And I also think if the customers were more polite, then the staff would have heard them then. And then, as I remember, such clients come that they won't even say hello, but just come home and say: Give me what to give you, we can't give it. He can accept the order, he can make it, but he definitely won't give it. And then they wonder why this attitude is.
This is probably the worst restaurant I know, I'll explain. On December 1, we placed an order in the application, it says delivery in 45 minutes. An hour passed, I called to clarify, to which the girl replied, "the courier has left a long time ago." After waiting another 30-40 minutes, I called again to clarify. Again, the answer was that the courier had left and was about to arrive. As a result, 2 hours have passed since the order was accepted. The point from us is well, 500 meters away at most. As a result, of course, we had to refuse and re-order and go ourselves, which took 15 minutes. And today, on December 3, I made an order in the application, well, of course, for pickup, your order was accepted in the application, the time indicated was 15 minutes. As a result, 15 minutes passed, I went to pick up the order, to which the girl replied that it was canceled because there was no chicken!!! I'm shocked!!!! When I left the point, I received a notification that the order was canceled! This is just a disgusting attitude towards people!
The food is average, the kitchen would not say that it is diverse, but in general it is normal, the meat as for me is either not salty or not peppery, well, the service I would say is lame because no matter how you are called, do not say anything like that, the shawarma is normal, the staff is friendly but not responsible and I am completely relaxed, the waiting time is like when, well, on average 10 minutes is no more, the delivery of the average code is necessary, I can not deliver in the sense that it takes 2.5 hours to deliver shawarma

Today there was an extremely unpleasant situation, because of which I do not want to have anything to do with this institution. 08/29/2024 at 17:15, an order was placed for three, not cheap enough, positions, one of which was a kebab with shrimp. After 20 minutes of waiting, we picked up the order and, without checking what was inside, which was partly our fault, we went home. We live far enough from the point. Already at home, we noticed that the order was completely different from ours and its cost was also significantly lower. I called the operator and reported the problem. we were offered to bring this order to the point and get a new one in return. Naturally, a refusal followed on our part, since it is illogical to return to this area in order to resolve the shawarma issue. We asked if it was possible to do the same, only with the help of delivery: we give the courier the wrong order, and he brings ours, to which the answer was received that this is impossible and there are 2 solutions to the situation: -15% discount on the next order if we keep this one, or we pay the courier 4 rubles and he brings ours the order, and the old one takes it away. Naturally, there was no adequate solution to the situation here, because we had to pay out of our own pocket for someone's mistake. In my understanding, it is in the interests of the institution to resolve the conflict so that the client is satisfied. But in our case, we would have remained in the red anyway - having arrived there and spent money on the road or the same money to the courier. Yes, 4 rubles is not a large amount, but when it comes to principles... In general, the courier brought the order and the second time it turned out to be incorrect - instead of one shawarma, they put the wrong thing, but at least the other two were correct. The result of the situation is that this network is not at all interested in how the client will feel. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, for which I withdraw 4 stars! And I will definitely find an opportunity to communicate with the management so that they work on the quality of their service. In turn, in no case do I want to blame the operator and the courier, since they follow official instructions, the cashier could also get tired and mix up by accident. The conflict would not have happened if the "laws" of the institution worked for the client, and not vice versa.
During the long period of using the delivery service, only two times did not invest in the agreed speed. The quality is excellent.
We definitely try new products.
I've ordered it more than once. Royal, branded. Pretty decent. The amount of meat and vegetables is balanced. Delicious sauces, and they are poured in moderation.
If it were possible to put a minus one star, I would do it. At least there were no problems with delivery before. But today they just ruined everything that was possible. The order was placed at 20:04.... The shawarma was barely there, after several calls we waited for 22:30! It didn't work out with the order itself either.... We ordered two identical ones with cream cheese.... They brought it is unclear what, as if they were made from the remains. Instead of the declared fresh cucumber, sour pickled, cream cheese is added and does not smell. But the scent of mustard was present in both. One was spicy, the other just with mustard and garlic sauce.... To say that we were disappointed with such an order is to say nothing!
The food is normal, the staff is not friendly - maybe tired during the day, it is not clear. I made an order, waited a very long time, the workers danced, sang, but did not do their job.
They made it very tasty, the administrators are friendly, the cooks are fast. We made a kebab literally within 5 minutes, I didn't even have time to smoke. Respect to the guys
In general, shawarma is almost always quite tasty. But there are some nuances, for example, ignoring comments on the order (almost always), and also often underweight (usually uncritical, for example, the lunchbox always comes underweight and this is taking into account the packaging). But the last time it turned out to be very bad: they ignored the comment, the shawarma turned out to be underweight at 100 grams (ordered for 600, received for 497 grams), so there was also a large bone in the shawarma itself). In general, a very unpleasant situation has developed, and the service seems to get worse and worse every time. We ordered it in Zhodino on Kalinovsky.
I took the royal shawarma, so it seems warm, but the meat inside is cold from this and the taste is not delicious. It was also disappointing that the lower part was broken, which led to the leakage of the "tipo" sauce and the collapse. I didn't feel any tomato sauce at all, just mayonnaise mixed with garlic sauce.

The promotion, which is indicated on the website about delivery in 45 minutes or the order is not valid for free, since the administrator calls after the order and says that the promotion is not working at the moment, we will deliver later. It is not known what to write this for. And so, in general, compared to other shawarma even in Minsk, it is much tastier 👍🏼

The most terrible place. The other points of Mr.kebab are a little better, but the problem with irresponsibility is the same everywhere. Of course, I try to minimize the order of food from them, but sometimes circumstances force me. This time, the problem is that instead of nuggets, they gave us potatoes in a rustic way, the child, not knowing much about the order, tried potatoes, then I came over to report this problem and they told me that they had mixed up, i.e. they took the potatoes from us and said that they would give them to other people because they had mixed up the order. We were given our nuggets (as it turned out later, there were not enough of them). I am disgusted that they can give me an order in which someone could have already messed up like us. It is possible that there were not enough nuggets because someone else brought them up to us)))
And in general, this is not the first case of problems with this institution for many years, as long as it has existed, in 90% of cases of an order they will have some kind of problem with the order ...
Even the section with reviews in the application was removed apparently so that they would complain less)
I do not recommend Mr. kebab to anyone and I always dissuade my friends from ordering from them.

You take it with you, they won't pack it in foil if you don't ask, and it doesn't matter winter or summer. You stand at the window and wait for 5 minutes until they solve their internal issues, then they just open the window and ask what you need. I don't recommend it.
