I am very satisfied with the reservations.
There are wonderful beef stroganoff pancakes here. They claim to be the best that I have tried in Belarus.
They smeared the impression with the fact that they cooked pasta for a sooo long time, although they immediately warned that cooking was long due to the gastrofestival. But not for pasta.... And not for 40 minutes. In general, I recommend it.

Walking around the old town, we picked up a Chagall cafe. We were very satisfied with the cafe's cuisine. We took solyanka, cold ones with bulbashiki (WOW!!!), a bowl with chicken, pasta carbonara, summer residents with beef and salmon. I recommend this magical place! Don't miss it)))

They brought raw cheesecakes, the dough stretched, asked to finish, they brought the finished ones after 40 minutes, the coffee cooled down, the cafe employee offered to warm up the latte) while the latte was heated, it was still 40 minutes, the cheesecakes cooled down, it became impossible to cut with a knife or break off with a fork, they could hammer nails, for the first time they saw this. And in the end, they did not give the change 6 rubles, moreover, the employee argued with us, and then said that she had looked at another check. In general, we will not come here anymore, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired, and the service is at a low level, although the cafe itself is beautifully made.

A special note is for the beer-branded tables, chairs and umbrellas on the veranda. It's a bit simple for such a stylish place.

I thought for a long time and still decided to write a review about this institution.
The food is not bad, there are not many questions.
But!!! The service and serving of dishes, to put it mildly, is surprising.
On August 11, my daughter and I were at this institution.
We ordered- I- takoyaki and soup, daughter-poke and Mochi.
After some time, takoyaki was brought to me, we waited a little while waiting for the child to bring the dish too....It took 15 minutes, the two of us ate everything - since it's not decent to eat alone. And then, again, they brought me soup. The daughter is sitting… I ate a delicious soup and my daughters are brought here....to make you think.... Moti!!!! Dessert!
We're fucked up
She ate it and didn't want to swear because it was delicious. And after dessert, after the same time, she was brought a poke with chicken!
The first claim is that the dishes should be served to the guests at the same time! It's etiquette. And dessert is obviously not brought hot before!!!
We took it home with us.
Although it was delicious, there is no desire to go there anymore.

The first time we were in a cafe at a gastrofest, we were satisfied with both the cuisine and the service. The second time, we were much less lucky, some items were not on the menu, we ordered a set of rolls, they were cooked for more than an hour, and no one warned about the waiting time. After waiting for more than an hour, they brought something very vaguely resembling rolls, it was impossible to take them with chopsticks, even with a fork, everything was falling apart. They said that an intern was cooking. The receptionist, however, apologized in the form of a cheesecake and a discount.
I hope that the cafe will correct its mistakes and will not put one intern to work on a Friday evening.

A good cafe. But I would recommend that I open from 10 a.m. at least. Having breakfast to open a restaurant at 11 o'clock is strange to me. I had to walk around for an hour, because I really wanted to get there.
While waiting for the order, we watched a documentary about Chagall, it was interesting.
At first we took dishes with strawberries, but the strawberries ran out and we had to choose other dishes. But the issue was quickly resolved and within 20 minutes she appeared. Well done, this is a straight service.

A nice, atmospheric, cozy and very small place for 6 tables (probably in summer they put tables outside), in early May the tables were only inside. My husband and I got to the food festival, we really liked the cuisine, it was delicious, interesting, attentive service.
We had to wait about 20 minutes for our table, but we looked into the next place, there is something else to look at on this street.

Great food, great location, but... Insanely long serving of dishes!! They forgot to order bread for the main course, although if the waiter had offered, they would have remembered immediately, and as a result they waited for two pieces for even more than five minutes:(the next day we ordered just coffee and dessert.... The waiting time exceeded all reasonable deadlines. The rest is perfect!

The food is not delicious. Cocktails are not delicious. Drinks wait from 20 minutes. Food from 40, and this is if you ordered for the first time. The second time, just add the original time. Steak minion roast vel-dan (the meat is tough, but should be tender). Quesadilla is a solid fat dripping from pita bread. Salmon forshmak tastes of river water. No hummus, large pieces of legumes or nuts, no tenderness in the paste.
The cafe is stuffy. Service for 3/10.
One of the advantages is the royal toilet, the design inside.
Of the minuses, as you understand, everything else.

An extremely ambiguous place...
we ordered tartare, salad and goat. They said that the download is small and you need to wait 15-20 minutes, but not after 20 or even 30 minutes, they did not take anything out. When the wait had already exceeded 40 minutes (!!!), we called our waiter Karina, however, as another girl told us, she disappeared somewhere (it's amazing where you can go from a room with 5 tables). Already quite annoyed, we asked when the unfortunate salad and tartare would be served to us, to which we received the answer that everything would be ready in 5 minutes. And, lo and behold, after 50 minutes of waiting, we were able to taste this phenomenon.
The beef tartare turned out to be surprisingly decent, as well as the chicken salad, here 5/5.
30 minutes later, when we were about to go to an institution where the kitchen works faster, they took out the unfortunate kid, apparently they could not catch it. The meat and side dish turned out to be unrealistically dry, it was simply impossible to eat without a drink (apparently, it dried up while the cooks were trying to catch it), but it was quite tasty, 3/5.
Result. I've never been in such an ambiguous place before. It seems that, yes, the interior and kitchen are inviting, there is live music, but all impressions are completely killed by the slowness and disinterest of the staff.
Owners should definitely think about this problem. As a result, no one even bothered to apologize to us.
P.S. I hope the waiter Karina was found in the end.

A good restaurant. But I want to make some comments. Takoyaki is street food, not restaurant food. They are served well and very tasty in this restaurant. But there is no such street style, it is not very cozy. Salmon tartare is small and it's not Tartare at all. The fish is fresh, but it doesn't look raw. Ramen is made very poorly: there is little meat and it is not fried, the broth is not infused properly, strange beans, but delicious, poached egg is not with a liquid yolk. Well, in general, there is nothing to do here for fans of Japanese cuisine. Apart from takoyaki, there is little to eat. The atmosphere is cool, everything is beautiful, polite staff.
Not for fans of Japanese cuisine.

After a recent visit to this place at the gastrofest, I decided to stop by Chagall on a weekday, and I can say with confidence that it was a great decision. The service was at a good level, the staff was friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
The food was amazing! I especially want to mention the dessert — it is a real masterpiece. The combination of nutty nougat with delicate ice cream is very successful.
The interior of the restaurant also left the most positive impressions. The cozy atmosphere and stylish decor create a special atmosphere of comfort, you want to come back here.
Overall, Chagall made a positive impression on me. I highly recommend it to all lovers of good cuisine and a cozy atmosphere!

We visited the institution the other day. I liked everything very much. The food and service are top notch!
I would especially like to mention the bowl with chicken and mochi. Mochi used to be taken with mango, but now they tried it with figs and banana. Our favorites are mango (mango was very ripe and delicious) and figs. And the waitress was very nice and friendly. We will definitely come again!
