There are a lot of exhibits. Of the museums, it says the least about
"freedom."In each room you need to take a book and read, there is in Russian, but soon you get tired of reading and we just watched, walked. There are also additional halls. I do not recommend going there.
In general, an ordinary museum. One of the really interesting exhibits is the chair of Charles XII. As for navigation, the vast majority of models of ships created during the USSR period are presented, and they have nothing to do with the navigation of Latvia. You can go once for local history purposes

An interesting historical museum!
There you can learn a lot about Latvia from ancient times to the present day. I especially liked the halls associated with the history of the country in the 20th century, in particular the period of independence 1918 - 1940.
