What I want to say about this store, today we went to buy a phone there, Pavel Evmenov was the seller that day, we go to the checkout and say that we would like to purchase an iPhone 14 (256 GB), payment was made immediately without installments, we paid the full amount immediately, the seller listed what colors are available, we they chose and he went to the warehouse for the phone, brought it showed the box and we were alerted by the fact that some kind of sticker was erased on the package and the glue was dirty, but we did not open it in the store itself, but wanted to print it at home, everything was as always: we signed a contract, paid, wished good use, offered to buy headphones, a robot vacuum cleaner, but we refused and left, went to another store, bought a case and protective glass there and went to sit joyfully in a cafe, since we made such a purchase, there in a cafe we decided not to wait at home and printed it out in a cafe, opened it and saw there just a bumper from a phone of a completely different brand vivo and turning it over, there were just pieces of metal (apparently for gravity) and all this was sealed with food wrap. Without hesitation, we ran to the store back to this store, but it was already closed. We went to the Euroopt store, it was nearby, called the store chain itself and a robot answered there, we left an application for consideration and decided that this was not enough. After opening the contract, we found out the seller's first and last name and found him on the VK social network, called him, explained what and how, to which he replied that this could not be and that we had planted it ourselves, asked him to turn on the camera and show the contents of the box, we showed and asked him to come back to work or at least I would just like to meet him so that he could see it for himself, to which he reacted with aggression and said that he would not go anywhere so that we would not spoil his mood. Without hesitation, we turned to the police, wrote a statement, they punched it and called him, told him to come to the department, he replied that he was not going anywhere, the investigator said that now they would come for him, he said that he would not be at home, although 15 minutes ago he told us he said on the phone that he was already at home, after going to his house, he did not open the police doors, they told us that according to the serial number of this box, the phone itself that was in it was sold back in October 2023, I do not know how to react to this, I did not even think that this could happen in the official store... I don't think that if the seller hadn't been involved in all this, he would have been hiding from everyone like that, but came and helped to deal with it calmly and peacefully. I'm just shocked by this situation, I don't even know what's going to happen next. Judge for yourself that such a lot of money is not lying around on the road... Unfortunately, there is no photo, they did not take a picture of emotions, but immediately ran to the police and all this remained there

A very nice salon. Competent staff. They explain it correctly and correctly, maybe I'm lucky). There is a specificity of "working one at a time". That's when you have to wait a very long time.. (typical for weekends).
