**My Home Resort Hotel** is a great family hotel with excellent infrastructure! We had a family vacation here and were very satisfied.
The territory of the hotel is small, but well planned.
The accommodation is comfortable - the rooms are clean, with new furniture and good facilities. Cleaning is carried out daily, drinks are replenished in the mini-bar. The windows offer a beautiful view of the sea.
The food is at the highest level - a varied menu, always fresh products. There is a large selection of cheeses, porridges, and pastries for breakfast. For lunch and dinner - meat and fish dishes, vegetables, Turkish sweets. There is a snack bar on the beach where you can have a snack during the day.
The beach is sandy, it is only a 2-3-minute walk through a shady alley. The entrance to the sea is very comfortable and gentle. There are enough sun beds, but it is better to occupy them before breakfast. The water is clean and warm.
The service is impressive - the staff is very friendly and attentive. The animation works perfectly - various activities are held by the pool during the day, and entertainment shows in the evening. There is a mini club and a children's disco for children.
Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the territory, which is also important. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money - it has everything for a comfortable family holiday.
I recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a relaxing holiday with children.

Overall, it's a good 5* hotel, there's a lot of food,everything is varied, fish dinner on Fridays, trout, tuna, seafood, crayfish and tiny crabs 🤷♀️
There's a Turkish dinner on Monday and a Mexican dinner on Wednesday.
They bake donuts and waffles every day, I don't really like sweets, but waffles are top! They also give ice cream. In general, you won't stay hungry.
We had a room in block C, room 3104 , a photo with a view of the roof is attached , but we only sleep in the room , so it doesn't really matter.
We stopped by at the end of April, the season hadn't started yet, but we were leaving on May 3rd, which is terrible...there are a lot of people, there are endless queues for food...The pool is some kind of soup of people.
The hotel is more aimed at the German and Polish public, and the attitude towards them was slightly different than towards the Russians.
But it 's all nonsense, one big minus is the beach (
Sooooo small, just really...plus, there's a river nearby, it's unclear what's being drained there, but the children are splashing in it (the path to the sea is narrow, filled with sun beds, children play in the sand on this path, there's nowhere to go, the beach bar is also small and not well maintained, as I understand it, all funds are invested in relaxing by the pool, it's a pity. We had a good rest, but we won't be back.

The hotel and staff are good. The food is varied, themed evenings are organized (Turkish, Mexican cuisine).
There are cool shows in the amphitheater in the evenings, and there are many different activities for children.
There is a gym for athletes.
On the way to the sea, you can meet chickens with roosters and lizards (the children really like it).
The sea is clear, the sand is fine.
There is one caveat, the stream flows directly into the sea, on the first day the stream was dirty, and then it was clean.
It didn't bother us, we walked 50 meters away and everything was fine.
Many people swam right by the stream, especially children, and this does not bother many.
So I recommend this hotel.

We had a 7-day vacation with my sister at the end of April 2025. I really liked everything, especially the beach, the food. They cook very well, there is an abundance of everything. And fish, beef, turkey, chicken, various pastries for breakfast, with fervor, with heat. And the rest of the goodies. There were a lot of vegetables, both fresh and baked. We were pleased with the fragrant strawberries.The staff is polite and friendly. The room was cleaned every day, our room was standard and, accordingly, everything was standard) there is also a cafe on the beach, you can have a full meal. This is a great hotel!!! Delicious and varied food, the sea is clean!! The staff is very polite, obviously trying their best.
The rooms are cleaned every day. Lots of pools , and cozy places !! You can sit in a lot of places in the evening, all the bushes are neatly trimmed! On the 1st floor there is a gym and mini shops))
Delicious donuts and waffles are baked next to the pools. There is a mini disco for children at 20:30.
There is also a kids' club, next to the bar they make shawarma and ice cream.
I really liked it!! Let's go back))

We stayed at this hotel on 2-12.09.2024.
I liked almost everything.
The food is varied, very tasty, but the main restaurant is quite crowded for dinner, you may not find a place. Therefore, we had dinner in the second restaurant, closer to building D.
We lived in building D with a view of the sea. There was a relaxation pool under the windows, where there is no activity and it is always quiet.
Next to the relax pool there is a private bar and a snack bar, you could have a drink and a snack in the afternoon.
The room itself is obviously newly renovated, very clean and well maintained.
The beach is sandy, there is a bar, but Wi-Fi is present there rather nominally. It catches, but nothing is loaded. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, there are always places. There is beer and soda at the beach bar, and a snack bar is open in the afternoon.
The sea is magnificent, but after a few meters boulders begin, you can stumble. Crabs and fish live between the boulders.
For fans of activity, there is an animation program on the main territory, but we did not go.
The overall impression is wonderful, we thought about returning in the future

Great hotel. There is a lot of food, variety is present by the standards of Turkey. There is decent food on the beach too. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails around the clock, 3 types of wine, not the worst, plenty of food from morning to night. At night, you can also have a snack in the restaurant if you need to leave at night, but at night modestly, it is better to take food in advance, there were no objections about this (we were at the end of August 2024). They arrange themed evenings. The beach is not bad, in most cases there are enough places, but if you do not sleep until lunch. The entrance to the sea is good, the only thing I didn't like was the presence of a river that flows in here. The quality of the water in it is not clear, but the fact that it is cold is for sure. The territory of the hotel is not very large, but very informative, the pools are different: with animation by the clock, with slides, relax pools in the main "courtyard" and in the building through the passage. It's 350 meters to the sea, not a stressful distance, it's not convenient only when locals come, they are allowed on the beach, but not on the sun beds, a special person on the beach looks after this, they park on this path to the beach, not critical of course, but not very pleasant. Another of the disadvantages on the beach is that there are no restrictions for smokers, but it seems like this everywhere in Turkey, and it turns out that people smoke on neighboring sun beds, but everyone has to breathe. Wi-fi is good and free throughout the hotel and even on the beach catches. On TV, some Russian channels were not found, all the dreary films are shown, even traditionally there is no "Russia 1", but there is TNT. But these are small things. 7 and 15 minutes walk from the hotel in different directions along the sea, respectively, there are shopping malls and the Waikiki state store. On the beach, water activities are constantly offered (banana, bun, scooter, parachute, etc.), a trip on a pirate ship, of course for money. It is better not to throw the beach towels of the hotel unattended (occupying sun beds) they can be taken away and you will pay for it, but this is indicated in the rules of the hotel

The occupancy rate was tight, you couldn't get to the evening animation. There just wasn't enough room for everyone. We drove from Antalya airport to the indus.The transfer takes 1 hour and 45 minutes. People rode the bus for 4 hours. I'll probably think about whether I'll go back there. We visited this hotel in September, the hotel does not look like a good 5. The sun beds near the pools are occupied by towels, but there are no people, we had to go look for a place.

Great hotel! The animators are just clever!!! They get their salary for a reason! Children's animators Kari and Ozlem girls are the best, they know the approach to children, and what surprised me was that you can leave the children under the supervision of animators, not every hotel has such a FREE service!!! Evening programs are a separate story: every evening there are amazing shows (acrobats, dancers, singers) rated 5 out of 5!!!! The buffet is super, there is a lot of varied food!!! Great hotel, compact, lots of things on site.the whole area is in the shade, you walk through it without problems and heat. It's 100 meters to the sea without any problems. I have been to different hotels on the Turkish coast, only five stars, there is something to compare. This hotel does not pull for 5, a solid four, nothing more.
The territory is very small, there are four buildings for living, so there are always a lot of people in the hotel on the territory.
They moved into a room with a view of the main entrance on the second floor, they didn't really like the room, they asked for 100 bucks for moving to a new building, although it's not clear why... there is the same standard room (they did not pay for it).
The food is not very diverse, on a fish day there were seafood on the street at a small distribution counter, but there were so few of them that half of the people did not even try, the queue was already 15 minutes before the start of dinner. it quickly ended ....
The mini bar in the room had to be "begged", since when checking in there was nothing in the refrigerator, they filled it up on the third day...
In general, I can't say anything so bad, but I repeat - this is not a five.
A lot of good reviews are probably because this is either their first hotel in Turkey, or they haven't seen anything better.

The sea: cool, clean, sandy approach. And in general, the best point on the beach, on the left a million people and rocks, on the right waves and slightly dirtier water. There's a shit hole next to it, it's cold next to it, we went a little to the right. Walking to the sea for 5 minutes along the path is not a problem at all.
Food: plenty and varied. No frills, but no pretensions. We cooked outside a day later, once there was a seafood evening, it's a pity, but sushi is generally unsuccessful. During the day, there is a shaverma and a geslume fire on the snack. The children have something to eat.
Restaurants: 2 a la carte restaurants: barbecue and Italian, one restaurant for 7 days at the hotel. Definitely need to try. Italian is delicious and atmospheric.
Bar: wine, local drinks, cocktails, aperol for free. But there's only beer on the beach. There is a hookah on the territory in the evening, we did not try it, we brought our own)
Animation: there is a children's room, but mediocre. There is a children's club, they never got to the scheduled activities, but when they came just like that, they offered to either color a T-shirt for 15 euros or just sit coloring coloring pages, the child said that it was boring, adult activities at the pool, every day.
The evening show: I wonder if it's worth going, nothing has happened in 10 days

Pools: not heated, but it was warm in June. There are slides, there is a children's playground, there is a third pool, a relaxation pool, there are always places and quiet. And the main disadvantage: from early in the morning, deck chairs are occupied with towels. The hotel does not prevent this. They just took away other people's towels and pointed out the rules, they had to swear.
Gym: small, but there are enough simulators to throw off the excess that you ate
Game zones: It's sad and embarrassing here. A dead broken table football, gnawed table tennis rackets, paid children's vending machines, half broken.
Car rental: we did not agree at the hotel, there are mileage restrictions. We took a car from Tony's car rental. 55 euros per day, full insurance, child safety seat. They drove to Cappadocia.
Location: there is no special civilization around, but there are bazaars and a Waikiki store, you can buy something.
Conclusion: the hotel has its own nuances, but is definitely good, and is recommended for rest.

We rested together from 09/23/24 to 30.09.24. We took a ticket in advance, 2 months in advance. The flight from Novosibirsk cost 174k + a little extra for a room with a sea view. I liked absolutely everything. While relaxing here, you can not take money with you at all. The territory is huge, the food is delicious (I'm picky about food, but it was always delicious to me). There was a celebration in honor of Oktoberfest. It was a lot of fun. The sea is 5 minutes away at most. The beach is great. However, in the water at a depth of about a meter in places there are stones covered with shells, which can be injured. But this is a rarity.
It was stated that there was Wi-Fi in the room, but we were the ones who didn't have it. When asked why, they replied that they would do it several times. To no avail. Apparently they wanted tea)

A magnificent hotel! We had a seaview room in Building D - it's away from the main part of the hotel, away from all the noise, and it's amazing. The noise of the road passing nearby did not interfere (although we are used to it - maybe someone will not like it). Special thanks for the relaxation pool, where there are no activities, for the conveniently located bars and snack bars. The passage to the sea took about 5 minutes - a fenced path goes under the highway and directly to the beach. No matter what time we came, there were free sunbeds. The food is very tasty. We have never regretted that we ended up in this hotel

We had a vacation with a guy at this hotel at the end of August 2023. We really liked the hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. A Russian-speaking receptionist works at the reception. We liked the food. It is very diverse and delicious. There was fish and various meats every day. You could always find a place in the restaurant, but on some days there were not enough places in the main restaurant, but the hotel has a second restaurant for such occasions, which always has free tables. The waiters are great. They quickly clean up and put the table in order. You can also visit the ala-kart restaurant once. We chose Italian cuisine. Everything was very tasty. There are also two snack bars in the restaurant, which are open from 12:00. In general, it is impossible to stay hungry in this hotel. Waffles and crumpets are made near the pool from 12:00, and an ice cream refrigerator is taken out from 14:00. There are several swimming pools on site. The pools are clean and deep. Behind buildings D there is a relaxation pool with a small Jacuzzi and it is quite quiet and secluded. The guy liked playing volleyball and water polo. We liked the free alcohol. We made delicious cocktails after which you feel good in the morning. In the evening, they arrange various performances, and then they usually turn on music near the bar, where you can dance and drink. Only at 23:00 approximately the music is turned off, but this is not surprising, because the hotel is family-run. If it's important for you to have a party every night, then this hotel is not exactly for you. The beach is sandy and clean, there are always free sunbeds. I liked the sea as a whole, the entrance is flat, but occasionally there may be slabs, so you need to be careful. It was also very nice that our wishes were taken into account when checking in and settled in Building D. The room was clean and new. A huge plus is that it was always cool there even without air conditioning. They cleaned our place every day. In general, we are satisfied with the cleaning. I would love to go there again. P.S. the same dogs really walk along the beach. But they were calm and didn't bother us. They just lay in the sun or hid in the shade.

The food is varied, the staff is very attentive and polite, the beach is sandy with a gentle entrance to the sea, the territory is large (4 blocks) with 3 pools, 2 water slides.
I liked the hotel from the first step :)
I chose it quickly and was satisfied with the decision.
It is located geographically up to 50 km from Alanya (Avsallar village).
The drinks are quite good, the assortment is large.
Children's animation is available, the services were not used.
There is no adult animation, so get ready to entertain yourself.
P.S. for those who thought otherwise, Russians are still loved ;)

Dear comrades from the CIS countries. Please do not collect more seafood on a fish evening than you can eat. They are high in calories! It was disgusting to watch mountains of crabs and shrimps being thrown from your tables into the trash. Not shells, but meat that no one has eaten. I'm not exaggerating, mountains of meat! I don't understand, what kind of hungry country did you come from? If you can afford a trip for 150k per person, you can buy a bag of shrimp, or even a crab! It doesn't cost that much. The best hotel in the price-quality ratio. I liked everything very much. Friendly staff, immediately solved all the issues that arose.
The pool is large, clean and warm. Nice sandy beach, the water is very clean.
There are many government shops outside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs, sweets, etc.
Everything on site is expensive and everything is in euros.
Of the cons: there are no responsible people looking after children on the children's slides. The child began to slide down the slide, followed by three adult men at once. The result: a back injury. There are also no lifeguards on the beach.
I liked everything else.

The whole coast of Avsallar with excellent sand! Better than Cleopatra Beach!Choose a hotel according to your budget.We arrived on October 20th and the sea was already cold.The sand is Cold in the morning.Jeans and bikes came in handy for the evening.I recommend taking a Stopdiar with you (it quickly helped my husband and me from diarrhea)

Cons - there is no toothpaste in the room, poor lighting in the room, in the dining room and in general in the hotel, and my eyes hurt. There are a lot of people, sooooo, you need to take a sunbed from 8 a.m., if you are with children, to be closer to the pool. When we arrived, the biggest disadvantage was that we were on the road with the children for a day and arrived 20 minutes later, as dinner ended, they refused to feed us!!!!! The same thing happened on departure, we left at 6 a.m., there was no breakfast as such, they said go eat there, we came, there were a couple of pieces of sausage, bread and cucumbers. There was nothing to feed the child, he doesn't eat that. This moment is not calculated. I caught small ants on the bedside table in the room every morning. The hotel does not pull for 5*. 4* maximum. The area around the hotel is beautiful, the pools are good, but there are a lot of disadvantages inside. The food is great and there is always. I didn't have time to leave breakfast, it's already lunch. The snack bar is open in between meals in the dining room, there are the same dishes. It's not realistic to stay hungry there. There is a lot of alcohol for free, expensive branded martini type, baileys are paid, delicious free cocktails. Ice cream sweets are in the mountains . I just don't want to eat.

We had a vacation with my wife from September 12 to September 19, 2024. This hotel has caused conflicting impressions. 2 months before that, we had a rest in Okurjalar. My home resort was positioned for us as a better hotel than in Okurjalar. Expectations were not fulfilled.
We arrived from Antalya airport at about 23 hours. We immediately filled out the questionnaire and received bracelets, a card from the room in block C on the third floor. The window looked out onto the street, where there was a vacant lot. They helped us with our luggage. We really liked the room itself. Spacious, clean and uncluttered. Cleaning every day. We tipped a couple of times, but there were almost always swans and hearts. I didn't sleep well the first night, because of the road under the window. And in the morning I woke up the mosque. We wanted to ask for another room, but we thought it was a quibble.
The reception staff resolves issues promptly. Ali and Abil worked in the night bar. Great and sincere guys.
The territory of the hotel is overloaded with 4 buildings for living. There are a lot of people. Everything is on top of each other, just like in the market. It is difficult to find sun beds in the afternoon near the main pool. Even at night, you can see towels on the sun beds so that you don't borrow them in the morning. The situation is no better at sea before lunch. You'll be lucky if you find a place. After 14, the situation improves. The road to the beach takes 3 minutes. While walking, you inhale the stench of urine and camel meat under the bridge. Then there is a slight smell of sewage from the river. Garbage bags, cans, and bottles are lying in the river. There's dried excrement underfoot. You come to the sea and see how the children are splashing in this river. The beach is long and narrow. There are no normal canopies, only umbrellas dug into the sand. The beach is bordered by a public one. No one drives outsiders from the sunbeds. I didn't notice any cameras. You have to worry about your things. The sand is pleasant, but there is enough garbage.There are 2 large dogs on the beach. They go to the toilet on this beach. If it is a little stormy, then huge stones in the sea can be overlooked. They are shallow.
Now about nutrition. There are almost no problems with places at breakfast and lunch. At dinner, savages occupy tables and queues 30 minutes before the start. And the main dishes of the evening close in 20 minutes. There are mountains of plates on the tables of the most nimble, and someone gets nothing. They leave behind mountains of uneaten food. They bring food to the rooms. On the dirty dishes table on the floors near the elevators, in the morning you can see the remains of the feast, whole crabs and shrimps that did not fit. And someone didn't get it. The staff of the dining room does not control the greed of the residents, at least in the main dishes. Most of the food was tasteless. Salads are not clear from what. Almost everything is overcooked. There was a delicious mushroom soup and chicken soup a couple of times. The rest of the time: lentils, tomato, broccoli, etc. The watermelon was delicious a couple of times too. During dinner, they somehow changed the tablecloth at the next table. Crumbs flew almost into our food. I couldn't get into the ala kart restaurant. You need to sign up for Italian in a week, and for Turkish in 4 days. And we only came for 7 days. It was the first time I met with such a person. Since the territory of the hotel is small and there is nowhere to really go after dinner, people just sit, chat and smoke at the tables, and you turn circles with a plate and look for where you can sit down to eat. Places appear only an hour after the start of dinner.
Animation is not the main factor for me. Her friends liked her. I didn't go there.
It can be seen that the hotel was made with high quality and beautifully. But it seems that the management does not care: the tile fell off there, the corner was knocked off there, the steers are lying there.
Staying in a hotel can be compared to a competition: whoever managed to, ate and took a seat. This is not for me! I don't want to go back there anymore.

Very nice family hotel. Recommend. The food is excellent. The beach is sandy. The sea is clear. The rooms are comfortable, with a balcony, air conditioning, mini-bar. The safe is free of charge. Wi-Fi is free throughout the territory. It works according to the concept of ultra all inclusive. The staff is good, a lot of Russian speakers. There is a hammam, spa treatments, mini shops, souvenirs, a gym. Children's and adult animation.

We went at the end of May.I know that there are not many people in May, so I love this month. And the price is much cheaper. There weren't many people yet. It takes a little more than 2 hours to drive from the airport.
The staff hardly speaks Russian. Only English, as 80% of the vacationers are foreigners. The documents were filled out, we had lunch and immediately gave a room. Given in building D. There is a bar on the ground floor. Building D has its own swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The room is small, clean, shampoo, shower gel, soap. The in-room safe is free of charge. The rooms are cleaned daily. It was a Mexican day 2 times. The territory is very well maintained. The staff cleans the whole day.
Fruits : oranges, grapefruit, pineapple, watermelon, melon, apples, peaches, plums and nectarine were hard.
There are a lot of pastries for breakfast, honey, cheeses, porridges, pancakes, and...
For lunch and dinner there was always fish, turkey, beef, lamb. There is a lot of food, you will not stay hungry.
Pool bar, bar in each building, sea bar, snack bar. Cocktails were made as you wish.
They made tortillas every day, shawarma. Donuts, and Viennese ones are actually by the pool. Ice cream was served from 14.00-16.00 by the pool.
Animation for children and adults.
It's a 5-minute walk to the sea. There is also a bar on the sea. There are enough sun beds.
I just recommend the beach for children. The entry into the sea is shallow.
I'll come back here again.
