I will never go there, except in cases of extreme necessity. I've been trying to get through for two days, to no avail. They don't answer the phone, even the city one. It feels like people are purely on a salary there. After a while I got there, as a result, there are no pads on my dad's car. In general, I do not know why they are needed.
