A mega-modern cinema with a young and positive staff. So far we have been only once, watched "Avatar 2: The Way of Water", pleasant impressions remained both from the film and from the cinema hall with upholstered chairs for two people, a homely cozy atmosphere. Although the cost of tickets is more expensive compared to other Minsk cinemas, but having visited this place, we have never regretted the money spent.

The cinema misleads visitors, comfortable sofas were written in aimax hall 1, in fact it turned out to be ordinary chairs with an armrest rising and a rigid partition in the middle, this is not a sofa, but standard armchairs.We were extremely dissatisfied with visiting this cinema.

To be honest, this is the first time I've encountered such a problem in the silverscreen franchise. Everything was always great, we decided to go to a new (!) cinema with our family. As a result:
It's 15 minutes before the movie starts, there have never been SUCH huge queues at the buffet box office. We went into the hall when there was already an advertisement before the film. Employees work slowly, lazily, I understand that everyone gets tired, but you can see a huge number of people. No one even calls to the cashier, they can just stand for a few minutes until someone decides to come up on their own.
Then: Hall 1 IS DIRTY. Not just dirty, but terrible, what a shit. There's food everywhere, popcorn, everything is dirty. We personally had to wipe the seats with wet wipes, because all three were filled with sweet soda and sprinkled with popcorn on top. Well, what is it? I think it's not a very cheap movie theater to treat visitors like that.
The chairs in Hall 1 are disgusting. The backrest is almost at 90°, I thought, since it swings, it means you can slightly deviate, but no, or you constantly need to rest your whole body against it in order to somehow get comfortable. Yes, they are not recliners, but in the same Dana Mall or Arena City there are completely different seats.
In the buffet, the food is quickly sorted out by people and is completely not replenished in the process. Again, I did not notice this for other cinemas of this network.
The floors are dirty not only in the hall, but also in general. Spilled popcorn, spilled juices/sodas, scattered receipts, as if they were not cleaned at all.
I am very disappointed, the best was expected. It's sad if this is happening in all silverscreen cinemas now.

We looked at the poster on the Internet, chose a movie, and bought tickets for 18:00.
We came to the cinema, took a pizza with us (closed, packed).
At the entrance, when checking tickets, we were forbidden to bring pizza, they said only the products of the cinema. And the price tag, of course, is still the same. Okay, let's move on. At the entrance to the hall, they say that the film starts at 19:00, and the photo zone is open from 18:00.
Question: why indicate that the session is at 18:00?! What is the attitude towards people? Time is not superfluous.
A ruined day. I'm not coming here anymore.
