Then, during the swab, I started asking who I was sleeping with, men or women (I don't remember that other doctors were interested in the gender of those with whom a person was sleeping, and not the fact of sexual intercourse, well, okay)). I replied that I was with both, but now I have one permanent partner, after which there was a minute's silence, and then the conclusion that I was "BI" (Stolyarov placed special emphasis on this word). After that, he asked me about what I had been ill with lately: "Syphilis, HIV, gonorrhea?",
"No" - I replied;
"If you continue to sleep with men, this awaits you," V.V. Stolyarov replied.
"Thank you very much" for such accurate forecasts and advice, but I came to be EXAMINED and CONSULTED, and in the end I received only unfriendly, condemning looks, harsh, dry answers to my questions and advice that I did not ask for.
Anyway, the employees are all so "friendly". From the woman at the reception desk, who saws nails in the workplace and aggressively answers questions, to doctors (I described above an example of what "wonderful" people and specialists they are).

I still got to the appointment: after spending an hour and a half of time (I was lucky - I didn't stay at the laboratory for long) and paying 15 rubles. There were a lot of visitors. Two more questions arise:
-why is the reception on Saturdays only on a paid basis and only until 13.00?(that's what the receptionist answered me)

You have to contact the dispensary periodically for forty years. The picture is always the same - crowds of patients in the hallway and the inability to get to the doctor at exactly the time when it is necessary.
Today, 08.09.2018, I tried to make an appointment to see a doctor about an allergic reaction (agree - this cannot be predicted in advance, but it is necessary to understand the cause and take action). The paid appointment is all scheduled, in a regular department only an emergency doctor for angioedema and scabies receives (although even narrow specialists are admitted in all polyclinics on Saturday).
It is not possible to make an appointment in advance for at least Monday, even on the Internet - the site contains false information about the receipt of coupons.
It is warned that new coupons arrive every two weeks!!!!!!!! on Saturday and Sunday, and the registrar claims that the coupons are sent to the site on Friday evening. The exact dates of the two-week regime are not specified - when these "lucky " numbers come - there must be specific numbers, right? There is no information about the availability or absence of free coupons - all dates and times of admission are indicated in green. I had to sit and look through all the working days of two specialists with the hope of finding something.
This is an outrage! You are simply misleading the visitors of the site, or the inspection authorities! It seems that there is a service- but it is impossible to get it!
Well, in conclusion. The hotline phone is not answering. The registrar refuses to introduce himself, cannot explain the situation, or name a specific specialist who will clarify it. In general, everything is like in the good old Soviet times.
Will anything ever change for the better in this institution?

A few months earlier, I had an appointment with a doctor, who, after listening to my complaints about the condition of my skin and hair, prescribed zinc intake and recommended shampoo. Next, I strongly asked for a skin examination, but was refused with the phrase "I can see everything anyway, you have ordinary dermatitis."
After that, I left this institution and went to another clinic. They conducted research there and it turned out that I have an infectious skin disease that urgently needs treatment.
Shame on such doctors who just sit out their time, and do not treat people!!!
