I changed the candles in this one hundred years 5 ago, because I needed to remove the collector to change 2 candles, the master went to me and every 10 minutes you need to remove it or not, as a result, after a while he comes and says you're lucky you don't need to remove the collector, we'll change it anyway, as a result I drove along the highway, after 3 thousand kilometers, my speed began to disappear and the receipt lit up! Arriving at another service station, they opened the collector in front of me and saw that no one had changed the candles! They cheated , took away new candles and did not change them ! They also don't let you walk around and watch how they work and what they change! I do not advise you to repair there!
The worst I've seen. The master is only needed to unscrew the nuts, it is impossible to ask, there are no explanations. He snaps at the claims, and then he also sent them. It's better to fix it in the garage than here. The only advantage is the lack of a queue, because no one goes here who has already applied.

And we don't have spare parts, go to Nekrasovsky. Well okay. I ask if you're still driving when you slow down. The answer is pads and discs. To replace it..... They didn't even put it on the lift. I ask - so maybe there are options. The answer is such quality, I won't help you with anything..... I didn't even ask when they changed it when the steering wheel was hit, in short, I really didn't like the approach to the client

Good afternoon. I want to leave a review about this service station. I addressed the problem (fix the antifreeze leak). I drove in, lifted onto the lift, removed the engine protection, determined that the pressure pipe running from the engine to the heater was flowing (webasto). I asked to loop the highway, as the webasto is not working. In the end, they dismantled the webasto, the pipes to the webasto (for almost 5 hours of work)... at the same time, they looped in literally 40 minutes, despite the fact that, as it turned out, removing the webasto was not required to perform this operation. (Audi a6 c5 2.5 diesel car.)
I was immediately confused by the fact that before starting the work, neither the time nor the amount of work nor their cost were agreed with me.. The order was not issued.. It's time to pay.. the amount of 200 rubles was announced. To my question, what is this amount for?.. I was told that the master worked for almost 5 hours...and their hourly rate is 46 rubles (35 rubles are indicated on the organization's website for individuals). I explain to them that I did not ask to remove the webasta, the conversation was only about the ringing of the highway on the engine itself.. which was completed in fact in 40 minutes and used from the materials of the organization of 15 cm of hose). When I said that I was counting on an amount of no more than 60-70 rubles.. I was told that I had to go to the garages, and replacing the antifreeze would cost them only 35 rubles (25 rubles are indicated on the website)... So in this case, the antifreeze was not changed for me, but only the antifreeze I bought was topped up.. during operation, no more than 2 liters of antifreeze were drained when the nozzles were disconnected.
After my indignation, the amount of 150 rubles was announced.. After my offer of 120 rubles, and only for the fact that I was going to shoot a non-working webasta this summer, and it's really not very easy to shoot... I was asked not to come to this service station anymore...we agreed on 120 rubles.
THE CONCLUSIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS.
There are no complaints about the master who performed the repair. He did his best, as he knows, and as he knows how. Unhurriedly, carefully, even a pleasant person in communication.
Why the service station does not issue the necessary documents when accepting a car for repair remains a mystery to me ...
