I ordered it three times in this store.
The first 2 times everything was fine.
But the third time was very frustrating.
I ordered a cabinet in my store to use it as a showcase. It's been 7 days since the payment was made - I don't have a closet or information about when it will be...
In the support chat, they first said that you need to wait up to 5 days for delivery. When I wrote again, they said that the order had been handed over to the courier and I had to wait. I tried to find out exactly how long to wait, will my order be today or another day? They just started ignoring me...
It just feels like after payment, it doesn't matter what happens to my order or if it's convenient for me to pick it up.

The store is big and even has plenty to choose from, BUT!!!! There are very few consultants, you have to look for them all over the store. When you find and talk about useless searches, you are sent to look for more, but in another place. The product is sometimes located stupidly, which again does not allow you to find it quickly. There is no logic in the location of the product, from the word at all. Sections with related products may be in different parts of the store, keep this in mind before visiting, or better yet, go with a consultant right away

I liked literally everything: well located, visible from afar, large shopping areas, perfect product layout, convenient aisles, cash desks on several sides and highly professional consultants. I was looking for a rather rare thing and found it, thanks to the employees with whom we had a warm and sincere conversation. I want to visit such places many times.

There are good promotions, like in August they got - 15% on laminate, a significant discount on such a purchase. Of course, it's a problem with the staff, it's very rare that you can pick someone out, except for the tool, there's always someone there and this someone is smart. Most of all, I am pleased with the working time, it is really convenient if something ended in the evening, I bought more in the morning and went ahead to work.

An elderly man asks for help from an employee, but he completely ignores his presence nearby. He turns to the next department, but the plumbing employee, obviously noticing this, turns around altogether and goes in a different direction!!! A young girl with glasses. I wanted to suggest that the customer write a review in the complaint book, but he left in anger.
It's a nightmare, this is the first time I've seen such a boorish attitude towards my own customers!!!
