Very nice comfortable hotel in Belgrade. Center is very close (10 min to fortress), also tram/bus stops are close (5min walking) and there’s very beautiful Dunav embankment.
Rooms are comfortable, clean and silent. Breakfast is ok. There’s spa center, but I had no time to visit it
I was on a business trip for 4 nights. I only managed to spend the night, so the review is only about the room and breakfast. I got a 2-room room, a little empty, but generally comfortable. The bed is great, I slept well. There are many TV channels. The only drawback is that it's cold. The control of the air conditioner is unfriendly, or it does not work as it should (for heating). The breakfasts weren't bad, but there was an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen or somewhere else. However, it is not felt in the hall itself. I ordered dinner once with room service. It was beautiful, delicious, satisfying with no options. But it 's not cheap either )
A modern hotel in a quiet part of the city center, a 15-minute leisurely walk to the tourist streets. There is a currency exchange machine on the reception; the rooms are quiet 23sq.m, quite modern and comfortable without frills; electric kettle with refilling of tea leaves, sugar and coffee; bathrobes, towels are changed if you throw them on the floor; daily cleaning, liquid soap and shower gel in tubes from an Italian manufacturer; in-room safe; car rental on reception. The water is not replenished, but there is a grocery store in front of the hotel. I liked everything.

The hotel staff is highly professional and friendly, always ready to help and answer guests' questions. Breakfast at the hotel is varied and delicious, including both traditional Serbian and international dishes. The convenient location in the city center allows easy access to the main attractions of Belgrade.
Mona Plaza Hotel is an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the capital of Serbia, spend time in comfort and coziness, as well as receive a high level of service.
The rooms are clean, the location is in the center of the old town. Within walking distance from the Fortress. The staff is courteous and speaks good English. The room has a toilet and a bathroom with a shower
. The breakfasts are very tasty
There is a stench of cigarettes at the entrance to the hotel. Everyone smokes everywhere. The rooms, however, are not smoky. The room seems to be clean. kind of. But there is mold in the shower, see the photo. I like to relax with the window open, but since the hotel is located in a residential building, everyone is shouting and doing repairs in the courtyard. The description says that the windows have a view of the city. Deception. The photo shows the view from the room window.Problems started upon check-in and they still haven't been resolved. DESPITE the fact that I paid for the room, I was charged. This is a separate topic and a separate complaint will be written to the booking requesting a refund. Arrived two hours earlier, demanded 20 euros for early check-in, while the hotel is half empty. I refused and went to eat at the bar for 20 euros. If you are going to Belgrade, look for another hotel.
The hotel is super, very comfortable, has everything you need. If you check in on a high floor, you can see Belgrade well and far from there (but even if you don't check in, you can just drive to the top floor, get out of the elevator and look out the window).
Everything inside the room is automated and the climate is controlled by a digital remote control. Wi-fi is free, and a password is provided upon check-in. There is a so-called Money changer in the lobby, you can buy dinars for euros without leaving the hotel.
Disadvantages: sometimes their cards, which unlock the room and elevator, are spontaneously reset and stop working. It doesn't matter - you can contact the reception and a new one will be issued without delay. But somehow it turned out that I changed 4 cards in a day (it was only 1 day). Some kind of bug, apparently.
A great place, though there is no transfer order service, and ironing is not on the 5th, they do not iron themselves. There are slippers and bathrobes, but there is no toothbrush. A good and delicious breakfast. Within walking distance from the pedestrian street of Prince Mikhail. The staff is friendly.
Nice hotel, great location, helpful and unobtrusive staff.
Comfortable conference rooms. A good breakfast. There is a currency exchange machine in the lobby (please note that you will not be able to exchange rubles for dinars)
On the plus side: on the 13th floor there is a great view, good breakfasts and conference rooms, an excellent hair dryer, you can ask for a city map at the reception. By cons: they do not vacuum the rooms for 5 days, take out only garbage, dust and cobwebs on the windows and there was hair in the shower before the first visit, there is no iron or ironing, you can only order an iron for a fee.
Of the advantages, excellent location, clean and cozy room, delicious breakfasts and dinners. Of the disadvantages, there is no iron in the room and on the floor. The drinking water in the room is not updated.
A great place to stay in Belgrade for an extended period. There are Russian-speaking employees among the staff. The breakfast is really comprehensive: there are many products on the buffet that will satisfy every taste, including those who eat dietetically. The hotel is conveniently located: and not far from Knyaz Mikhail Street, and at the same time there are no street noises from troubadours and passing people. We chose a hotel among several in this price category. Upon arrival, we looked at the places where the options were. Unfortunately, some were located near the dark ghettos, although the hotel is called and looks decent. Therefore, it is worth choosing hotels not only according to the map, but also according to reviews. The only drawback is that in the restaurant on the ground floor, if ventilation is not turned on, then the smoke from cigarettes from the smoking room is very strong in the non–smoking room. In this regard, of course, we have become very unaccustomed to cigarette smoke in public places. By the way, the room price includes a visit to the hammam and sauna: the hotel has a good relaxation room, you can book a massage. The hotel is sincerely recommended for your stay!)
Hair in the sink, holes in the bed linen, cigarette smoke wafted through the window, noise from the cleaners on the floor, the bar downstairs is expensive, the food is not delicious
Great hotel, nice clean and with good service. There are rooms with a bathroom, which is a nice bonus for everyone who is tired of washing vertically.
I will definitely come again)
A good, solid hotel.
The breakfast is decent. Room cleaning for 3 hours. We forgot to add water to the bar and change the towels, when I asked, they said that the water had run out :)
A buffet dinner table without soups, which surprised me, although perhaps this is a feature of the local cuisine.
Otherwise, fairly fresh renovation, good beds, pillows, clean rooms. The hotel is inside a dense building, the views from the windows are the most ordinary.
Close to the old town, there are shops and supermarkets around. 20 minutes to the airport.
Nice hotel. In general, everything is usually good for a hotel. From small minuses: do not update the free mineral water in the room, there are no toothbrushes.
Overall, a very good hotel. There is a gym and a SPA. Very tasty breakfasts with a large selection. There are several people on the staff who speak Russian. The quality of cleaning suffers a little, for this a minus point.
Everything is quite decent.
One of the disadvantages is the spa: the sauna has an unpleasant smell, little variety. The breakfast is delicious, but monotonous.
Poor cleaning. For 5 nights at the hotel, the dust on the napkin dispenser has not been wiped off in the bathroom. Glasses with streaks. Water and napkins were not replenished.
I liked the hotel. The rooms and common areas are freshly decorated. A good breakfast and a bar in the evenings. Attentive and open staff. Good location: near a park, a zoo (small, even tiny, but cute); within walking distance (3-5 minutes) one of the main streets of Belgrade's nightlife.
They gave me a giant number. There were oddities, but nothing serious. For example, there was no full-fledged table in the room. Cleaning is very lazy.

This is three stars, not 4. The staff is rude, the girl at the reception is very rude. Water is not provided in the rooms. Ventilation is at 26 degrees in the rooms, it is very hot, the temperature does not drop below, no matter how you turn the settings. The staff said that they have the same temperature for the whole hotel, they can't turn anything up. And the windows don't open! There is one small window that opens to a small crack, but this is about zero use. Room cleaning is generally +/- normal, but if you look closely, the bathroom is full of hair scattered. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, although the hotel is 4 stars. At the reception they do not accept payment in euro coins for a mini bar, because they simply do not want to, although in most hotels with 4 * they accept without problems. The staff did not inform about the city tax upon check-in. Fortunately, it is not big, but it was unpleasant news already 10 minutes before departure to the airport. In general, if you want to spoil your impression of Belgrade, then this hotel and especially its staff will help you a lot.
An amazing hotel.
polite and friendly staff.(there are Russian speakers)
The food is delicious, there is a spa area, a sauna, and a gym.
There is a bathrobe and towels.
The food is delicious and fresh.
A very cool modern hotel!
Everything is clean and pleasant.
Decent breakfasts.
A little further from the center than we thought, but this is not a problem, you can call a taxi
It's been a few days. In general, it is cozy and calm. There were no special questions, there is a smoking area where you can sit quietly, drink coffee and work.
