Residents come not only from Belarus, but also from Russia and Ukraine. Expensive cars can often be seen on the streets, and people seem happy and well-groomed. I am glad that there are many families with children who often play in the courtyards. The place is really suitable for a comfortable life with your family.

There are plenty of benches for relaxing everywhere. You can also have a snack. Donut cafe, pizzeria, Papa Doner are within walking distance. A big disadvantage for children is that there is no sandbox with sand, which kids love so much! I have to go to the sandbox in the Diadem house. There are three sandboxes nearby. But again, there are no canopies and from 12 to 16 there is a risk of getting heatstroke.

Criticism of the area often comes from those who are either jealous or cannot afford such housing. There are many young families with children here. There are no problems with parking in our quarter, having lived all my life in Malinovka, here in this regard you can easily find a place, arriving at 9-10 pm. The apartment is very warm, even too warm. There are no questions about sound insulation either, I personally haven't heard from the neighbors in a year. Cool playgrounds, lots of cafes, light, there is a place to walk in the evening. Lovers of silence, fields and forests are certainly not here, you'd better go somewhere in Minsk, there is plenty of all this

A beautiful divorce with vague prospects.
In the summer of 2021, my wife and I and my wife's sister and husband purchased two apartments at the excavation stage.The Minsk Mir company, in fact, was not even selling an apartment, but comfort class housing in a well-maintained quarter where there is a subway, schools, kindergartens and other infrastructure.
Our house is Maldives (due in March 2023, and in fact September 2023) and the sister's house is Haiti (due in February 2023, it has not been commissioned so far,03.12.23).And here we realized that we were "trapped".
1. The company requires an additional payment for the extra space, if the apartment turned out to be smaller, then there is no recalculation.
We invited a private receptionist to take over the housing. Floors/walls are more or less, some of the glass is being replaced, ventilation is not working. I bought an apartment in Minsk World half a year later than the house was rented. The documents were handed over at the office, no one went with me to the acceptance of the apartment. It's freezing outside now, and my windows are not adjusted. It blows so that the whistle stands both day and night. It is impossible to be in a child's room even during the day. Windows - they are walls, all over the apartment in the floor. I wrote an appeal to adjust the windows under warranty, I call every day. And they say that the appeal is considered within a month. And no numbers, everything is encrypted as much as possible. No help.
That's how you want to buy an apartment - so a hundred thousand rooms. And they will call themselves.
And as they have not eliminated the problems, they are dragging it out and it is not a fact that they will eliminate it at all.
It's not the first time I've encountered it. Oh, and also, being in the bathroom (it's in the middle of the apartment), you can hear cars driving on the street or the rain knocking in the fall. I can hear it right well.
I do not recommend an apartment in Minsk for purchase.
