but! Dear Milavica. Online purchase from you is very inconvenient! Times are changing and now many, including me, know what suits them and order underwear without fitting. But the description of the models on your website is very lame! It is impossible not to describe at least one succinct sentence for each of your bra or swimsuit models!
For example, the other day I received an ordered swimsuit (this one in the photo) and was pleasantly surprised that there is a soft sealing cup in the bandeau, which holds its shape perfectly. There is not a word in the description of it on the website! It says "bando" and that's it.
So, it is not clear in the underwear whether there are bones in it (and you have a wonderful series of push-up, but without bones) or only push-up. Etc. Also, there are no photos for many positions (even just colors), the photos are heterogeneous, some positions are difficult to consider due to unsuccessful photos. Which, moreover, cannot be zoomed in, only slightly magnified when hovering.... also, opening links only when hovering over the word "more details" is completely irrelevant, it is necessary that the entire window with the product be clickable.
This is a huge disadvantage! I'm not talking about the conditions: maybe few people order underwear from us, but delivering an order to only one of your stores in Minsk is very small and completely inconvenient. And yet - the site is working very slowly! My homemade website on the platform wix.com and he works faster.
Your beautiful lingerie deserves a detailed description and a careful approach to sale, so I think....

A big question for those responsible for processing requests from customers: Do you respond to customers at all?
There was a certificate for 200 rubles., valid until 05.12.2021. I missed this moment on time and was able to come to the store only on 11.12.2021, I just wanted to buy gifts for my daughter for the New Year. They refused to supply me and told me to write an application for my certificates, in which case, perhaps, they will be able to extend them. I wrote a statement on the same day. I have not received a response from the company so far. 06.01.2022 I went to the store, clarified whether there was an answer - nothing, nothing in my mailbox either. I left my statement-comment in the Book of comments and suggestions directly in the store. And well, there is still no official response from the company.
An interesting approach to customer service is ignoring.
Where should I write or call to get an answer? Maybe the company will still wake up from New Year's hibernation and deign to give an answer, and in the expected version, it will shed the validity of certificates as compensation for moral damage and my expenses for trips to their store and my expectation of an answer.

Prices are much lower than in Russia. I come to the sanatorium every year for a vacation and I definitely visit this store. I bring out several bags of laundry for myself and my four daughters. A huge selection. The biggest store I know. There is a cafe nearby where my husband can wait for a cup of coffee (I hope it has not closed, as we are going to the other day). I really love this store.

The reason is the birth of a child and strict isolation during the covid period. This turned out to be no argument for this company. I wonder what the reason is for you then? Or are the certificates designed for this so that they are not sold?
The service is great, but the prices... What kind of income do you need to have in order to dress the woman you love there? After all, this is our production for us, why such fabulous prices?
