Today I visited Mobiscar to replace the glass on the Ford Mondeo mk5.
I left a request for a call on the website on Sunday, and I got a call on Monday. I was consulted on all issues, the glass was available, heated for the sensor and camera, which pleasantly surprised me. To clarify the technical points, I was contacted by the installation wizard Vladimir, I really liked that the person turned out to be competent in all matters (the question concerned the installation of the camera).
The day and time of the recording were agreed with the manager Ekaterina. I arrived a little earlier, but the car was immediately put to work. It took about an hour and a half, everything was done carefully.
After replacing the glass, all assistants connected to the camera work normally.
There is a room for the client, where there is a large window and you can calmly watch how the craftsmen replace the glass, you can also calmly drink a cup of coffee on the sofa, there is a coffee machine. Everything is very decent, comfortable conditions have been created for the client.
Everything was fine with the price too. When issuing a car, I was advised what can and cannot be done in the near future.

Call, a nice girl answers you. If she does not understand some nuance, then you will talk to the master. Then you can make an appointment, while no one forbids you to arrive in advance (for example, a day in advance) on the calculation, where they will tell you what and how they will do, as well as give you an approximate price.
It all cost me a ridiculous price. The most difficult thing would be to find people who would do it. Everything was done very well.
Also in this box there is a client's room where you can look through magazines, drink coffee, and hide from the heat in the summer, the air conditioner works well there. There is also wi-fi in the room.
In general, the place is cool, people know what they are doing. Thank them very much!

A super clear company. I changed the windshield in November 2022. In December 2023, the heating stopped working. Although the warranty period has passed, the windshield was changed to a new one, we met halfway. In November 2024, the windshield completely stopped warming, but not through their fault, the mass moved away from the body. We invited them, the guys sorted it out, repaired it, they didn't take a penny either then or now. Respect. Everything was done "humanly"👍👍👍👏👏👏🤝🤝🤝

last winter, I changed their windshield, there was no original, I put AGS with heating and a rain sensor.
the overall impression is positive, they work very quickly, two craftsmen make a couple of cars at the same time, the box is warm, the technology is respected, there are glasses to choose from cheap to expensive, I went there because they were allowed to be present in the remzone, they reacted normally to comments - when removing the old glue, they scratched the frame to the metal in 2 places (but this is almost not it was avoided on the Ford with its design), tinted where scratched, rain sensors were connected and checked, the recorder mounts and the Bell Toll label were glued for free. The prices were average at that time. Checks, an Act of completed work, a guarantee for the glass and the work were issued. It's been a year, nothing has come off, it's not leaking, the heating and the rain sensor are working, in general I recommend it.

We were repairing a chip on the windshield. Recording is fast and hassle-free. Documents, receipts (! + card payment is so unloved by service people), coffee - everything is civil, not garage. The service station room is a spacious hangar with a high roller shutter at the entrance (you can ride a bus). The repair of the chip itself with drilling, if anyone is interested. They are dried with a UV lamp (this is indicated on the website). The time is about 40-50 minutes for everything. The price is announced before the start of work.

I highly recommend it! I fell for the reviews, it's better to think well before you come here. I signed up for a windshield replacement at 11:30, phoned before that, clarified the presence of glass 2 times, indicating the body type: universal, they said on the phone that the installation would take 1.5-2 hours, no more, leaving the car at the specified time, after 2 hours they call and say that the glass there is no car available and you have to go to the warehouse and wait 1.5 hours for it to be delivered. What is the problem? Immediately see what glass you have for another body. Why should I waste my time because of your mistakes??? Considering that I expected that the glass would be installed no more than 2.5 hours, I had to go to another place, called the master and the director, they assured me that the glass was about to arrive, at that time it was 14:20, I had to wait another 45 minutes for the glass to be brought, a total of 3:I waited 35 hours for it to be delivered to me and then waited for it to be installed...Almost 4 hours of time, instead of 1.5-2 promised. We made a discount of 10 rubles for my mistakes, I did not manage to get to the appointed place, as a result, now I have to pay 120 rubles for the road to get to the right place on another day. If you want to save your reputation, you pay for your mistakes! There was no time to write to the book of complaints and suggestions. I would have left a review there.
Bottom line: they don't want to be responsible for their mistakes, time is money, so why should I pay for your mistakes? If you want to take a chance and get into force majeure, then you are here, but I recommend contacting others!

A specialist looked at it: a chip of the star type with a diameter of 10 mm and said that the repair would take 30 minutes, the cost was 45 rubles. They invited me to wait in the waiting room and offered me coffee. We did the work on time, as we said.
P.S. The girls at the check-out did not issue an outfit assignment and did not give a check until they asked, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes, but this is not a minus for the organization, but for girls who did not want to issue documents on time.

I applied on 02.12.2020 to repair a chip on the windshield, so that a crack would not form, the master said we would do everything. the price of the issue is 25p. 10.12. in the morning I found a crack on the glass for the entire glass. I appealed to them with a claim, to which the operator replied that we do not give any guarantees. then the question is why are you doing this. If you want to waste money, then go to them.
Addition: After communicating with the management, we came to a consensus, I purchase a new glass and Mobiscar replaces it for free. I think the conflict is exhaustive, the station, represented by the management, is worthy, you can contact them.
