After a recent visit to this place at the gastrofest, I decided to stop by Chagall on a weekday, and I can say with confidence that it was a great decision. The service was at a good level, the staff was friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
The food was amazing! I especially want to mention the dessert — it is a real masterpiece. The combination of nutty nougat with delicate ice cream is very successful.
The interior of the restaurant also left the most positive impressions. The cozy atmosphere and stylish decor create a special atmosphere of comfort, you want to come back here.
Overall, Chagall made a positive impression on me. I highly recommend it to all lovers of good cuisine and a cozy atmosphere!

The place is visually atmospheric, but otherwise it is a disgrace to the holy name)) we came with our daughter to have lunch, because there are many different soups on the menu. As a result, 70% of the above was missing at 17:00. We ordered cheese chicken soup from the children's menu, brought something cloudy with champignons and pork rinds, and a film of fat😅

We waited 20 minutes for the waiter, we waited 40 minutes for food
We took eclairs with wild salmon, they were tasteless, large soggy eclairs with cottage cheese and a slight taste of smoked salmon. The shrimp salad was waited even longer, although it consisted of caramelized pears (in fact, just a pear in syrup) lettuce leaves, oranges and shrimp, but it was also tasteless.

An extremely ambiguous place...
we ordered tartare, salad and goat. They said that the download is small and you need to wait 15-20 minutes, but not after 20 or even 30 minutes, they did not take anything out. When the wait had already exceeded 40 minutes (!!!), we called our waiter Karina, however, as another girl told us, she disappeared somewhere (it's amazing where you can go from a room with 5 tables). Already quite annoyed, we asked when the unfortunate salad and tartare would be served to us, to which we received the answer that everything would be ready in 5 minutes. And, lo and behold, after 50 minutes of waiting, we were able to taste this phenomenon.
The beef tartare turned out to be surprisingly decent, as well as the chicken salad, here 5/5.
30 minutes later, when we were about to go to an institution where the kitchen works faster, they took out the unfortunate kid, apparently they could not catch it. The meat and side dish turned out to be unrealistically dry, it was simply impossible to eat without a drink (apparently, it dried up while the cooks were trying to catch it), but it was quite tasty, 3/5.
Result. I've never been in such an ambiguous place before. It seems that, yes, the interior and kitchen are inviting, there is live music, but all impressions are completely killed by the slowness and disinterest of the staff.
Owners should definitely think about this problem. As a result, no one even bothered to apologize to us.
P.S. I hope the waiter Karina was found in the end.

It takes a very long time to prepare food, when the cafe is loaded with 10 people (an hour of waiting). The steak is more like beef stroganoff, the rest of the food seemed mediocre. The ventilation in the kitchen is not working well: even the outerwear smells of food.

We visited the institution the other day. I liked everything very much. The food and service are top notch!
I would especially like to mention the bowl with chicken and mochi. Mochi used to be taken with mango, but now they tried it with figs and banana. Our favorites are mango (mango was very ripe and delicious) and figs. And the waitress was very nice and friendly. We will definitely come again!

WAITING FOR THE DISHES IS 1 hour!
They came and warned us that the wait is about 20 minutes. As a result, they waited for AN HOUR, two dishes were not taken out at all. No meaningful apologies, despite the fact that we warned that we were late for the tour. And this is despite the fact that there are 5 tables in the cafe and the boarding is incomplete. With such service in normal establishments, the dishes would be excluded from the bill. Don't come here!

I was in this cafe at the gastro fest. There were both delicious dishes and those that are impossible to eat (pasta with spinach did not like it very much).
The staff took good care of us and did not bother us. The cafe is small, not to say that it is too cozy.

I am not an expert in Japanese cuisine. Just expressing my IMHO. I visited this cafe for the first time. Together with my daughter, as part of the Gastrofest. And I will definitely come again. Yes, the design style is not Japanese, but original. It is very cozy and warm. The staff is lovely and friendly. The dishes are delicious. If you liked it, it means not saying anything.

A disgusting "place". Service, food and "atmosphere" below the baseboard. I put 1 because I can't put minus 10. It is better not to order punch and mochi. Ice cream, cocktail and smoothies are not available at all (why write in the menu?) Waiters react to criticism from the category of taste and color, there are no friends, or I am just a person who brings you food. I will not allow you to make remarks to me. In short, give, pay, Go.
Conclusion: run down, there are places a hundred times better, for the same money!

I can't put the fourth one because of the long service and the fifth one because of the inattention of the staff.
