Strangely enough, I liked the Butcher very much earlier, but this time, well, no, sorry. The food used to be so delicious, now... salads are so-so, except for serving - there are no complaints about it, there are almost no herring in the fur coat, and some kind of tasteless olivier, maybe because there are no eggs in the cut and only 2-4 quail halves on top - 300g of output is nothing. The meat board has become less tasty compared to the meat plate before. Previously, there were different rolls, smoked brisket, etc.. Now sausage, a couple of pieces of meat, blood and some kind of brawn, so-so cold cuts, och. for an amateur. Salad "Butcher" expected a little more... seasonal greens, and not a few pea sprouts on top and a sauce of a strange consistency on a mustard base, it would be nice to have acid and a lot less salt there. Almost all of it was left, like everything else, my old people took it away (thanks, put it in containers and bags), tomorrow I'll cook them a good hodgepodge. The veal brain pate with berry sauce was not bad, but the croutons were not crispy, it's a pity. To zucchini rolls with plums.cheese, but without pine nuts and Caprese, in general, no complaints. The waiters are polite, but not fast, it would be necessary to arrange their service more correctly on the tables. They did not wait for the promised music service, leaving approx.23.30. They talked music from 21.00, but at 21.20 it was not there yet, then they sang 3 songs to minus and that's it, just turned on background music. That's how this blonde was sitting after and some thick-set man in a yellow jacket was fussily moving from the bar, including behind the counter and to the muses.installations where she was bored, perhaps waiting for visitors to sing to her. I did not like that people in outerwear, like this comrade in the yellow trigger, walk in outerwear in the area where bottling and serving are taking place. You can consider me pretentious, or biased, but guys, your institution is great.It's gone bad. For me, there were so many joints for 1 pm. And the cherry on the cake ... at the end there was a cockroach crawling along the column next to our table. The guest who noticed was surprised, I haven't seen cockroaches for 100 years, even if I didn't bring them home. It was kind of uncomfortable, even though it wasn't my fault. And this completely discouraged the desire to leave a tip. I'm not whining, but I just want to draw the attention of management to these remarks. And I want to see the correction so that I can come back to you more than once. So that the institution would be in demand not only for catching up after where they work until 23, judging by how and what kind of contingent began to pull up there. Hello! 06/10/2022 I visited this place because I wanted to book a table.
The service shocked me. It was the first half of the day, there was only one waiter working. The girl is alone and serves tables and accepts reservations. It was suggested to wait 5-10 minutes or come up in the evening, but in the evening it was not convenient for me. I sat there for an hour and no one came up to me even once. I waited and watched it all, but she walked by. My patience broke down and I left, all desire to be there disappeared. If they can not accept the order, then what kind of holiday is organized is difficult to imagine.

The yield of portions, in most cases, is quite large. By ordering two or three items from the menu, you can have a very good meal. Special thanks to the waiters, they try to smooth out any inconveniences. Well, it didn't work out (I forgot, I ran around, I didn't remember, the client: not that (well, just a fool) (there are a lot of customers, visitors, consumers, but you are alone) well, somehow, but: I can, I can, I use (Thanks to the Waiters).
But, and a very big BUT, this is the watchmen's service (it may be called differently, but I do not know how, since no one taught them to communicate and introduce themselves). Having paid, and being drunk with alcoholic beverages in this institution, you, dear gentlemen and ladies, will not even be able to visit the restroom (if you have already left this institution and paid before) (as you will be told: that you visited the perekrestok store (located opposite or diagonally from this institution, they will check the bag, and it turns out that you are an undesirable customer for this institution). Well, it turned out to be very unpleasant to be such without committing any illegal actions. In general, the guards in this institution are very uncultured and illiterate, all that can be entrusted to them is the protection of a public toilet.

This is my subjective opinion, it is mine and mine alone. I visited this institution on 10/22/2021, when these negative consequences occurred with the guards (everything else was at a decent level) . The administrator who compiled the menu was simply incompetent in this matter and, plus, very rude, said that he did not have to know the menu, everything was written. In the evening, when we arrived, we realized that all the staff was new. The administrator was worried all evening about how we would send the children at 22.00, thereby taking out the brain from 20.00, saying that they were disturbing the visitors, even though they were just dancing with us and the visitors. The waiters are young inexperienced girls, they don't know the menu either, they never opened alcohol, it's a trifle, they carried bread for 30 minutes after the fifth reminder. We wanted to take a chair from the next table, the receptionist made such a noise as if we had trashed the whole cafe. The guards do not know their functions at all, they are rude and conflicted. Despite the good cuisine and music, we do not visit this place anymore and do not want to visit it until the staff changes. But some of the positions of the dishes for me personally were simple and a little greasy: (perhaps this is the "cost" of the banquet menu) black pudding, lard, planed butter, which everyone confused with cheese. The illusory "volume" of many dishes was created with the help of a green salad, it was not there except in a fruit plate (of course I love greens, but even for me it's too much)! I would like to mention the pleasant waiter girl:talkative, with a sense of humor, attentive and at the same time unobtrusive (unfortunately, I did not remember the name)!
In general, in my opinion, it is not profitable to celebrate a birthday:55 rubles per person, alcohol and drinks were allowed to bring with you, but you had to pay for each open bottle, and no birthday discounts or bonuses from the institution.
The guards are banging to the music, the women's bathroom is dirty, the promised live music has not been heard. Previously, the institution was very attractive, but now the level has dropped significantly.

We visited the famous Butcher with friends, celebrated each other. Honestly, I was pleased with everything. The service is on the level, there are no questions about the kitchen at all, delicious, fast. Very beautiful live vocals. The DJ girl is just fire, the music is awesome. The only thing is, it's a little hot, of course, otherwise we're happy with everything.

12/19/2021 my colleague and I went to dinner and sat down at a table that we liked, we ordered salad, barbecue, grilled vegetables and mulled wine (I'll write about mulled wine a little later). When we were waiting for our order, a cockroach ran near us, we called the waiter and told him about it, but he calmly replied that we had poisoned them and allegedly he (the cockroach) would not bother us anymore. When our order was brought to us some time later and my colleague and I started talking, we discovered how a Cockroach got into the salad plate, invited the receptionist, she calmly invited us to move to another table and replace the salad, to which we agreed.But you won't believe it, and there was a waiter personally on our table, catching a cockroach with a napkin, of course the waiter apologized, but it didn't make it any easier, the evening was ruined!!! So that you understand, cockroaches walk everywhere there, even in the toilet!
And now I'll tell you about mulled wine, there is a fixed price for a glass of 5p on the menu, but in fact, when the receipt was brought to us, there was a price of 9p. after learning where this price came from, the answer killed-"you had another wine," although it was not written anywhere and the waiter was not agreed.
I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

For a hot pork neck steak, my husband liked it. I ordered a Dorado for myself - I liked it. A very pleasant tincture of their own production. In general, the atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is polite and friendly. We were on a weekday at 19.00, there were almost no empty seats in the restaurant, the institution is popular. It's a pity that we didn't try the Strudel this time. We were here half a year ago, returned for Strudel, but we were quite satisfied with dinner and have already decided not to overeat. The music is better than average, but not so good. A small dance floor, it pisses me off that they give drunk people, if I may say "women", karaoke singing is just torture, even for me with my defective musical hearing. The staff is generally friendly, but not agile (perhaps due to the large number of customers). He works until 5 a.m., so we've had enough.
