The numbers have been received, but everything works. The annimation is a little weak.But there is.Gymnastics, aquajim,belly dancing, in the evenings there is a children's and adult disco.Once there was a live music concert.
In general, we are satisfied.We were satisfied with everything and we will be happy to come again.

Rest at the hotel - May 2021. They offered to change the room without additional payment. There was a view of the garden, they changed to the pool, and not just a view, but access to the pool through a panoramic window. We were very satisfied - I left the room and dived in.)))
The room is clean, regular cleaning. The air conditioner is working. The furniture is a bit "tired", as in principle in the whole hotel.
The hotel is on the first line, a few steps from the sea. There are two bar counters on the beach with a "coded" mode of operation, then one gives everything for free, the second for money, then vice versa. Most of the beach towels are washed. The sunbeds were killed, they got out of the situation by lying down on the lawn under the palm trees.
The food in the restaurant is varied, cooked deliciously and for two weeks the main dishes were practically not repeated.
The entrance to the sea is good, there are few corals.

A great place to relax with the whole family and alone) the hotel is excellent, the service is super. Among the disadvantages: an unheated swimming pool (but this is a minus if you only relax in winter) and during rush hour there are not always free places in the restaurant (lunch and dinner). The animation is great, the beach is too, the entrance to the water is convenient, from the shore (not pantone). There are wonderful corrals with an abundance of fish on the nearby beach ( you can watch everything with a mask, even for children )

The hotel is far from 5 stars, the furniture is outdated, the room stock needs repair, it's time to change the tables in the restaurant and chairs, everything has outlived its time. When you come to the beach, you will see old deck chairs, broken, rotten, requiring replacement, the mattresses on them are completely rotten. The air conditioning in the rooms is terrible, at maximum speed and minimum temperature it works constantly and the room is not cold.... The hotel staff is generally friendly, but the attitude in restaurants is pronounced, they are as friendly as possible to someone, they even carry plates with food, and they don't even approach someone ... The food: they cook delicious, but very monotonous, there is no variety, it is quite boring. At the same time, the menu in the restaurant of the "mountain" hotel differs from the hotel on the first line, but we cannot go to this restaurant.... At the hotel by the sea, they ask for a room, they treat their hands with antiseptic, no one notes anything from our "mountain", no one cares ... anyway, we only have chicken and vegetables, in salads, sliced ... sparse, but delicious) Animation: it's not there! No, of course there is, for the entire stay, the animators enjoy themselves, communicate with 10-15 guests, and then because these are fellow countrymen or acquaintances who do not even approach the rest, bypass the guests only on the beach and then when, sell services, discos, paid dinners, they are not interested in anything guests. As a result, they seem to be there, but in fact they are not, well, or I have not seen them from work for 2 weeks. But very clearly, music is rumbling in neighboring hotels, people are being gathered.... Russian Russian managers, hire a Russian employee, he will show you all the disadvantages of the hotel's work from our mentality, well, if you are interested in Russian guests. Now it feels like you have VIP service and conditions for Arab guests, the rest are like this……

The animators turn on the music at full volume from 10 a.m. They do not respond to comments. It is generally unclear whether this is a 5* hotel or a concentration camp.

The service is disgusting, they gave me a room with an entrance from the roadway, although I paid extra specifically for a room by the beach. But they didn't give it without a bribe. The food is not tasty, the glasses are plastic, one paper napkin.... The sun beds are old and there are not enough of them, because there are sun beds for 2 hotels. I had to get up at 5 in the morning to take a sunbed, at 6 there were often not enough sun beds.... Therefore, there is no point in overpaying, because it is not five stars, three minus the maximum score.

We had a vacation with my husband in late February and early March 2021. First the cons. The hotel is far from 5, maximum 3. Furniture, plumbing, repairs in the room-everything is very old and leaves much to be desired. The beach chairs are broken, the mattresses on the deck chairs are torn, the beach towels are all stripped, everything needs to be replaced. There are super annoying spa staff on the beach. After much persuasion, we agreed to a sauna. Complete unsanitary conditions. If you don't agree, don't waste your nerves. The food was monotonous, but we were not hungry. The seats on the chairs in the restaurant are also all torn, the tables are not wiped, everything is sticky. Now the pros. Good entrance to the sea. Corals where you can dive are located both to the right and to the left of the hotel beach. Since the hotel is located in the bay, there was practically no wind. Very active and friendly animators.

The sun beds on the beach are old, wooden, heavy and almost dead. Old dirty mattresses on them. The air conditioners in the rooms are old, they are not regulated in the heat. The beach towels are washed to a gray color. They only give new ones to their Arabs. Sometimes they steal, you have to watch out, otherwise it's 15 bucks apiece. The food is common in Egypt, it's not Turkey. Tipping is accepted everywhere. We were there from September 1 to September 2021

I had a rest in February. The hotel does not pull in 5 stars. The guide was terrible, shouting, rude. On the beach, the bartenders are angry and eternally dissatisfied, as if they are pouring from their own personal bar. And they came up with their own system, one person is given 1 drink in each hand and then half a glass.It's all nonsense!!! And it's All inclusive!!! I will not go to this hotel anymore and I do not advise anyone.The pool is not heated.It doesn't matter with food either, there were days when they didn't give any meat, chicken, or fish, completely vegetarianism. I was in another 4 star hotel and it was much better.
