The director called me, without much sympathy, she offered me a discounted recording for the next day (she obviously wanted to end the conversation faster). The phrase "there is no master, only a cosmetologist, she said that the girl came here so LATE."
I agreed to record at a discount, said I'd think about the time, and I'll write to you now. I wrote it 10 minutes later, but they read the message and ignored it. In short, they didn't give a damn about me.
In principle, this is probably all that can be said about the attitude towards customers, both from the master and the management.
