Broths - the feeling that a diluted rollton: over-salted is terrible!
Dumplings are boiled. Olivier has no taste at all.

The best dumplings in town!
I've been here 5-10 times, almost since the cafe was founded. The taste of dumplings is always on top. The guys are happy. I hope they will keep the brand and maybe get a Michelin star or someone else.
I advise them to really think about the seating of the guests, it seems to me that it would be possible to increase comfort there by making some rearrangements. However, these are small things.
