I took a subscription here for the first time. I expected more. It doesn't look like a high-level fitness club at all.
I only liked the gym because there are few people here and there are always free exercise machines, and there are a lot of exercise machines. Also, the fact that you can not go here on one-time visits - there are no crowds of moms with children on weekends who do not study, but run everywhere, jump into the pool. There are such things in other clubs, but here on weekends you can work out in peace.
I didn't like the aqua zone. There are a lot of people coming here, and the pool is small and irregularly shaped, everyone swims randomly, it is impossible to swim normally. In addition, the water is very cold. For example, in Adrenaline, the water in the pool is always warm, I also went to several state pools and the water was much warmer everywhere.
There is a sauna in the aqua zone, I have been in it several times, the temperature there is very low, there is no feeling at all that I was in the sauna. There is also a hammam in the main locker room, it is much better.
There are also a lot of people going to group classes, a crowd to enter the hall. I've been in classes with different coaches, it feels like the coaches don't really care what anyone does. Of all of them, only the yoga teacher Katya walks and looks at the students, corrects them to eat incorrectly.
Also, the club's employees are all very far from sports, they are mostly pensioners who constantly discuss their business with clients. Today I heard a conversation between two women who spoke negatively about those who go to the gym on weekends to study, in their opinion there is no need to come here in good weather. This was said loudly to the entire floor. And wherever the management looks.
And the majority of those involved are age-related people. There are also groups for children of different ages, it is convenient for families with children.
I am glad that I bought a subscription only for 3 months, I will not go here anymore. There are better places.

I recently started going to this fitness club. I can say that so far there have been only positive impressions. They have a large selection of exercise equipment, a whole spacious cardio floor. This is good because there is not a large crowd of people. I like that you can go to the pool and Jacuzzi after a workout. I also plan to sign up for yoga or try to do Pilates.
The location is convenient, there is a large parking lot. The guys are friendly, they told everything and showed it. Therefore, I put only a good point.

Aerobics / yoga / aqua aerobics / boxing / kickboxing / sauna / hammam / swimming pool-I probably forgot something else interesting that is included in the visit package.
Several changing rooms, on different floors, to avoid pandemonium.
Group classes are conducted under the guidance of trainers with microphones, which is convenient, interesting and unusual.
There is a cinema hall, where exercise bikes are installed on each "cinema stage", at the bottom there is a large screen showing movement through various picturesque landscapes.A coach also walks there and commands the parade through a microphone.
The complex has two parking lots.
A very good training venue, however, and the price tag is above the "average".At the beginning of the 23rd, something about 70 rubles. (For access to all points of interest).
On the other hand, even without promotions, bonuses, etc., a monthly subscription, including all of the above, costs around 240 rubles, which is the equivalent of one-time visits to only 3 classes, while by purchasing a subscription you can walk an unlimited number of times during the month.
