We had a rest in the House of Moscow in early September.We chose a hotel so that everything was within walking distance.And everything worked out!!!The sea is 200m from the hotel.The embankment with Restaurants and Cafes .The Central Market is 10-15 minutes on foot.The Hotel itself is very Beautiful and with good rooms! We had breakfast included.In the Turkish coffee shop across the street from the Hotel.Delicious cuisine!Always fresh food!Great baking!Fast service.The Hotel room itself is Decent!!! Air conditioning Kettle Hair dryer cutlery.Always fresh water 2 bottles.Towels are changed every day and there are also beach towels.Cleaning every day.But a vacation wouldn't be a vacation if it wasn't for the Hotel staff!Special Thanks A Lot! The girls who helped us advised and fulfilled all our desires!!!Kamila Irina Lyubov Mzisa Inga!!!You are real pros in your profession!!!I will say that when I left the land of the Soul, I left my Soul with you!!!And I know for sure that next time on my trip to Abkhazia, I know that the House of Moscow and its Wonderful staff Will meet Me!!!

We had a rest for 14 days with a friend, we really liked everything!!!The service is excellent, the staff is very attentive, clean, cozy at home!!!Snow-white linen, towels, changed every day, beach towels after each visit to the beach.
The administrator Lyuba organized interesting excursions.
All the sights and the beach are within walking distance!!!
The food is excellent.
We recommend the hotel for a holiday!

I want to tell you about the House of Moscow hotel. This is the third time we come to Sukhum and check into this hotel all the time. The House of Moscow Hotel is the best in Sukhum, and probably the best in Abkhazia!!!! It is very well located, 5 minutes from the waterfront. It always has a very cozy atmosphere and friendly hotel staff!!! They always greet you well and also see you off well!!! Always clean rooms, wet cleaning every day, thank them for that!!!! Always clean sheets and a change of bed linen. The room has air conditioning, Wi-Fi is excellent, the water is never turned off. There is parking for a car, which is also a very big plus for the hotel. We recommend the House of Moscow hotel to everyone, to all those who come to relax in Sukhum. There is always a very warm atmosphere in Sukhum, I want to come here again and again!!!

a small hotel. The rooms are clean, and my room had a panoramic window. They do the cleaning every day. The room has everything: water, tea, sugar, towels, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, gel and bathrobes. Friendly staff. I contacted them in advance via WhatsApp to resolve the issue, they quickly responded and helped. Minus the breakfasts in the cafe opposite, I couldn't choose what to eat, as there were incongruous options. For example, okroshka for breakfast + some kind of porridge. But you can not take a combo breakfast, but collect food for 400 rubles (the hotel gave you a card for this amount)

But, cleaning and changing towels daily. Breakfast is served in front of the cafe, the complex includes various fried eggs or omelets. If you want extra, you can buy it, but there's not much to choose from. We went to the cafe DEM on the embankment, 500 meters from the hotel, I advise you. The hotel has the opportunity to book a transfer Adler - Sukhum - Adler.

We stayed for a day , a suite , three rooms . Clean, air conditioning , toilet, bathroom, separate rooms, one bedroom without doors :)) In the room, bathrobes, slippers, all accessories ... breakfast is included in the cafe opposite. There are only 14 rooms , three stars , everything is fine . The girls at the reception are friendly and helpful. The embankment is a 3-minute walk away .

The girls were given to wash children's clothes. The linen is all fresh. There are a lot of towels. Breakfast is included in the cafe across the street. Yummy!!!! We came to Abkhazia with our children, chose this particular hotel "House of Moscow" and did not regret it. Irina, a very friendly and polite receptionist, showed us the rooms to choose from and we chose the room that I and the children liked. Irina told us how to get to the springs, offered spare towels, thank her very much for this, it is rare to come across such kind and responsive administrators. The breakfast was also very pleasant. Nothing greasy, only healthy foods: egg, delicious homemade bread with butter, cheese, honey, olives, candied fruits, jam with a bun. But I want to mention the special help of the guard Valery. When I couldn't start my car, he came to the rescue without objection and persuasion, drove his car and started my car with the help of "crabs" and you understand that the world is not without kind people. I wanted to thank him with money, but he didn't even want to listen to anything. Thank you, the kind people of hospitable Abkhazia.

To be honest, we did not expect that you could stay so comfortably in Abkhazia: the hotel provides bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes and pastes in the room. If you suddenly need something, you can quickly resolve the issue with the administrators. We stay in the superior comfort room. The service at the hotel in September of this year fell sharply compared to last year. All the staff quit and recruited a new one. We lived in a suite. Gels and shampoos were rarely reported. They didn't even give me soap a couple of times. I had to buy a bottle of shampoo and use my own. One of the receptionists is not very kind either. We remember the old employees Irina and Kristina with a kind word, it's a pity that they left. Valeria is also very pleasant to talk to.
