The hotel is beautiful, but there is a BUT!
The pools are beautiful, the area is clean, the furniture is relatively new, the rooms are comfortable, and having your own Starbucks is a separate kind of pleasure. By the way, the restaurant by the main pool is excellent. The prices are normal and the food is delicious. Different cuisine. The child ate only there.
Minuses:
1. Changing towels for the pool is a problem, one day I called about 7 times and they changed them only after three hours. It makes me really angry. It is better to take with you or purchase a thin "couch" so that it is easy to carry at sea. The pool towel is huge.
2. There was no cleaning for one day out of 10, which is also a minus, of course.
3. For those who do not like to walk, the hotel is not suitable for you. It's a 15-minute walk to the sea. Having a 5-year-old child is already quite comfortable. We always traveled around the hotel by shuttle, because otherwise you can get very tired.
4. We lived in the first building, going from it through the parking lot, the heat is terrible in it. Not comfortable.
5. On the 8th day, I was already sick of breakfast. There seems to be a choice, but I don't want to eat them anymore. Everything is kind of the same)).
Despite the large number of disadvantages, I will be back.

Nice hotel complex. I rate the seventh building as the most modern and with the best view, there is a gym, a pool and a rooftop bar. There are several good beaches nearby, decent cafes and restaurants within walking distance. There are a couple of shops. The apartments themselves are well renovated and have everything you need for living. The only thing is that the audibility is quite strong due to the low-quality entrance door. It's a very cool hotel. We are here now. The room is modern, everything is changed every day (towels, towels for the sea are available). The chef is handsome, I recommend it. We went to the local cafes. They gave it away, where 1500-1600 (with beer, of course). But as much as I'm tired of this kitchen, the dishes here are super divine, and my husband and I ate for 1100 baht. Alcohol is expensive in the hotel. And in the evening, be sure to visit the restaurant on the 8th floor, the view is unforgettable, you will definitely see the floor of Phuket. It's fun to watch planes take off and land. In general, I recommend it. We haven't left yet, but I already miss you.

I really liked the hotel!
Awesome fresh big rooms, there is even its own kitchen. Good cleaning every day. The breakfasts are great! There is always a lot of varied food for every taste, the freshest delicious fruits, good coffee, you can ask to make an ice latte, etc., usually in hotels this is a problem.
There is a starbucks on the lobby of the hotel. There are good cocktails at the bar. There are many pools on the territory, each building on the roof has its own pool with a cool view. In addition, there are a couple more pools downstairs. I really didn't like the central one, because the water heats up there almost hotter than in the bathroom. MINUS: few umbrellas! There are only 3 large sun beds with umbrellas by the pool on the roof, there are none in other buildings, it seems that those who do not occupy can fuck under the sun, I think this needs to be fixed and more umbrellas added, after all, the sun is very hard in Tae.
Surin Beach is a 10-minute walk away, there are transfers, but they are rare. We took taxis mainly to Kamala and Bang Tao, we liked it more there. But it didn't bother. There are good cafes in the area, it's close to the rest of the places. So I liked the location.

The hotel is very large and not cozy. We spent a week in it, a lot of pools, a part with a wonderful view of the roofs, delicious breakfasts, clean cozy rooms.
There was a problem with hot water in the shower, and they couldn't solve it for three days until they had a fight, and often there are no towels for the pool, they need to be ordered to the room through the reception.

We purchased a ticket through the Saut_travel travel agency
They met us at the airport and quickly took us to the hotel in 30 minutes. It took a while to check in, we were busy, but we took our swimsuits and went to the sea. They are greeted at the reception kindly, knowledge of English is desirable, as a last resort, you can turn on an interpreter on your phone. The Thais are great. The territory is large, moderately green, there are several pools for adults and toddlers, on the 6th and 7th buildings on the roof on the 8th floor there are pools with magnificent views of the sea and mountains, and in our building there was also a restaurant.
The hotel consists of several buildings, our 7th is the furthest, room 7407 with a sea view, without additional charges and requests. The room is brand new, all furniture, renovation, towel, bathrobes, everything for 5! Everything is as on the official website. Our building was on a hill, but it didn't cause me any inconvenience, it was a good physical activity, but if you don't want to go, please, you can take a shuttle from the hotel.
It's a 15-minute walk to the sea, but you can also take a shuttle, for this you need to make an appointment at the reception.
We had breakfast, from 6:30 to 10:30, everything was clean, cozy, stylish, there was a good selection of everything, every day there were different dishes and a variety of fruits. Everything was delicious to me! The water in the room was brought in every day, cleaned every day too.
I recommend the hotel and the Surin beach, as I talked with people, many came to it from other areas.

I really liked the kitchen. We were at the all inclusive, we managed to try almost all the dishes from this menu. With the exception of Asian dishes, which are for an amateur - everything is very tasty and beautifully served.
The territory of the hotel is not too big, but there are a lot of steps and hills.
It takes 15-20 minutes on foot to Bangtao, 15 minutes to Surin, 5 minutes by tuktuk or taxi (both cost 150 baht on average).
Surin is a wonderful beach, to the left of it there is a wild almost deserted beach with snorkeling. I liked Bangtao a little less.
According to the guides and taxi drivers, one of the best hotels in the area.

Breakfast is a buffet, you can't say that you can't have a meager choice, rather there is none, everything is so budget-friendly, there are 2 types of cheese and sausage to choose from, potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, sausages are not very tasty, you can't pour coffee yourself, you need to constantly ask to pour at the bar. Our room was without kitchen utensils, but we were provided with them upon request. Surin beach is 10-15 minutes away. of course, there is a transfer by appointment, but we did not use it. The beach itself is cool, sparsely populated. Within walking distance of exchangers, shops, massage parlors, cafes, etc.
Among the disadvantages: poor sound insulation from the corridor, you can hear every rustle, a TV without Russian-language channels, does not support a USB flash drive.

We stayed for a week. We did a detailed review on YouTube, all the amenities, breakfasts, beach, etc.

Cons: it is necessary to improve the service, especially at the reception and the quality of room cleaning. There are a lot of Russian-speaking (it feels like more than 70%) vacationers.
Advantages: The hotel has 6 swimming pools, 2 gyms, sauna, etc. The rooms have a beautiful view, and I also liked the infinity pool on the roof (birds fly right in front of it, it looks fascinating). There's even a library there!
Very close to Surin beach (about 7 minutes by moped).

They don't respond to requests on the phone from the word at all, you live in a villa or apartment, and we lived in these two options. We lived in this hotel for 2 months (November-December 2022), among the advantages: good well-groomed territory, close to Surin beach (10 minutes, my favorite beach, because it is clean, beautiful and not crowded), many swimming pools, two gyms and a sauna, good repair in the room (we lived in the 6th building room with three bedrooms and a sea view), a lot of Parking spaces, everything that was missing in the room was provided to us on request (washing machine, dishes), the staff is very friendly and helpful, a beautiful view of the sunsets from the roof❤️ in general, the location of the hotel is very good, we went from there to Chinatown, Bang Tao beaches, banana beach, nai Harn, Freedom Beach, the road to each point took about 40 minutes (we rented a car). Now to the cons: the room was very dirty when we stopped by, I waited several days for room cleaning, in the end I did not wait to wash everything myself, because even in the cupboards there was dirt and dust. We only had breakfast, in November there was some variety, and even good coffee, in December a lot of tourists came and the kitchen obviously stopped coping, in general, even their menu was quite meager, the only delicious was pizza. The result is that in the low season it is very good and quite tasty there, so if possible we are ready to visit this hotel again.

Although these are relatively new buildings, something is shuffled, smeared, torn off somewhere in the rooms. You can't relax on the balconies, because air conditioning compressors are right there on your balcony and they make noise. The clothes dryer was waited for 3 days, the balcony table and chair were not brought in 13 days. Cleaning -there will be a tip, it will be good, do not leave tea, it means that you will get a maximum of linen and towels and a little sweep. The children's mini water park did not work for most of our holidays, the pool is icy even for an adult - we were there January -February. There are few sun beds in the rooftop pool, people are sitting on sofas, the upholstery of which has been asking for replacement for a long time. The food in the restaurant on the roof is disgusting, even with hunger we did not eat, the Place itself looks cute, but clouds of different flying animals swoop down on the illumination from the lanterns, which simply attacks you. The main pool is good for children, there are backwaters in the shade, there are in the sun-all with different depths. But all this is at your service if you get a place - there are very few sunbeds. We took a room in the topmost building. It is very difficult to climb a serpentine hill with children. The shuttle will take you down and up-if you're lucky and have to wait for it. They often walked and carried 5 - year - old children . If you rate it as a hotel, the "hotel" does not pull 4-5 stars, the territory is solid 4 , the rooms and service are solid -3. We were very doubtful because of the conflicting reviews. But the doubts were in vain. Of course, there are disadvantages everywhere. But I would advise you to go to this hotel and come back again.
A hotel with a large territory that we haven't even bypassed. We went to the pool in the 7th building. There are very few canopies near the pool, not enough for everyone. It was possible to put umbrellas from the sun.
In the evening, it is very cozy to sit on the chairs near the main pool.
We cleaned the room every day, not perfectly and did not change all the towels and did not put the shampoo gels in the right quantities (we had to ask-call to bring). Beach towels also had to be asked to be changed. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. It is inconvenient that breakfast is only served until 10.30, because of this I always had to get up early (I would like to get up before 11.30).
I liked the location of the room. We had a room in the 2nd building on the 2nd floor and everything we needed was nearby (reception, restaurant with breakfast, exit from the hotel)
Surin Beach is a 10-15 minute walk away.

- there is no point where you can ask for beach towels, you have to call and ask for new ones every time.

In general, the rest is not bad. The food is delicious, fresh, and the prices in the cafe at the hotel are acceptable.
Surin beach is relatively not far away, even if you walk, but there is a shuttle service from the hotel.

The room has two individual silent air conditioners, a balcony with a dryer, two chairs and a rattan table. The refrigerator is large, bottled water, tea/coffee, kettle. There are sliding doors, which is very convenient for the family, and also gives an interior. The Internet is free, quite good. Beach towels. The deposit is $100.
There are two elevators in each building. They're clean too.
The breakfasts are excellent, and dinner is served in the main restaurant with a very limited menu selection. At the same time, they do not know how to cook and, having ordered the same dish on different days, they bring it cooked and decorated in different ways. Fish steaks - these are small cut pieces of fish - save money, but somehow it was not pleasant to feel it.
The Thai cuisine on the menu is delicious. There are practically no drinks available.
The average check is about 2 to 2.5 thousand rubles for two people.
There are many pools, including a children's pool, and the backlight turns on in the evenings.
An electric car runs from the entrance to the hotel buildings on its territory, it can be ordered from the security guard. Wait a couple of minutes. But it's not long to climb up to the buildings, you can also take a walk.
At the entrance, you can always take a tuk-tuk and ride in three minutes and 100 Baht with a breeze to Surin Beach (or Bang Tao). Surin is closer, the hike will take no more than 12 minutes. According to the schedule (very rarely), by appointment (in the morning) you can go to the beach by the hotel minibus, there are not many seats. The car is clean, the driver is correct and friendly.
Near the hotel on the main street there are mini supermarkets, pharmacies,
fruit sales, currency exchange offices, etc. The hotel has beach towels.
There were no problems with the reception. They will explain everything, prompt you either in English or using a translator on your phone.
It is desirable to improve the kitchen and service at dinner in the main restaurant, as well as put slippers in the room (this is not expensive). The lights are not lit everywhere on the stairs, it is necessary to replace the light bulbs.

BUT , they tried to rob us at night , someone opened our door with his card and tried to enter the room . The hotel administration stated that no one is visible on the cameras , although the camera is looking directly at our door. Conclusion the hotel administrator is aware of and covers those who steal from visitors' rooms.

They begged for shower towels for a long time, and called several times, and came to the reception. Only from the 5th time did they find peace. The first thing I want to say is that if you don't have a car, there's nothing to do there. Shuttles go to the sea - 3 times a day - whoever managed to go went. It is very difficult to walk to the sea in the heat - 25 minutes - especially if you have a 7th building. and all this is uphill or downhill .The rooms are good. New. but there is no kitchen. there is a view of it- cabinets- no appliances. stoves and dishes. Water is given every other time.
The lights are turned off at night. So the conday doesn't work.
In the morning, the lights were turned off for 2 hours - the elevator did not work either.
And also - in the evening there was no water - not hot, not cold.)))))
Cleaning - there is none - from the word at all!!!!! Yes, by request. They don't give you clean towels - you go begging. During the week, a face towel was given upon check-in. Beach towels - you go begging for them to be changed. Toilet paper is missing all the time - you have to run after it, and it's not a fact that they will give it to you - they can say that it's over.
Oooh breakfasts - I got poisoned in a week. a day later, my daughter was poisoned. There are few fruits - they are not in the refrigerator but on ice. Breakfast for 5 * does not pull - modestly. There is something to compare it with - before that we lived in 4 * downstairs - breakfast is much richer.
So, besides the beautiful interior, there are beautiful pools inside. There's not much to do there on the mountain.

The hotel is not bad enough! The rooms are spacious, the breakfasts are delicious, the rooftop pools are just a dump! BUT there are also fat disadvantages:
1. Sooo weak Internet, practically no signal. As it turned out, the routers in each room are a prop.
2. The rooms are cleaned only if you press the cleaner against the wall in the hallway and intimidate!
3. No hooks to the bathroom. There is nowhere to hang a towel.

The rooms are new, the towels were cleaned and changed daily. The beach is relatively close by 10 minutes on foot. Since the hotel is on the mountain, they carry electric cars on request. A minibus runs free of charge 3 times a day to 2 beaches and a shopping street. There are many pools on the roof of each building and at the bottom.
- In the evening after dinner, you have to walk up, because they no longer carry, sometimes it smells like sewage from the hood.
