The green environment and fresh air are second to none. I really like this environment, and the boss and staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. This is a really good place to stay. There are spacious rooms, large and small gardens. There are a lot of things outside and inside. There are chairs where you can sit, look at nature, free your head, relax your body, mind and soul, and your mood will be much better.
The hotel has free parking spaces. When you enter, you feel like you are staying in a high-end apartment. There are separate rooms and separate suites, including a kitchen and a living room. The space is very spacious and visually comfortable. white, grey and beige, white and flawless.
Room: The quality of the bed is very good, the sheets are large, they can be covered from head to toe, and the pillows are just perfect in softness and hardness, which makes it easy to fall asleep. There are two pillows, so I have one. Don't worry and sleep well. Each room has 1-2 spacious balconies with tables and chairs where you can enjoy the city scenery and the sun. The room is very spacious, with good lighting, double-sided doors, comfortable sofas, tables, large TVs, air conditioners, lockers, kettles and tea bags.
Toilet: Slippers for outdoor and indoor use, hair dryer, extractor hood, full set of toiletries: soap, shower gel, shampoo, makeup remover, cotton swabs, dental instruments, etc. I like that there are no obstacles in the toilet, it does not touch corners, it is easy to get in and out. The hot and cold water in the shower is very good, after a shower it is very comfortable. .
Now in November 2024, the weather in Tashkent is good. It is sunny during the day, although it is very warm, at night it is 1 degree colder. The climate is different every day. There is no snow yet, so coming to Tashkent is still the best choice. There are a lot of Chinese here and there are local translators, so basic communication is not a problem. It is only three kilometers from the international airport. The hotel also provides airport transfer services. It also accepts short-term and long-term accommodation. There are 74 separate rooms and suites in total. It's easy to get along with employees. I am very grateful to Mr. Jiang for challenging the global electric vehicle test. Couples from China and Malaysia warmly welcomed, supported and encouraged us!
The hotel is nice and cozy. The rooms are satisfactory in terms of cleanliness, they used to be perfectly clean. The breakfasts used to be excellent, today the breakfast is Chinese style. Funchosa noodles and everything like that. The products are treasured. It can be seen that the sausage and cheese were cut manually, without a slice. The room price is normal. But for that price, you can find a better hotel with a good breakfast.
The Grand Moffach Hotel offers excellent service, spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff was polite and always ready to help. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel for those who are looking for an excellent level of comfort and service.
We rested at the hotel in August 2022. Very good location at the hotel, everything is within walking distance, the only disadvantage is that we did not immediately find it, because it is located on a narrow street. We drove through this street at the beginning. The territory is fenced, there is Parking for cars. There is also a parking space for the disabled. A hotel with gates and security. The territory is green and very well maintained, there is a projector in the yard, a comfortable swing with pillows and an outdoor dining area. There is a Mosque at the back of the hotel and we thought it would be very loud to read the azans, but we got to the moment when it was under repair. They are fed delicious breakfasts, always clean linen, cleaning was done here often. The staff is super-friendly. The girls at the reception helped to order food, as we do not know Uzbek) In the evenings we bought wine and sat in a quiet environment outside and enjoyed the warm weather. Our room was small, but it had everything we needed for us. My daughter liked the chair, she was comfortable sitting on it. They turned on the TV sometimes. The shower is very clean, fresh and snow-white towels. There are necessary disposable hygiene kits. There is also an elevator, but we lived on the second floor, so we used the stairs. When we get ready for Tashkent, we will definitely come here again.
Good evening!
We are staying at this hotel for the second year. The location is good, everything is built in general wisely. But the service is, of course, a rare horror.
And last year everything was fine.
This year, there is no hot water in the room - or rather, it turns on an hour after you open the faucet and the water gushes for 60 minutes and only then it gets warmer (eco-activists may feel sick here), but it does not get hot.
A locksmith was called, a smoky man came at 22:30 p.m., just stood in the bathroom for 50-60 minutes and said, "That's it, it's hot now," he left.
The hair dryer did not work from the very beginning, at my request they gave me the key to another room where the hair dryer works so that I could dry my hair there. (and I came up with this scheme because the reception did not offer anything). Then the hair dryer was removed in the morning and in the evening, the wires were still waiting for me on the wall. To my hysteria at the reception, 5 guys standing on the walls, along with the same smoky locksmith, told me that the hair dryer was given for repair!!!!
And this is like a sufficient action :)))
It says that cleaning is carried out on the third day after check-in. We checked in on Wednesday, there was no cleaning on Friday. On Saturday morning, I asked at the reception : "Please clean up my room, we have garbage, there is no toilet paper and all the towels are wet - they do not dry out in the bathroom," well, the locksmith trampled on a foot towel in an hour.
At 19:30, when I returned to the room, I found the same thing! Garbage, towels on the floor, which I put there on purpose so that they would DEFINITELY be changed.
And, of course, the protruding wires from the hair dryer, why should it be in place :)))
Unfortunately, the service at this hotel was forgotten. For $60 per day .
To save your nerves, it is better to choose another option right away
A gorgeous hotel. The number is a bomb. A very cozy courtyard. Friendly staff. A good breakfast included in the room rate. Everything is clean. I will be in Tashkent, I will definitely stay here again.
A great hotel! The hotel is very cozy, the rooms are clean. There were no unpleasant moments. The hotel has a cozy and clean area. There is an elevator. Friendly staff, ready to help at any time of the day. They prepare very tasty and varied breakfasts. The rooms are clean and cozy.
Good location. Very friendly staff who helps in every possible way and tries to make your stay at the hotel comfortable. Of course, this is difficult, since the hotel has a lot of things that need to be fixed.
I'll start with the pros:
- location of the hotel
- the room is big enough
- new hotel, everything is new and in working condition
- breakfast is not bad
- staff (we used different services and liked everything)
Minuses:
- very hard mattress (like wood)
- there is a firelight above the bed that flashes all the time and at night and it's like a disco in the room. They taped it up for us, but it didn't really help.
- the lights were often turned off at night and because of this in the morning it happened that the elevator did not work
- there is not a single shelf in the bathroom. That is, there is nowhere to put hygiene items
Cons: there is a specific, stagnant smell of tobacco (or some kind of smoking mixtures) in the room, the locks on the windows are broken - it is impossible to open the window and air out elementary, the bed linen and towels are washed, the feeling of stale, the pillows are very hard and, I believe, require replacement due to wear, the mattress is generally difficult to describe (the impression of metal frame without springs- does not bend at all, the feeling that you are lying on a tiled floor). There was no drinking water in the room. There is no sound insulation in principle. The administrator refused to solve the issues, pretended that the problems of the guests were the problems of the guests. Young people were walking in the next room (shouting, laughing, loud music, they did not respond to repeated remarks). When asked to react and ensure silence at night, the administrator replied that this was not his problem and he would not do anything. The cherry on the cake - he offered to leave for another place at three o'clock in the morning. My request to change my room was refused, and no other options were offered. The administrator's behavior is detached, boorish. To any question (both at check-in and when asked to solve the problem), the answer is I do not know, I will not do it, it is not my problem, the tone is boorish. I strongly do not recommend staying here. The owner should pay attention to the staff and the quality of guest service.
In my understanding, there are no advantages.
The most disgusting thing
The hotel is very cozy, the rooms are very comfortable. There were no unpleasant moments. The hotel has a cozy and clean area. There is an elevator, which is important when you are carrying a suitcase. Very friendly staff, ready to help in word and deed. The cafe prepares very tasty and varied breakfasts, there are porridges and national dishes. Not far from the hotel there is a park, a Medical Land children's playground, a variety of cafes, restaurants, shops, beauty salons. We stayed at the hotel twice, both times on the 7th floor. The rooms are clean and cozy, there is even a sponge and a spoon for shoes. The towels were clean and a full set + disposable slippers. They put 2 bottles of water, but if they run out, you can always ask at the reception, not limited. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, it is possible on the territory of the hotel (on the street). The only disadvantage is that on the 7th floor there is a dashboard that buzzes and clicks all the time. It smells very much of food (baking) from 5 a.m., when they start cooking breakfast. It was a little uncomfortable for me to sleep with noise because I am a light sleeper, the smell of food created a homely atmosphere, if I came to my mother, but it may interfere with someone. The overall impressions are very pleasant.
The most disgusting breakfasts I've ever seen in hotels... even their coffee is only instant!
About the numbers. It seems like nothing. But! Very hard beds. It just throws out a motion sensor in the hallway. You turn over in bed, the light turns on.
The staff at the "restaurant" looks extremely untidy. And you can't call it a restaurant either. A canteen (in the worst sense) for the staff.
In general, even two stars in the rating is too much. It's good that it won't be here for long....
If you want a great service, you are not here. Getting to know the famous Uzbek hospitality is also passing by.
I'll start with the trash itself. There is a grandmother sitting downstairs who yells: "we are the owners here, you are nobody."
Thank you, of course, but we are moving on.
Be prepared for the fact that the room will be cold and there will be no hot water, and the administrators will throw up their hands, saying that there is hot water, you just need to skip it.
There is a feeling that the hotel building itself was built just as it was thought out, without designing sewers, etc. Because the smell in the toilet is difficult to compare with something and describe in some decent words. The audibility is such that if your room is absolutely quiet, and someone is talking on the phone behind the wall, you can clearly hear a couple of stories from the life of a neighbor. Well, it's not boring, what can I say🤣
Breakfast is also quite a yummy thing. There is everything here: cold eggs, buckwheat under a film, dried pizza, and swirled cheese. Bon appetit, guys😁
Cleaning needs to be questioned, but even if the cleaning does come, do not expect to get a clean room, they will clean it up.
We were on a tour with a group. Upon returning to Tashkent, there were no places in the first hotel, we were checked into this one.
We arrived at about 11 pm, waited at the reception for 15 minutes until an employee appeared. No apologies for having to wait.
The room was standard, fully ready to move in.
At 7 a.m. when my husband was taking a shower, the plumber came and said that there was a leak from below
I went into the bathroom, looked around and left completely without saying whether I could use it or not.
Breakfast is a separate story.
There was no juice, hot dishes, salads. Instant coffee only, tea bags are the cheapest. A huge amount of baking. Sausages in dough, mini pizza with sausages, more sausages in dough, etc.
We left, according to the program there was a move. We were asked to be relocated, there were no available hotels.
Upon our return, we were settled into a two-room room. The air conditioner is only in the living room, it was not hot well, in the morning it turned out that there was a non-working kettle, a running faucet in the bathroom.
The result is that the rooms visually look good, but their care is carried out carelessly. And of course the breakfasts are "fire".
The hotel is new, we have a standard double room. Of the advantages, it is clean and cozy. Cons: very poor sound insulation, they gave a very small blanket, barely one to hide, and there are two of us. The problem with breakfast. My wife and I have paid for it. But, we really go on excursions, we refused to provide lunch boxes. They even called the director of the hotel, he was rude and hung up. I wouldn't stop here a second time.
A nice modern hotel. There is an elevator.
Friendly staff. The reception is open around the clock.
There is a restaurant downstairs, they cook delicious food, you can order it in the room.
The room is comfortable, bright, and has air conditioning.
The only drawback is a very hard mattress.
A new, not yet promoted, but very promising private hotel. It consists of two buildings, mine mostly had 7 floors, the other 4. Director Ilyas, an active and energetic manager, loves his young offspring (the hotel has been hosting guests since the beginning of spring 2022), checks and controls everything himself and tries very hard to make the guests feel good. And it was good for me: clean, comfortable, tasty, calm (from the 22nd – silence mode). Friendly staff – young people at the reception, experienced staff in the kitchen, helpful girls at the housekeeping; plentiful breakfasts with various pastries and fruits; stylish interiors; stable Wi-Fi, large plasma TVs (a couple of Russian channels were set up, and I had enough of them to make broadcasts in the evening); serviceable plumbing; not noisy air conditioning; cozy courtyard. There is a luggage room with the ability to leave luggage for several hours and even days (things were safely waiting for me there while I went to Samarkand and Bukhara). The administration is very loyal to the guests: in the restaurant and on the outdoor veranda, you can work all day with laptops (up to 10 people at the same time at the tables in early October 2022 and did this), and drink tea. The location of the hotel in Yakkasarai district on a quiet street of Abdullah Avloni is advantageous: 10-12 minutes by taxi to the airport and to the main attractions; near a park, several cafes, shops, bank branches, a large mosque under construction.
Room prices are high, of course, but for Tashkent, the combination of cost and quality is optimal. Locals do not know about the new respectable hotel yet, but it has already been marked on Yandex and Google maps, and taxi drivers find the Moffah Grand Hotel without any problems. I will recommend the hotel to my friends, and I will stay here again on occasion
The children on the playground on the one hand make a lot of noise on the other, but there is no audibility in the rooms themselves, it is very pleasing, the breakfasts are not very meager, there are good blackout curtains, but they were sewn too short and the whole point is lost, the light oozes down to the floor as without curtains)
This is the worst hotel we've stayed in!
1. Sleeping on the floor is softer than on these beds
2. There are problems with the sewerage system. Every morning, evening and day, your entire bathroom will be incredibly fragrant.
3. The amount of food at breakfast is always the same: that there are 4 people in the hotel, that 40 athletes have arrived. Just rolls and cold fried eggs. And in the last hour, you can just not come to breakfast, it's empty, the staff just throws up their hands and says, you should have come earlier.
4. The staff looks at you askance and complains if you(!) left the dishes on the table, it is important: there is no special place to collect the dishes. They want you to bring it into their kitchen.
5. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: there is a kindergarten regime here. God forbid you decide to sit on the terrace with your friends around 11 pm! A grandmother comes up (who watches over everything) and literally disperses and tells you to go to bed! Disperses hotel visitors to sleep like small children!
This is not a hotel, but a madhouse! Take care of your nerves.
The hotel is new, located on a quiet street.
The breakfasts are good.
Its main disadvantage is management.
The worst of all that I have met in hotels in Uzbekistan: they did not help with luggage, they did not give me an iron (trying to wind up for ironing extra.a service), guided tours at a hellish price tag
There are a lot of flaws that no one is trying to fix:
- infernal flashing fire alarm that shines through even through closed eyelids
- the safe is not fixed in any way in the closet, which kills the logic of its use, because it is very light and compact, you can just take it with you.
- cracks in the doors, increasing audibility
I recommend this hotel to everyone! Price-quality! A combination of modern style and oriental hospitality! Good location, very tasty and varied breakfasts.
Good afternoon, guests who want to buy or book a room at this Hotel! There was a huge theft of athletes who represented the face of the country, who still play for this country. When they left for the games, they were robbed at this hotel! Money, valuables, expensive perfumes, branded items were stolen while they were playing and fighting for the face of the country! These are hockey players who came from other countries. Countries , as well as local guys, they are very much loved by hockey fans of this country, they did everything to reach the playoffs, now in 1/2, then the finals! We came from a trip and they were treated like this, robbed and there is no refund yet! Where is the hotel management? What are the police doing, can't they put things in order at home, or did everyone take part in it while the guys went to play for the country!?
It turned out like this, we called the MOFFAH GRAND Hotel, Tashkent (Uzbekistan), asked for availability, as well as accommodation conditions, upon arrival we were offered a completely small room, although, according to the photo, we discussed a room that is twice as large, but a pleasant receptionist girl immediately offered us a room on the 6th floor, I personally could not see it, because the elevator broke down at that moment and I was in a position), my husband watched while the elevator was being repaired, we were told that such a phenomenon is frequent, and wait for it to be done, this option also disappeared, but again, a kind girl offered us an apartment (the hotel is divided into rooms directly in the hotel and apartments (the building opposite) on the 1st floor, we decided to stay on it, began to settle down), it turned out that the TV does not work, since this is the only room that does not cover the Internet, upon arrival I clarified immediately, the TV and Internet are working, since we are on 4 for 3 days (3 nights), I, my spouse and child, do not sit in silence, to which the answer was given: of course)! As a result, several men came and tried to fix it for 1.5 hours, while the door was open, in shoes and with obvious signs of a cold ((with a terry cough, during this time the so-called "manager" came, who suggested that we go up the floor above, where everything worked, we had to pack all our things again, Considering my situation, move in. At the same time, leaving the provided room completely in its pure form, absolutely did not use anything and did not touch anything! Okay, we moved) I thought, ugh, thank God you can lie down), especially for me), all this fuss lasted from the moment of arrival from 14h to 18h. At 19h we went to a cafe nearby, arriving at the room at 20:30 2 minutes later, with a loud knock on the door, like a madman, ran this "would-be manager is ILYAS", and in a rude way, with a guest (my brother from Tashkent, we haven't seen each other for a long time, came in literally for an hour), on you....what are you doing here ..., and why are you, that is, we are in this room (he escorted us there and more I asked what we were doing here) and so on ... My wife called, he "this grief" called him into the corridor, where he began to tell him that this was not provided for by the hotel, although, upon arrival, we were told that a visit was possible, no problems, no overnight stay (this is understandable!), in general, He gave us such a concert! We didn't even have time to undress. Honestly, we were not comfortable in front of our brother. Leaving him (brother) in the room, my husband and I went to figure out what IT was all about ...., approaching the counter, this "would-be manager" 2 meters tall, with bulging, insolent eyes, began to rudely talk to us, while a woman with three children approached (judging by according to their conversation, she had already been here for 2 paid days), where, without being ashamed of anyone, he just started yelling at her, and poking her to leave the hotel (the children looked at it with wild eyes), (the time was about 22:00), in general, he managed to get into our Barking one way and the other, it was something!!!! As a result, he said that he would fire the receptionist girl tomorrow, who gave us the wrong information, of course we were completely shocked! We decided that since this is the attitude towards visitors, we should move out. Telling him, he made it clear with his shout that we could go anywhere, he would not return the money to us, to which my husband replied, God be with you, I am a lawyer (and this is so), I will solve this issue without problems, in a minute the question of a refund (in 3 days) was resolved.
I would like to contact the OWNER of this hotel! Whoever this person is, you would have kicked him in the neck! So they do not communicate with visitors in raised tones and in a commanding tone!!! You have a nice, clean, cozy hotel - BUT this "would-be manager" spoils everything! And your reputation as well! I hope that you will read this and take measures to replace this manager! This is not how the issues are solved!
When choosing this hotel, please note that guests are not allowed at all, even relatives, to smoke too, even on the territory (but this is not about us, we do not smoke) alcohol, including if this "manager" spots you (and he is with cameras and wiretaps throughout the territory, he is all he hears, he sees everything)))), then you will have a ppc))), a darkened evening and rest is provided!
Special thanks to the receptionist who received us, very pleasant, sweet, sociable and friendly! Such a team should be!
Everything is very good, if not for the hard mattresses again, but this is probably the case in almost everything, in Uzbekistan.
The location is good, quiet, clean.
I won't say about breakfast, because I haven't been, but judging by the look of the restaurant, I think it shouldn't be bad.
Always busy, it means a good place, the rooms are clean, the linen is always ironed, the staff is responsive, there is Parking, although there are few places, but a very quiet area, 10 minutes access to the airport and the city center.
The hotel is still new, has been hosting guests since February.
The breakfasts are quite varied, but for some reason cold.
The rooms are large, but the bathrooms are similar in size to airplane ones.
The reception is not very friendly, it helps reluctantly. We tried to book a tour, called the price 2 times more than the street price (we have not encountered this in other hotels in Uzbekistan).
Long check-in/check-out.
The elevator is slow and constantly malfunctioned.
I do not recommend it for people with light sleep, because there are good acoustics in the corridors, a very bright fire alarm on the ceiling (many guests complained about it), a large mosque is being completed nearby.
The location of the hotel is generally normal, but you will have to take a taxi quite often.
Probably the most pleasant hotel we've been to in Tashkent.
In terms of price/quality, it is ideal. If you are a Russian who went to Tashkent to relocate after the famous events in September, take a room here, you will not regret it.
A great breakfast, buffet, but not banal.
A small, cozy hotel with nice clean rooms.
The only drawback is hard beds and cleaning without mopping the floors. I recommend it!
I really liked the hotel, everything is brand new and clean. The staff is helpful. The location is very convenient. Breakfast for five. Only there is not enough coffee machine.
A wonderful hotel, the room was as if it had been put into operation yesterday. Everything is clean and beautiful. Tomorrow is just amazing, the food was like a slaughter) it's a pity that the coffee was instant, the coffee machine would not fit. And so everything is super
A disgusting hotel. The hockey club "Humo", who lives in this hotel during the season, left for Kazakhstan, upon arrival back, all the money and expensive things from the rooms were stolen from them. The staff, who do not have the right to enter the rooms and touch things without the residents themselves, ignored this moment and began to put their things and move them to another room. If you do not want to be left without things and money, I do not advise you to stay here.
A beautiful and cozy hotel, I accommodated my foreign friends, I received only positive emotions from them. The breakfasts are delicious. The main thing is the excellent location in the city, we managed to walk everywhere.
It's a cool hotel. Everything is clean and tidy.
The rules are set like at home. From 22:00 to 07:00 quiet hour. There is no pool. Prices are acceptable for staying over👍

A great hotel on a quiet street. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfasts. I recommend✋️.
For what dollars per day you get: a decent room, but the service will be lame, our shower leaked and the hygienic one did not work, they asked several times to replace towels, after 5 requests they were changed. Breakfast is included, buffet style.
Great hotel, very clean, lovely staff. Convenient location, 10 minutes to the airport.

Very good audibility in the rooms. At the same time, the hotel employees do not hesitate to communicate in the hallway. Upon check-in, they asked for payment for the reservation more than it was indicated on the booking, the issue was settled the second time.
The hotel is fresh, the bed linen and towels are new. The mattress is too hard. There is a kettle, tea, and water in the room. Room cleaning starting from 3 days.
The breakfasts are varied, there are many dishes to choose from, the staff is friendly.
It takes 10-15 minutes by taxi to any attraction. The area is quiet and pleasant.
