I bought an apartment in Minsk World half a year later than the house was rented. The documents were handed over at the office, no one went with me to the acceptance of the apartment. It's freezing outside now, and my windows are not adjusted. It blows so that the whistle stands both day and night. It is impossible to be in a child's room even during the day. Windows - they are walls, all over the apartment in the floor. I wrote an appeal to adjust the windows under warranty, I call every day. And they say that the appeal is considered within a month. And no numbers, everything is encrypted as much as possible. No help.
That's how you want to buy an apartment - so a hundred thousand rooms. And they will call themselves.
And as they have not eliminated the problems, they are dragging it out and it is not a fact that they will eliminate it at all.
It's not the first time I've encountered it. Oh, and also, being in the bathroom (it's in the middle of the apartment), you can hear cars driving on the street or the rain knocking in the fall. I can hear it right well.
I do not recommend an apartment in Minsk for purchase.

We rented an apartment for rent on Levin Street. The scale of the development was impressive. The roads and courtyards are wide. There is a mini library in the lobby on the ground floor. A pleasant space, there are armchairs; behind the wall there is a toilet and shower for residents in open access.
The complex is still under construction. But I already liked it! It's a great concept. Afterwards, I think it will be a very beautiful area! It's good that they left the old terminal building, it gives a peculiar flavor, you can make a museum there, for example! I also liked that traffic lights are installed on the rings.
A good residential complex would like to live in it. We recommend posting palm trees 1 and 2. I want to live there. If you don't like it, then we recommend visiting the Emirate quarter. It's not bad at all.
