Cons: it seems that the building is large, but there is catastrophically little space inside, the customer waiting area is small, the electronic queue machine is in an unobvious place. And of course the service: there are 10 specialists, and 2-3 really smart and knowledgeable people, from which a trivial question results in a half-hour deaf phone.

But he doesn't know anything about the terms of the promotion AT ALL. The consultant did not take into account the fact that I am aware of the terms of the promotion (a gift in the equivalent of 90 Belarusian rubles), I chose a certain phone model on the website, but when they come for a SPECIFIC model, they try to sell you a completely different SPECIFIC model (I will not advertise). Next comes the process of purchasing the product, and again not a word about the terms of the promotion and the gift. There is an opinion that the operator either does not know about the terms of the promotion himself, he may have forgotten to say, but it is quite possible that he himself would not refuse a gift. He says goodbye, thanks for the purchase, silence again. Only after being reminded by me – oh, my God, I remembered.

MTS issues the sale of its goods on credit at significantly higher interest rates than in a bank - for installments (let's be honest and call things economically correct language). You don't need to consider people round... Moreover, for some reason, the termination of the contract raises a lot of questions (especially with a refund). And still 1 star. I could have outlined my experience with this company on 3 sheets and everything is negative. This review is not a chronicle.
4 stars for huge queues, there are always a lot of people, not everyone can sit down, you have to wait standing, but for the kids there is a table with pencils to draw. The staff is polite, they do their job well.
There are constant queues, the service is not very good.The workers of this place are in no hurry

The building is large, but only the lobby on the ground floor is reserved for customer service...there are always crowds of people, it's stuffy...moreover, some operators are not always polite...
I give 4 stars only for the fact that the colcent works very poorly, but the staff work for 6 stars, in 20 minutes they helped in solving the problem with minimal losses.
It's terrible! Huge queues! Stupid specialists. In order to get advice or replace a SIM card, you need to sit in the stuffiness for an hour and a half... Nothing for people
