We were in early January 2023, went for a snack, chose according to reviews, and they were justified. However, there were a lot of people, all the tables were occupied, and they waited 10 minutes to sit down, and then 30 minutes to eat, this is the only thing they didn't like. It is better to call in advance and clarify the expectation.

I have been visiting this institution since its opening, since I live nearby. Initially, there was delight, now due to the lack of choice in the area, I have to go in to get coffee. The service is very messed up. Greeting a guest? No, you haven't. I'm standing at the bar, I want to make an order, zero attention. At this time, it seems that the entire staff has gathered at the bar, and everyone is busy with something (personal conversations, for example), and apparently so passionate about "work" that they do not see the client a meter away. Customer orientation at the bottom level.
The place is undeniably good (it was), but come down from heaven, every client deserves due attention. Or change the HR manager who is recruiting such a "high-quality" staff.

Anyway, it was worth it)
I advise you to book a table in advance, just a few days in advance, because they always have a full boarding, and as soon as the person leaves, a sign "reserve" is placed on the table. Overall, I really liked it.

They said that they would not work from 10.12, without explaining why, I had to pull information from them. As a result, they said they were closing for repairs until January. What was my surprise when they did not publish any information about the closure for repairs (even now at the time of publication of the review), and now another week has come after 10.12 and they are working 😂 Damn, if you are not sure that you plan to close, well, ask the guest (potential) to "Write later for clarification". This is much better than misleading the guest. In short, I did not like the situation. I had no desire to write to them again. You need to urgently review the organizational aspects and relations with the guest. No wonder they write the key points to you, it's time to listen!

They do not immediately warn that the cooking time is 40 minutes or longer. Customer focus is at zero. If you need a table for three, then you'll be waiting for a table for three, and it doesn't matter that you can just substitute a chair for another table and nothing will change - wait. Bottom line: if you want to spend 2 hours waiting until you get your food and lack of attention from the staff, then you are definitely here.
