Very long service! Two burgers were waiting for about 40 minutes, and this is when the place is filled with customers by no more than 50 percent! Delicious but nothing special in other burgers, the quality is also good, but the service is many times faster, the prices are slightly overpriced. If the service was fast, I would give it 4 stars.

Honestly, we were shocked, 28 types of burgers, and their description was top! We ordered two burgers and two salads for a trial, it was very satisfying, there were a lot of fillings, we were pleasantly surprised.
The interior is very beautiful, the place is located in the center, I definitely recommend visiting it.
P.S. a small wish, you have very beautiful cutlery, but the salad plate is disposable....?
It would be cool to replace it with beautiful plates)

They promised to cook in 40 minutes, in the end they waited for an hour and ten and left. We went outside to smoke, and there half the staff are sitting and smoking behind the establishment. In the bar card 0.5 cola 3.20r, paid 3.20r for 0.33. The place was 35 percent full.

I took the order quickly, brought the drinks instantly.
That was the end of all the positive things.
40 minutes with an empty hall (except for us there was 1 company of 4 people who had already been paid) we were waiting for our order - 1 fish burger and 1 Caesar salad.
40 minutes!
As for me, this is unacceptably long. The cook needs to be changed.
After reading the reviews here, I realized that this is a common situation in this institution.
