Expectations did not match reality.
The service is not friendly and uncommunicative, there is a feeling that I am not very welcome here - first they told me that there are no all the ingredients for the dish and order what you have, then they cooked and said that they found everything (I don't know how the suppliers arrived so quickly).
The portions are really large, but I liked only the pizza for originality - the rest of the dishes are not bad, but nothing special.
The soap dispenser does not work in the toilet, and it looks quite like in a butcher's basement.
And the highlight of the evening was the animals running along the wall - sanitary and epidemiological surveillance clearly cheated by visiting this institution with a check.
I did not discuss this in the institution itself, so as not to spoil the holiday for my relatives.

The company celebrated its anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and well-decorated dishes. Great live music.
I would like to note the non-professional actions of the waiters: when we danced in the big hall, all the waiters passed through our circle and when we danced close to each other, the waiters pushed us as they passed by, as we prevented them from doing their job. Shouldn't waiters be overlooked when serving? Even we, the guests of the restaurant, bypassed the dancers without disturbing them to relax! The remark was made to the administrator, but she did not react in any way.
When we told the guard to turn on the air conditioner, he rudely replied to us saying what we were yelling, go to the administrator! The guards themselves did not have a badge and there was no way to contact him.
The strange attitude of the staff towards the guests. We used to come often, we are unlikely to come anymore. It's a pity!

I celebrated the second New year in your restaurant. I must say right away - it was cooler a year ago. The food is just a fairy tale, the chef is a professional with a capital letter. The staff is on the level. Music is a failure. The atmosphere is "atmospheric". Meat is top class!!! Cleanliness is also on the level. Even if you get through, it's not a fact that you will hear something that sharply spoils the first impression, the interior is interesting for once. The service is slow, the dishes are dirty. We ordered fillets, not salty and lean from the word at all...it tastes like raw meat just fried in a frying pan, without marinade. and the price is not the cheapest. Also sooo bad staff. They wanted to hang a broken glass on us, although my friend and I did not do this, and at that moment we were dancing and were not at the table. They were rude to us and so on. It is very noisy in the evening from the music, so the interlocutor needs to shout in his ear, so that he understands something! In general, I put 2 stars out of pity with a stretch

I ordered chicken soup - very tasty, rich, just like homemade and a decent portion) I also took tartar, considering that the lunch menu - I didn't expect much, but no.. he exceeded expectations, the portion is good, the serving is beautiful and very very tasty!! I gave 8.80rubles for 2 dishes.
