The only place in the center that is not too expensive, where you can have breakfast at 8:45 in the morning. All other "round-the-clock" restaurants and cafes were closed. Here you can ask to cook an omelet with cheese or ham. There are desserts and by 9-9:30 in the morning there is a good selection of hot ones. Everything is delicious and pleasant.
