Of the cons, if you do not know about promotions for a certain product or for your birthday, then they will not tell you about it, I assume that to increase income, although they may forget from fatigue)

I want to write about the Internet itself on MTS. I live on Schmidt Avenue. Lately, the Internet has been working in a disgusting way. I contacted the chat, zero service. Today I called the 24-hour number on 017 2379838. There is no answer at all. I held the phone for 4 minutes. And what to do next. I'm thinking about maybe switching to another operator.

I waited for a response for 55 minutes, after which my number was simply dropped. I strongly advise against using these MTS services. In addition, the slightest wind or rain turns off the TV. I bought phones from MTS and other large companies, mainly iPhones.
When traveling outside the Republic of Belarus, local mobile operators work without such a message.
I changed phones , SIM cards - the problem has always been and most likely will remain .
The most terrible point!of all the appeals, all are negative. Employees in general, it feels like they are being sent to this point for the last chance. Anyway, MTS has become terrible.

It's terrible!! They were divorced for 400 rubles . Terminated the contract , this Sharashkin office did not reimburse the full cost of the phone , which violated the law on consumer protection.

In June 2021, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 s smartphone was purchased. in July, we had to contact the MTS salon to be checked, because the phone turned off and did not turn on for 30 minutes, deleted photos, contacts, and logged out of applications on its own. On October 31, 2021, while charging the phone, it began to turn off and on on its own. Such a low-quality product is sold in MTS salons! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING!!!
This is not the first time I have used the company's services...and everything was always fine....but yesterday... I wanted to make an installment payment on the phone....it was refused (not the fault of the staff...this is the solution of the system)... moreover, there is no debt....and the previous installment plan was repaid ahead of schedule!..What's the matter?!!....Good....I buy a phone on the same day for cash...Well, I really wanted to give my son a gift.... it turns out that wireless headphones are a gift for him according to the promotion (they were not included with the phone)...but, unfortunately, they are not available now ... and it is impossible to get them later, because they are issued only at the time of purchase....So give it out...It's not my fault....in short, the mood is spoiled....and there were no pleasant impressions left after the visit ...
I will add more: there were doubts when choosing a model....the consultant did not even announce the current promotions, which could significantly save my budget!
