Terrible customer orientation!! I signed up my one-year-old son for a haircut in 3 days!! When I came to the salon, a surprise awaited me, our time was occupied by 2 guys. The master said that these are regular customers and she will accept them. And we are just passing through it turns out. They told me to wait, but I signed up for the time I needed!! We have a regime, everything is on time. And I don't want to wait with a small child. Okay, 10 minutes, but not 2 haircuts. Before that, we went there and everything was fine. The administrator did not solve this incident in any way. I didn't move another master, or anything. And so we came, undressed, said hello and goodbye and went home!! I will never go to this salon again!!!
