A cool place, a cozy atmosphere, the food is very tasty, well, everything is great, but minus a star for the service. They asked for the bill, they waited for 15 minutes, they never brought it, they asked for it again. There were only 2 girls in the hall who could see that they did not have time to do anything during the heavy workload, but the place is wonderful.

We were at the bottom of the city, we came here on the recommendation of friends who were here last year. The interior is beautiful and cozy. There was trouble with the staff, they couldn't put us at a table, other visitors even offered to wait for them to leave so that we could sit down. When the table was cleared, they forgot to wipe it for us.
We took burgers and beer. The bun is dry, the cutlet is cold, the tomatoes in the burger are naturally from the refrigerator, we all waited 40 minutes, the beer is diluted. After 15 minutes, we were not counted. There was no queue of people to board. Then
they didn't bring us our bill, the cat. it was 20 rubles more and they have already started to drive the amount into the terminal for payment by card.
Disappointed with the service. We will not go here ourselves anymore, so as not to spoil the impression of the whole day.
We wish the institution to return to its previous level of service in order to be a 100% option, and not as lucky.

Well, what can I say? On the plus side: the cuisine is really not bad from salads to burgers. Delicious, juicy. Of course, we haven't tried all the burgers, but we liked all of those that we ordered. And that's probably all the advantages.
Let's move on to the cons: there are more of them. First of all, this menu is terrible. There is no composition in any position, it is not clear what is made of what. The variety of burgers is great, but I constantly had to call the waitress to clarify the contents, and she was both a waiter, a bartender, and a barista for a minute, which takes a lot of time with a large landing. Then the furniture, too, let's say so-so, chairs are not comfortable, tables with nostalgia of the USSR, although there are sofas, but they could not turn gray. If there are a lot of visitors in the institution, then believe me, you will wait for your burger for about an hour, and this is a lot.
So the kitchen is boldly strong 5, but as for the service and everything related to it, not everything is unambiguous 2+

The burger shop is not bad, the menu is interesting, the staff is also friendly. But the Cole Slow salad is not tasty and does not look in its standard form, as is customary in burger / ribs (large shredding and the addition of some mayonnaise spoils the taste and turns it into an ordinary cabbage salad). I tried one of the signature burgers with pear and cheese (I don't remember the name), they didn't ask what kind of roast the cutlet was, most likely they don't do it, and as for me the cutlet was very dry and not juicy, and the bun was many times larger than it, which was also very confusing. But of all the prices are low, so my requirements are most likely overstated from this institution + the staff is very pleasant!

I ordered two burgers through Yandex, they arrived quickly, but the burgers themselves are terrible. The composition is impossible to eat, the bun is hard as a biscuit, it is clearly not one day old!!! Yandex did well, they received photos and videos and reacted quickly, the money was returned. 2024, the regional center, is not a cheap place, but for some reason I have to take the menu myself. They greeted us as reluctantly as possible and without a single hint of a smile. The second waitress was much more friendly and welcoming.
The food was served on cartons that lay on a board. Was it really impossible to buy at least inexpensive black or white plates? They gave us gloves, but they were cellophane, not rubber, which is unheard of for a good burger joint.

After visiting this place, I note that this is the best burger joint I've visited recently. Lovely girls from the staff, very tactfully and "without water" served our company, gave a decent and informative answer to all our questions regarding the menu. We ordered burgers and lemonade, everything is very tasty and satisfying. I recommend it for a visit, especially if you are not a resident of Brest.
