest is ruined, things are missing (-500$). The rooms are good and that's the ONLY thing worth paying for here.

We rested for 9 days in this hotel. They gave away about 70 thousand rubles ... just for accommodation, even without breakfast ... the air conditioning system, it's cold, it's hot.... The TV and Internet did not work intermittently, it's a shame, considering that we did not take the SIM card of Armenia. The restaurant at the hotel is insanely expensive!!!!! The room is not cozy, but overall not bad. There is no refrigerator, or rather it is, but it does not cool, but simply maintains the temperature and is full of strays for a fee. I would like to thank only the staff, they are very friendly and friendly, responsive. I would also like to emphasize separately that the spa is not large, but comfortable, Which was only for my husband and me. And convenient location, within walking distance of the center, vernissage, parks, cafes.

Everything is bad.
For 2 nights they gave 14k if you count in rubles, there is no breakfast.
It was not possible to use the spa, the sauna was cold, the hammam, on the contrary, was paired so much that it was life-threatening to enter, they promised to set it up in 10 minutes, but I'm still sitting waiting and apparently in vain.
The air conditioner does not work "we have not switched to summer mode yet, open the window", open the window with access to the motorway).
