I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff of the Department of medical rehabilitation of the Mogilev polyclinic 7. Ignatieva LL Head of the rehabilitation doctor. Sysoeva TN. to the nurse. Mikhnevich TL and Tkacheva IA are massage therapists. And the physiotherapy staff. In a short time, they helped me cope with my condition, I had surgery on the palm of my hand, and supported me at every stage of treatment. For their high professionalism and human attitude. From the first minute, I felt that I was in safe hands. Not only did I manage, but thanks to their efforts, I learned a lot of useful things about my health. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.
I belong to this clinic by registration. There used to be a wonderful dental office, but now it's gone, too, unfortunately, it's been closed. Still not bad doctors in the antenatal clinic.
I recently got sick and called a doctor at home for the first time in 10 years, with a temperature below 40. And to be honest, I regretted it, it would have been better to call an ambulance right away. The therapist did not hear the bilateral pneumonia, she said that everything was fine. She prescribed an antibiotic for 3 days and said she would feel better soon. Without even having to take tests. As a result, time was lost and it took a long time to be treated in a tube dispensary.
Let's start with the fact that I have been contacting this clinic for a long time, I was pregnant, and recently I did an examination, I have accumulated negativity about this place for a long time, but my grandmother made the last drop, who complained about the therapist. To begin with, I will say about the head of the women's clinic, now there is not a single doctor there, it seems to me that she survived them, because when they were there, she screamed at them all and always reproached, she was rude to me while pregnant and always responds with rolled eyes, you can see from her face that a person drinks. Next, the laboratory, there are no complaints about the specialists who took my tests, however, they do not know how to count and their computer also does not know how to count, because of them I spent money on unnecessary examinations, as well as in fact delayed the treatment of the real problem. Therapists say in plain text that they don't know why I feel bad and can't even make assumptions based on my complaints, generally all the best.
A spacious clinic, you don't feel uncomfortable. Qualified staff and management are working. I would like to mention the Deputy chief medical Officer, who delves into the problems of patients and always helps to solve them. The physical room also serves patients of other polyclinics in the city who do not have the necessary equipment. Thank you for working for the benefit of the residents of Mogilev!
Good afternoon. I would like to express my gratitude to the employee of the registry of the polyclinic Korneichenko E.L. The medical registrar is always very attentive, correct, tactful towards the visitors of the polyclinic. Elena Leonidovna will always find time to listen, advise and choose a convenient time to visit a doctor, quickly reacts to changes in the patient's circumstances and reschedules to a more appropriate time and day of appointment. It is very pleasant that the clinic has employees who treat people with understanding. Thank you, Elena Leonidovna!
The service is courteous, the wardrobe is always working, the signs of the offices are located on the landing of the stairs, they were recently vaccinated, it took a minimum of time, thank you!
I am very grateful to the registry staff..Always attentive, sustained. They help to solve any problems related to visiting specialists quickly and efficiently.
Special thanks to the registrar Korneichenko Lena Leonidovna
Many good words can be said about the doctor Natalia Sergeevna Nevers.
A professional in his field.
She is very attentive and responsible.
Treat patients with respect.
I am not indifferent.
Thanks!!!
I will not talk about the entire clinic, there are many worthy specialists who know their business. I just want to speak about the laboratory where blood is taken from a vein (room 44), not all laboratory assistants will be discussed. One wonderful day, I came to donate blood from a vein and that's where the fun began. The intern took the blood, I understand everything, we all studied and practiced, but when your hands don't work well (and in this job they should be workers), then you don't need to go and get this specialty. She tore my entire vein, my whole arm was bleeding (it was good that I had Band-Aids with me, because the laboratory said that they did not have to peck me with their patch).
In general, it's better to see here!
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Oksana Nikolaevna Zhukova for her professionalism, politeness and sensitive attitude to patients. After the LCD at Oksana Nikolaevna's reception, there are only positive emotions. I am very glad that such doctors work in our clinic.
Date of visit 02.05.2024
Attentive attitude to customers. There are very long queues to doctors, especially to the OP doctor.
The entrance to the clinic is good, Parking is equipped.
I would like to express my gratitude to all employees of this institution: from the registry to the administration! The attending doctors are on top! Attentive, competent, able to listen and give advice! They greet you with a smile! All the examinations that are necessary are carried out in the shortest possible time and at a high level! The territory is neat, the clinic itself is clean, bright, spacious! I recommend everyone to visit Mogilev polyclinic No. 7! Even without a reason, just for the soul!
I want brightness in the lighting of the halls! As in all "normal))" polyclinics, queues, swearing for coupons, etc. I have already formed an opinion about several therapists that I would not go to. And of course there are doctors with a good approach to patients. in the residential complex, my gynecologist T.F. Shepilo is pleasant, calm, trustworthy, conducts an ultrasound herself. There are polite medical staff in the treatment room. The registry office clarifies what time will be convenient, I can't speak for all registrars, but they clarified it with me.
Very close to home, good service, and not close to work, good medical staff, conveniently located, friendly communication. Inside there is a pharmacy where you can buy medicines.
Specialists, as well as throughout the city, are not enough, good and smart.
The staff, as always, is rude to customers.
Even if you don't get a ticket for a certain time, and you know it's a little difficult to sit for 2.5 hours + with a temperature.
According to the quality of service, it is clear that we do not reach the average.
I would like to wish that the partnership would improve in the near future.
I want to share my opinions about this medical institution.
The medical staff of the 11th and 12th rooms are constantly rude. They can't answer the question normally without raising their voices. It's just terrible.
I don't want to go to such a clinic.
I would like to express my gratitude to Nadezhda Ivanovna, the general practitioner of polyclinic No. 7 Sytnik, for her human understanding of the attitude towards her sick patients. I would really like the administration to take this into account. Sincerely, patient Zubritskaya Svetlana Vladimirovna is a disabled person of the 2nd group
I express my gratitude to the midwife Mikhalchenko Olga Alexandrovna for professionalism, humanity, and KINDNESS to patients.I have met few LIVING specialists in our clinics, including mechanical robots with fearless faces.Thank you, Olga, on behalf of the poor women who are your patients.
I would like to express my special gratitude to the therapist of polyclinic number 7 Sytnik Nadezhda
Ivanovna, for her
human understanding of the attitude and kindness to her sick patients, more doctors like these would really like the administration to take this into account. Sincerely, the patient
Zubritskaya Svetlana
Vladimirovna
Good medical staff, polite to patients, although there is a small parking lot, but you can drive up from four sides, there is a pharmacy, very convenient.
The staff is professional and responsive. The attitude towards customers is correct and respectful. There are no queues. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a large list of paid services, but the prices are very reasonable.
You can't even put two stars in your hand. Due to nervous stress received in our 7th polyclinic, I had an attack of coughing and suffocation last night. And all because the clinic has a complete irresponsibility of medical staff to the medical records of patients. In January of this year, I asked to paste the results of the examinations into my card so as not to lose them at home. As a result, yesterday I needed last year's results of examinations for MOLDTS to compare with today's indicators and draw conclusions for further treatment, we could not find any of these documents, due to their absence in the card. Naturally, I made a scandal for the medical registrars. Doctors, when leaving for a call to a patient, do not familiarize themselves with medical histories, moreover, they generally managed to call patients on the phone and ask: What should I prescribe for you? And they come to the call and immediately go to the phone to seek help from GOOOOOGL. So I can do it myself, because I feel better and know where and how it hurts. And if the new head physician of the polyclinic does not put the medical documents in order there in the near future, there will be no sense. People say that this is the case in all clinics. I don't know about everything, but there's a disaster in our 7th!!! There are not enough doctors!!!!!! And those who remain have no time to treat patients because of the burden of compiling statistics. It is impossible to take coupons to the doctor at a convenient time for you. Why in a children's polyclinic, a pediatrician can take 25-60 people for a shift, but in an adult polyclinic there are never enough coupons for a district therapist. The reception starts at 8 o'clock, and 10-30 already give only additional coupons, without time. How long does it take to examine a patient at a doctor's appointment? 5-10 or 30 minutes. I get to sit in line for 30 minutes, and at a doctor's appointment from 4 to 8 minutes. How can you listen and make a decision in 4 minutes?
This is the worst polyclinic in the city.I had to get sick, I went to the general practitioner Ekaterina Mikhailovna Kuleshova. It feels like she has only graduated from the corridor since her entire period of study at the institute. No treatment was prescribed. After 5 days, I went to another doctor, Centurion Nadezhda Ivanovna, who generally accused me of working as a nurse in a hospital and not knowing how people are treated. The boorish attitude towards people is off the scale. The third time I went to the doctor Tatyana Mikhailovna Borisova, who sent me for tests and with an ESR of 30, increased, closed the hospital and sent me to work.As a result, I was taken by an ambulance to Pulmonology with bilateral pneumonia. There is a great desire to remove such doctors from our lives altogether.
I want to ask for advice. What would you do if you were in my place. I am 59 years old. I have worked all my life and paid taxes correctly. She is now a pensioner. So the blood pressure and pulse began to jump over 100. When she couldn't bring down the pressure herself, she called an ambulance. I had to see a doctor with such a problem. They did a cardiogram , the local doctor 's appointment ended , I sat for about three hours with blood pressure and with such a pulse to an intern doctor . So she helped me, took me to the treatment room, and they gave me an injection. And until my blood pressure started to drop, she wouldn't let me go. She prescribed treatment for me. Many thanks to the doctor. Unfortunately, I don't remember the last name. I have a buzzing and buzzing in my head. My joints hurt a lot, and that's all. Even the collarbones, arthrosis stage 2-3. And so, in February, the doctor advised me to get on the waiting list at the hospital. I signed up for the month of May. I had to go to my daughter in April to help (my granddaughter is autistic) . I asked my neighbor how and when. They started to resent that how could I send a neighbor to find out. By the way, I was in Russia. I called myself in early May, 5 in line. Come by yourself.I arrived on May 11 and immediately went to the clinic. And they tell me that you are disabled or a participant. It's not supposed to. I ask that you know that I am in Russia and why not tell me about it right away. I was in roaming, I said 50 rubles. I arrived, it's like this. The next day they called and said that it was about the hospital. I tell them that I am aware that I am not disabled. And they tell me no, this is not a misunderstanding, they left me a ticket for May 22. Today I went there and they tell me that I am young 59 years old, I need 60. SO I WANT TO ASK. DID I NOT GIVE MY CARD, OR DID I HIDE MY AGE, OR DID I GO ON MY OWN? WHY DID THEY TREAT ME LIKE THAT? Can you advise me what to do?
There is probably no worse attitude.
I read reviews and opinions of people
of course they are different.I thought about it, but my impression of the 7th polyclinic is what, and I don't remember that there was anything wrong or rude.Always starting from the registry and visiting different doctors, tests, ultrasound, etc. the attitude is friendly.Probably first you need to look at yourself, how you treat people and you.Thank you.
I really like to visit the hydrotherapy clinic - polite and hardworking staff, pleasant wellness treatments. BUT the question arises, "Why is it impossible to drive up to the building of the hydrotherapy by car?". In winter, after thermal water treatments, it is not very pleasant and useful to run to the car, which is located outside the clinic, across the street. Moreover, the area in front of the hydrotherapy building allows you to park a car (and more than one) during the passage of paid procedures, which will not interfere with special machines. I would visit the hydrotherapy much more often, but if I am NOT allowed to enter the territory, there is a risk of colds, which many people fear at the present time.
Like all polyclinics.A mess. There is a very friendly and good staff in Delhi. And there are those who are out of place, as if they are being forced to work here
It's fine in general, but for some reason there are no coupons at the reception desk, and there is not a single person at the office. How is the work organized?
A complaint about a specific part-time doctor, the head of the women's clinic, T.F. Shepilo. I have not seen such rudeness anywhere and did not expect to encounter it in the residential complex! She did not hide her dislike , turned away and looked out the window during the reception , and answered my questions about my health with sarcasm and rudeness . She told me a lot of unpleasant and unconfirmed diagnoses (tests and examinations are normal for me) , which caused me unreasonable stress , and did not appoint any further examinations , either , from which I conclude that she just decided to intimidate me . What is this attitude towards a girl in a position? Why do I have to listen to this rudeness in my address? As a doctor , she is clearly not competent , despite her position ! An uneducated boor
Inconvenient location. Polite reception. Good medical staff, qualified doctors. There are few queues. I recommend terpavet Dorofeev. A rising star of therapy, and, very importantly, a practitioner. Not a theorist, but a practitioner. And a real doctor in terms of caring for patients. I will also note the doctor of the infectious diseases office (a young girl): polite, not yet spoiled by the system, ready to run and fulfill requests. Come to her to take tests and get vaccinated. Also, well-deserved attention is the office for collecting blood tests from a vein: qualified, interesting female laboratory assistants. Have a nice hike! Don't get sick!
There are good specialists and a lot of bad ones who are also rude to patients. The reception staff is excellent, polite, you can always get through right away.
Yeah, really... I know this clinic and some of the doctors working here very well, because I belong to this clinic at my place of residence. I gave it 3 stars with a huge stretch. I understand that there are a lot of people and few doctors, but this is not a reason to be rude to patients (I'm not talking about all doctors). Being on sick leave, on August 31, I spent 6 and a half hours in a dirty area in the queue to the therapist N.I. Sytnik, who "took" patients for 35-40 minutes each. Rather, it took about 5 minutes to examine and interview the patient, the rest of the time the doctor wrote something (not in the card), no longer paying attention to the patient. It's just awful!!! A dirty zone is a dirty zone - 30 or more people who are on an area of a little more than 20 sq. m. almost sitting on each other's laps, standing on the stairs and even on the porch!!! My sick leave dragged on for a month, I went to the doctors almost every other day, standing in queues for 4 hours or more...
Very good specialists work in this medical institution. A polite attitude. The reception is conducted strictly according to the time specified in the ticket. I would like to express special gratitude to the ultrasound room for their attention and professional skills.
A good clinic, always clean. Special thanks to the doctors and midwives of the antenatal clinic, very good doctors. A small minus is a lot of people taking blood tests from a vein.
Wonderful polyclinic No. 7. Responsive and attentive doctors, which is very important now! Friendly and patient receptionists. The clinic itself and the offices are clean and tidy! The waiting time for the appointment is minimized, I ordered a ticket and arrived at the appointed time. So far, only one word of gratitude to the doctors of the polyclinic 7
I want to leave my feedback on the doctor Zubovich Veronika Nikolaevna. He sees each patient for 30 minutes . She doesn 't really give treatment , but she likes to discuss how others are treated . A doctor who can only prescribe expensive drugs and even when the patient is sitting on hormones, prescribe drops into the nose. And it turns out that naphazalin, which is several times cheaper, also treats. If it wasn't for asthma and I didn't work, I wouldn't go there at all after doctors like Veronika Nikolaevna, I don't want anything. How many times I 've sat in line , I 've never heard patients praise her . Only one outrage. And I was shocked to write out a prescription for josept for half an hour. The doctor did not know how to discharge him . She called and asked. I hope I never get to see this doctor again. It is better then to go on a paid basis than to such a doctor who pretends to be someone who does not have to.
I want to express my gratitude to the doctors who work in a dirty area, very good ones always give good treatment. And they always accept it quickly . Thanks to the doctor Kirichenko, thank you that when you feel bad, you come to the house, although I have asthma and sometimes there is no fever. Thank you very much.
Many thanks to the doctor, Yulia Borisovna Tishkovskaya is a very good doctor who is attentive and will always tell you what is better.
And the women's consultation, thank you very much. I really want to say thank you to my doctor Galina Sokolova, a very good gynecologist.
There are specialists. The attitude is like in all polyclinics, it happens in different ways. It is easy enough to get an appointment ticket for an appointment, the queues are small.
There are constant, huge queues at the reception. You have to look for tests in the offices, as well as your card. I would like to say a few words about the disgusting and boorish behavior of a surgeon named Kevlyuk. This person, not only does not give a full consultation, but also allows himself to yell at patients. I consider this behavior unacceptable, the person is out of place, hates people. I believe that in the near future, the higher management will give an assessment of the work of this "under-specialist".
Doctors are different, there are rude, there are not experienced, but there are those who really help with treatment and know their business)!
The reception is on top, polite and accessible to explain, and most importantly patient, they have 10 stars))))
Inconvenient location, rudeness, kilometer-long queues at the reception and offices, you can't sign up for doctors.
This is not a clinic, but a nightmare! God forbid you get sick!
You can't pass the medical examination! I sat under the office for 3 hours! Just to be referred to other doctors! And others in the queue said that they had been trying to get to the pre-medical office for 2 days. While the queue for the office did not start moving to the reception room to the chief physician with claims.
You can't make an appointment with doctors by phone! The phone is taken off and put back on, And if you get through, then either an appointment is made on some other day, on which everything is exactly unlikely that you will be recorded, then the doctor does not work. What's the point of a clinic where they don't want to treat you?
