I visited Minsk for the New Year holidays and used the metro. There are new trains in the subway, but they are very inconvenient. The entrance doors and seats are somehow narrower than in the old trains. Are these trains for kids only?
And on the platforms opposite the doors, in the very center of the aisle, for some reason, handrails are installed that a visually impaired person will not notice and just hit it. These trains do not meet the standards for people with disabilities. My brother is visually impaired group I. And I know these moments. Apparently, when the draft of such a train was adopted, there was no representative in the commission who would point out these nuances. Therefore, please kindly finalize this issue. Create a barrier-free environment, according to regulations in the subway, and throughout the city.

I hesitate to ask, but how correct is it to include an advertisement for the entire subway-a song with the words "Diarrhea, diarrhea..." - and then something about the mucous membrane and intestines? The only thing worse was an advertisement on TV with an interview on the topic "What do you know about diarrhea?". I left a review here at the time, writing about one animal that produced something similar in a cage, but not in words, but in deeds (let's put it culturally). The review was rejected, considering my text unpleasant. Then how pleasant is it to listen to these songs on the platform two or three times in one trip? I would "moderate" the advertisement and would not agree to broadcast texts on such... mmm... sensitive topics.

The transition between Oktyabrskaya and Kupalovskaya stations is ugly designed. There is always a crush, the flows of passengers intersect, sometimes it is simply impossible to walk, you stand and let the crowd pass, which is a wall. The long passage-tunnel is always stuffy, there is no air. At rush hour, you go down the escalator to go to the Oktyabrskaya platform and stop, you run into a wall of people, it is impossible to get to the platform itself. It is necessary to reorganize the flows of people in a proper way.
