I arrived in Yerevan early in the morning, saw something working, needed the Internet, went in, but in fact realized that I was from Russia and asked to leave, shame on such hotels.
This is a great hotel. Corresponds to the level. I've been here for almost a week now. The renovation is excellent, the food is varied, clean and cozy. All issues are resolved instantly. It is a pity that there is no children's room... Next time only here))
Our room cost ~ 55,000 rubles for a week. The room was initially poorly cleaned, the TV did not work for 3 days, how the air conditioning system works is not clear - it is always hot, underfloor heating works in "chunks", a constant problem with the availability of towels and bathrobes, the room looks "shabby" (chips on the walls, cracks, streaks), breakfasts are scarce, they stopped going to Day 3. Overall, the hotel is good, but not worth the money.
Excellent location, within walking distance from Republic Square. Very helpful staff, new rooms. The only thing is, I didn't really like the breakfast and the spa.
