The guy at the entrance said that we were closed, they say there is no one and we conferred with colleagues here and decided to close our shop ahead of time. Most likely, the management was not informed about this. To our question - "can you let me in anyway, it says on the door until 04:00" the answer was "come tomorrow".
Bottom line: money spent on the road, waiting at the car door to another institution, by the way, it's freezing, you know what it is now.

Unfortunately, this mint has great difficulty understanding that HOOKAH is a RARITY in a hookah bar. the coal should not be changed 1 time per evening, neither when it burned down nor when it went out. It's a hookah bar, and no one cares about the feeling. Hookah masters do not check hookahs, they are in no hurry. I am writing a review after several years of regular visits. There is no desire to come, but you have to when there are no places in any institution.

The service is disgusting, we ran to look for a waiter in a half-empty hall, we got a laugh in the face for a claim for spoiled meat cuts. The hall is very stuffy, the TV remote was taken away from us, the sofas are in terrible condition. As a result, the birthday girl was not even congratulated with a compliment from the institution, as is usually the case. The serving is long, the portions did not match the stated weight on the menu. We won't be coming back.

The receptionist said that everything was booked and could put us at the table inside, but for an hour, then we would be transferred to the veranda.
When the tables were empty, we were transferred to the veranda, the food order was carried for an hour -rolls and wings, and they forgot about the Shrimp altogether.
With a check of 600 rubles, they could have placed it at another table in the room. Moreover, some tables remained empty until we left.
Dear owners, You need to understand the contingent of your consumers and who makes you a profit!
Shrimps were not only forgotten, they were not removed from the bill, we noticed it ourselves. The staff are girls who are not smiling, especially the girl with red hair.

Shalman, in short, a stupid booze. No comfort, no charm, no originality. Theoretically, you can go in for coffee in the afternoon while there are no people. The food is not bad, but I did not appreciate the price level and quality of dishes outside of purchases - I left because I could not stand it.

But there are no questions about the hookah. Everything is fine. Respect for the hookah maker. The food that is not cold is delicious. However, sometimes you have to wait. At lunch, you cannot order from the main menu.
I like the interior. There is a hall with high ceilings and panoramic views. And there are those with low ceilings and a TV with a set-top box. There are also VIP rooms. A good place overall. If only the staff would be hired better.

It was a favorite place up to a certain point. We booked a table with my husband in advance. We arrived at the institution, we see that the boarding is incomplete. The receptionist led us to our place and gave us a menu. So that you understand, we waited 30 minutes for the waiter until we ourselves went behind the bar, where the entire "delegation" of employees was standing. I'm not talking about the hookah man at all, because they FORGOT to call him to place an order. In general, at least we figured it out. The waitress was as unhappy as possible and showed her bad mood in every way. We are non-confrontational and generous people, but when frankly people do not want to work and are rude, we do not want to leave a positive review and tip.
I have no idea what happened to the staff and the institution in general, but it deteriorated and lost the status of a "pleasant and cultural holiday." Unfortunately, I don't want to come back here anymore.
