Hello.
We have booked an excursion Mtskheta-Jvari-Gori-Uplistsikhe to Tbilisi. I was given the contact of Olga's manager in Tbilisi. During a telephone conversation via Whatsapp, Olga announced the cost of the tour of 80 lunch boxes. Additionally, tickets to the Stalin Museum in Gori (15 chests) and tickets to Uplistsikhe (7 chests) are paid.
Considering our desire to get a well-organized tour with an excellent guide (these were our expectations), we agreed to pay 80 chests + additional entrance fees, despite the fact that in Tbilisi such an excursion costs about 50-60 chests from other companies (cheaper by about 30-25%)!
In fact, we received:
1. They did not take you on a tour from the agreed place. I had to look for a driver and contact the office additionally.
2. There are no complaints about the bus and the driver. Unfortunately, the Mouzinidis company does not provide water for the duration of the trip, like other companies operating in Tbilisi.
3. The guide R. Disappointed with his attitude towards organizing tourists and providing information. I will make a reservation that the group was only 20 people, not 35-40, as is usually the case. The main story was on the bus, and not on the spot, when you can see in detail what the story is about. He talked quietly at the places of excursions, especially without going into the details and colors of historical events. He did not leave any additional time (at least 5-10 minutes) to explore the attraction, but went on at his own discretion. To the remark that not everyone can keep up with his pace, given that in crowded places it is difficult to pass, and not get lost in the crowd, the answer was one: "We have to keep up!". Most of the tourists in the group either tried to keep up with the guide so as not to lose him, or tried to at least look around and hear what other guides were saying in order to find out more information and details about the place where we were taken. The guide did not count the tourists when sending the bus from the attractions. Whoever made it, made it. This is a very strange approach for an international company. When leaving Mtskheta, the guide did not count the tourists and the bus started moving without a family of 4 people. The tourists themselves let it be known that not everyone had gathered yet.
4. The approach to catering was disappointing. When talking on the phone with Olga, we were promised lunch, included in the price of the tour, but in fact paid for by us on our own (unfortunately, I do not have a contract in my hands, because it was never sent to me for conclusion so that I could officially make claims). According to the plan, we had to place an order at a cafe near the Uplistsikhe complex. We were given a menu to order. Due to the fact that there were a lot of people in the cafe, the guide left the cafe with most of the group, without warning that they were heading to the ticket offices and lunch would take place after the tour. It is a very unpleasant feeling when you sit down at a table and get ready for lunch, you do not find a guide and have to look for him in the parking lot and the museum complex. Lunch was at about 16.00 after the tour and we had to wait until applications were collected from the whole group and dishes were prepared. And in the group, by the way, there were children who were not ready for this and their parents tried to explain to them that right now we can't have lunch because nothing has been prepared in advance and if we don't go with the group, the guide will accidentally forget us somewhere. Accordingly, during the whole day's tour, the Mouzinidis company did not provide water and lunch to the tourists according to the schedule. In our case, there was also an unpleasant misunderstanding about paying for lunch. To my indignation, I was promised that a representative of the company would contact me in the evening of the same day. As expected, after paying at the place of the tour, none of the representatives independently got in touch.
Friends, using the services of the travel company Muzidinis-trevel, the service leaves much to be desired, managers do not meet their clients upon arrival, do not explain where and how meetings will take place, when and who will go on an excursion. The conditions do not correspond to those stated in the tour. They do not approach each client with explanations on their questions, for example: Olga deigned to meet with Asemi only during a guided sightseeing tour of Tbilisi, on which she did not answer and did not solve all our problems with hotel accommodation and without answering all our questions, the tour guide generally abandoned half of the group and left with part of the group in an unknown direction, they found him an hour later at the other end of the city by accident,so think about this company after that, is it worth using the services of such a "company"
