The hotel is small, compact, but the room itself was spacious, zoned with a partition into a bedroom and a living room, quite pleasant. The biggest advantage in the hotel is the receptionist named Medet, who is as friendly, helpful and attentive as possible. Practically, he worked every day, but he was always in a good mood, did not show fatigue, went forward, helped with tips and hints. But actually there were quite a lot of "joints" in the hotel, so we can't put a five in any way. Firstly, the linen on one bed was absolutely wet, I can't even call it wet, it was wet. Secondly, there were no light bulbs in the chandelier in the toilet, in the floor lamp in the living room. Thirdly, there was no mini-bar, it was obvious that it had been standing before. At our request, it was brought to us. Well, and fourthly, rather poor breakfasts, monotonous.

The water in the bathroom is poured on the floor when taking a shower because of a small partition and a faulty shower head, it is not possible to fix it in the right position, there are no nets on the window, insects fly in, there is no refrigerator in the room, there is no air conditioner, there is no kettle and cups, there is no night maid, I had to clean the water from the bathroom floor myself so that the child does not slip on the slippery tile. It was only after the second call to the prescription that they were able to send the bartender with towels so that she could dry the floor. the set of detergents wants the best, only at a minimum, there are no bathrobes. The staff is polite, but the maid stole the chargers from her husband, which she forgot in the room. But since we also had a second room, when we returned to the hotel we were asked about the chargers, she hid from the administration both about the left bottle of beer and about the chargers. The beer bottle was returned, although it was not needed. And the administrator told us the chargers, as he said, they are now looking in the trash, but we already need to go to the airport. We were told that chargers are expensive in Kazakhstan. The administrator justified everything to the maid, like he has been working for many years and so on. But she's a thief, she hid from the administration about beer and chargers. Since the road was going to be long, my chargers did not fit my husband's iPad, iPhone and watch, it was problematic. Moreover, we had to travel another 600 km by car to the navigator in the iPhone. I didn't count on my phone during the trip and I didn't connect roaming. These are the problems thieves can create, realizing that they are tied to departures. There is no desire to return to this hotel for the second time because of the results of the work of the staff. The breakfast is so-so, you can eat, you won't leave hungry. But rather modestly. The customer service wants the best. I don't even know how you can be so polite and deceitful, thievish. That's the aftertaste left from this service. And the hotel itself, if put in order, can work much more

Good afternoon. We stayed at the hotel from April 09 to April 19, 2024. The hotel is located in a very beautiful area. The rooms are spacious, the staff is attentive, the breakfasts are modest , monotonous , but we did not stay hungry. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops nearby, and in principle it is not far from all the attractions. I would like the management to pay attention to the plumbing in the rooms. I had to move to another room, because there was a plug stuck in the bathroom and Nick couldn't get it out, in another room the water in the bathroom just drained badly, it looks like a blockage. For the entire time , the accommodation has not been cleaned . There were also problems with television. The channels were not available for some time , we had to wait a long time for the staff to fix the problems . But in general , the hotel is decent enough , I recommend it 👍

The rooms are spacious, but already dilapidated. The most terrible thing is audibility. You can hear everything that happens on the floor and especially in the neighboring rooms. There are quite a few long hairs on the sofa in the room that could be removed during normal cleaning. The bed is spacious with a normal mattress. The staff is friendly and smiling. The breakfast is good, standard for the size of the hotel and the cost.

Everything is quite old, worn out, I did not wait for hot water. I was very pleasantly struck by the indifference of the staff at breakfast: the main influx of guests apparently ended early in the morning, breakfast was before 10-30, I came at 9, and everything was already turned off, everything was cold, dirty dishes were almost everywhere on the tables, and none of the staff. I had to turn everything on myself, heat it up, and so on. I have not seen such an ugly attitude, especially not typical for Kazakhstan. Everything is comfortable in the room, the bed is comfortable, there is a sofa and an armchair with a table as a work area. Nice view from the window.

The best thing about this hotel is the rooftop restaurant nearby)) and in general, this is a three-star maximum. Dead plumbing, clogged drains, patched repairs, so-so breakfast…Etc. The food is tasteless, cheap, and there is no variety. Although the breakfast looks very nice in the photo on the booking, but this is only in the photo. The furniture is pretty much used in the room, but the staff is trying their best to do everything for the client. If you need a couple of days, then you can choose this hotel.
