I am very unhappy with this company regarding the rental of a charging adapter for an electric car.
The adapter turned out to be of poor quality, the first time there were some attempts to charge the car, and after that any charging station did not see the adapter at all and the car simply did not charge.
The company did not want to solve the problem towards the client. It was too obvious. They constantly switched from one manager to another, had to hang on the phone and wait for some reasonable comment, they constantly said that it would be more convenient to correspond in telegrams.
As a result, the issue was not resolved, the company also did not return the money for the substandard adapter, allegedly the adapter is in good condition, and I am charging the car incorrectly, but when I offered to conduct an independent examination of this adapter, the company refused.
And perhaps the most undignified thing is that the manager even deleted all the correspondence in the telegrams, allegedly there was nothing at all.
I don't know about other services provided, but I strongly advise against renting something from this company.

We rented an adapter for charging an electric car, it turned out to be non-working in the EU territory and in the Republic of Belarus it was given to charge incompletely 1 time and completely evicted, there were no additional batteries in the kit just in case, no tools to open the adapter cover (as the company later gave recommendations remotely, I had to buy it all for my money in addition to plans and time, it is natural to seek help in Internet chats throughout Poland and the Republic of Belarus, although it was written on the package with the adapter "battery and screwdriver" - then they said that the package was from another adapter and there should be nothing but instructions with it), the money was not refunded for a non-working adapter, over the money spent, missed work and stress and pleaded not guilty!
When the adapter was taken away in the morning on the day of collection and payment - the man who issued it was not aware of anything at all - neither how to make payment at the terminal, nor answer technical questions, based on a telephone conversation with another employee, it turned out that the adapter still needed to be charged, and when I asked him this The question "he says, no, you don't need it, they told you enough for the trip"(((
That's the attitude.
No one tests these adapters in the presence of customers!
Upon arrival from Poland, two employees (a man and Anna the manager) came to the charging station in Minsk and showed them and compared them and our other adapter (which other people had already sent to us) - confirmed that it did not work, then allegedly it was opened at the company and the problem was not found (allegedly it turned out to be already working) Unfortunately, this is the solution to the problem.
When the problem occurred, when clarifying this issue, we already came across real reviews from other customers on the Internet and in chat rooms with the same problem and were just shocked how many people with such problems turned out to be and the company continues to work so unscrupulously!
I do not recommend contacting this center and renting anything there, much less buying into the property!
