A more modest castle than Nesvizh, but also very interesting. I was impressed by the towers and walls, which can be climbed through narrow, narrow corridors, spiral staircases. It was breathtaking. It was both scary and very cool at the same time!
This is the coolest attraction in the whole of Belarus in my opinion. A very cool museum. We did not stay at the hotel, but the next time I go to Belarus, I will definitely stay there!
It's beautiful, interesting, but it would be possible to run people up an ordinary ladder, it was hard to climb with my bad leg, it was even harder to find out that there was another ladder there 😅
My husband climbed all the towers, showed me a photo, I'm happy!
The entrance ticket is 17 rubles 50 kopecks, there is something to see, the hotel in the castle is 300 rubles per room, lunch in the restaurant is 100 rubles per person. The castle is one of the pearls of the architectural heritage of the Republic of Belarus.
A beautiful, authentic place that takes you back to the Middle Ages. I recommend climbing the towers, emotions and impressions will remain for a long time
The castle, a rather interesting story, with very well restored rooms, a lot of exhibits. It always looks great, at any time of the year.
It is especially interesting to listen to the tour.
It's a good place.
It is especially interesting in contrast to his neighbor Nesvizh. The spirit of antiquity is felt very vividly here.
We walked inside, climbed the towers. On the day of our visit, there was a theatrical performance in the courtyard, which, of course, added color
A beautiful and monumental structure. There is always a feeling of slight trepidation when you realize how many events have happened and how many generations are associated with such places.

The castle is magnificent, starting from the pond and the garden nearby. There is a large exhibition inside the castle. You can take an audio guide and walk for hours around the castle premises, you can walk almost everywhere. Very rich interior and decoration. It's very interesting, you learn a lot about the lives of people of that time.
I recommend you to visit, it will be interesting for both children and adults.
Convenient access, approach. The parking lot is close. On the way to the castle, there are amenities, which is a necessity for a motorist. Well, the castle itself is from a fairy tale!
Handsome. The restoration and landscaping of the area around the castle is very impressive! A spiritual place, the architecture and landscaping of which creates a good mood for visitors for a long time.
We are from Tula. It was two weeks ago. And already I want to go back and walk through the wonderful past.
A worthy place.
A beautiful castle is a place for history. You can take a lot of beautiful photos. There is a pond nearby. The children are even trying to catch something there.
It 's a great place. It's not that much interest for adults, but it's very cool for children to run in the catacombs and down the stairs. A good historical place. Navigation is not very good.
A beautiful castle. And it looks impressive. The area nearby is beautiful - interesting plants, paths, a lake. There is a well inside the courtyard. Castle cats are also found. I recommend visiting early in the morning, while there is no influx of tourists. Although on weekends there is almost always some kind of theatrical action - with knights fighting with swords, cannon shots, however, you need to look over your shoulders, squeeze through the crowd.
One day we got together with our son at 7-8 am before the holiday, and the knight held a training sword fight with his son (it turned out that he leads a circle on this topic). There was a lot of excitement. And then we saw that in the afternoon and evening of that day the influx of people was such that even from afar it was not a fact that they would have seen something.
We were very impressed by the castle! We came into contact with the history. You can climb the stairs inside, so I advise you to wear comfortable shoes
A beautiful castle, recommended for every tourist to visit. It is interesting to watch and listen to the audio guide. You can explore the whole castle, with towers, everything is available for viewing. The area is very beautiful and peaceful.
A good castle in Belarus (near Minsk), you can walk around to see how they lived in the Middle Ages and very cool spiral stairs, although if your legs are tired, it's better not to :)
A huge, beautiful castle, restored. With a large number of visitors, the parking lot is clogged and you have to park in the field. There is a restaurant.
Guests of Belarus will be impressed by: monumentality, buildings, an excursion, a street performance (with a "Scottish" flavor), a restaurant. Parking is not enough during the season and holidays, but there is a place along the road. It is convenient to combine with nearby Nesvizh, which takes 2-3 times more time. With lunch in Nesvizh - 2 places from Minsk and back - 8-9 hours with 1-2 excursions.
A well-restored castle complex, which is also related to Russian history.
And the territory is a wonderful modern Orthodox church of the early 20th century.
A wonderful place! It is interesting for both adults and children. A good show of "Scots" in the courtyard and an interesting exposition. It is fashionable to climb the walls and take a walk in the park around.
A super atmospheric place with a touch of antiquity. Many fragments of the original walls have been preserved, which were not plastered, but left for viewing. There is a lot to see, even more where to walk. By the way, you will have to walk really a lot, up steep stairs, up high towers, from floor to floor, around the castle. The atmosphere is unrealistically chic, as if you are really in those times.
Very atmospheric!!But it is advised to take an audio guide or a tour guide, and it is better to make an appointment in advance! When there are a lot of people , walking is not comfortable ! It takes a very long time to walk up the stairs, as they are narrow and designed for only 1 person
It's a very cool castle. I also liked the hotel very much. The rooms are old, of course, a little outdated. But the atmosphere of the castle covers everything. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is expensive, but delicious. The exposition is excellent. The area around the castle is awesome. In general, we regretted that we arrived for 1 day.
This is the real power of the 500-year history of our fraternal peoples, a great opportunity to touch the real antiquity, and not the Noah's model... I am looking forward to new opportunities to visit, I recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances...
Beautiful castle and park area. There's not much interesting inside. Climbing the narrow stairs to the towers is extremely inconvenient, including due to the flow of people. Medieval music was playing, creating an entourage.
More than an amateur. There is 1 toilet for everyone in the main building, the steps are very large, narrow, there is no place to wash your hands, only in the center of the building, there is no organization of the flow of tourists, the stuffiness is terrible, An electronic guide is a very good idea.
There were 2 times. We rented a beautiful 2-storey room with a balcony. A good original inexpensive restaurant with national cuisine. Interesting exhibitions and excursions. Large free parking lots. There is a good cafe outside the territory. A great place is Mir Castle
I really liked the castle. When we got there (12-13 o'clock on Sunday, there was a performance in the courtyard, very cool actors. And in general, I liked the castle.

An atmospheric place! A must-visit with a guided tour! There is a place to walk near the castle! By the way, there is a very good hotel inside with affordable prices, which cannot be said about the restaurant on the castle grounds.
Mir Castle in Belarus, Mir settlement, Grodno region. About 90 km from Minsk
We were on an individual car tour, so we did not use alternative ways to get there.
The main part was built in the 15th century, something was completed later. The castle has now been restored. You can also walk inside the castle, you can do it yourself, you can buy an excursion conducted by the castle guide.
Inside there is a gift shop, toilets, a wardrobe. There is also a hotel in the castle itself.
Personally, I liked the castle, it is more restrained than other castles. It looks more like a Gothic fortress than a palace or castle. Inside, you can visit halls, basements, a former prison, climb the fortress wall. We were on New Year's holidays, the courtyard was beautifully decorated. There were a lot of people
It's better to come to the opening, then there are a lot of people. We really liked it, get an audio guide, the story is interesting. We will come again
I liked the tour to the castle very much. There are many different rooms with the atmosphere of that time. In each hall, you can imagine how someone lived here a long time ago...There are a lot of impressions, I advise you to definitely visit!
The castles made a slightly less impression on me than the forts, but I recommend visiting Mirsky, there is the least sense of reconstruction in it and sometimes it just seems that there is someone nearby.
Unexpectedly, the castle conquered us: a huge number of incredible stairs, walls are open in places, there is an exhibition of objects from the time of the castle's construction. I definitely recommend the room.
The place is super. I advise everyone to visit. Be sure to stop by after a walk to eat at local cafes or a restaurant. Prices are average in Belarus, and the quality of service and food is at a high level. The portions are large..
