Excellent clinic with professional staff. My sister had an operation to remove her appendix. Everything went great, she was given a private room. The rooms are spacious, with a TV and comfortable, modern furniture.
Regular checkups and the care of doctors and nurses were at the highest level. The reception was great. The hospital is bright, cozy, there are no queues, which is very pleasing. They are fed twice a day — breakfast and lunch.
Disadvantages: prices are slightly higher than in other establishments, and the variety of dishes leaves much to be desired; for example, the potatoes were not of the best quality. Tea and coffee are not provided, only water.
But the freedom of visits is pleasant — come at any time and bring everything you need.

But for me personally, there is a huge disadvantage, and this is the lack of planning. I have lived in Yerevan for almost 2 years, so sometimes I had to go to various doctors. There was a case when I had an appointment for 9 a.m., the doctor came at 10:57 and refused to see me, because she "didn't have time." There was an appointment for 9:20 in the morning, at 10:00 the doctor was not there yet, I had to change the doctor. There was an appointment for one procedure, but the device was taken for video shooting, and the doctor and I had to wait 50 minutes for it. If the doctor starts the working day at 12:00, he will come, God willing, by 13 o'clock. Patients' time is not valued. It is impossible for a working person to plan his working day.
I wrote a review addressed to the State Duma, she is the owner of this medical center, but no one answered me. I was informed at the reception that they "do not respond" 😁

Complete disappointment with the level and approach! Lor Vardanyan A.G. and his son visited. There were only 3 minutes in the office.. The doctor didn't even ask anything, she looked into my ear for 1 second (literally 1 second!) and the same cursory glance at the throat. And she started prescribing medicines - the most primitive set that every mother already knows. My son's ears are a weak spot, and we often visit the ent. And I know WHAT should be seen at the reception and how!! The ear is looked at more carefully, and not one patient, but both. They feel the lymph nodes. They ask for anamnesis. Since we complained of hearing loss, they do elementary tympanometry. But when I asked her to do this, the doctor replied that it was not within her competence and she would sign us up for another doctor (like an audiologist, it's just ridiculous!). I saw a red throat and coughing - and said that she would also sign us up for a therapist. This is not the way to treat customers! This is a divorce and a siphoning off of money. We gave away 15 thousand drams in 3 minutes! And should we give another 30 thousand to other doctors?? The ENT is obliged to do all this!- otherwise, what is his responsibility?!? Of the medicines, rinsing with saline solution of the nose, Zyrtek and dissolving tablets for the throat are prescribed - you do not need to be a doctor for such an appointment. Besides, nothing is assigned to the ear!- although my son said that he couldn't hear and was a little sore. Such a doctor should be ashamed! And it looks like such a decent modern center.. But the qualifications of the staff and the approach to the client are terrible. (in addition, you cannot pay in cash at the checkout, only through a machine that does not give change!!!! - it's just stupid!!!)
It is better, of course, to do without a hospital, but if you really have to, then you can safely contact Nyri! The hospital is famous for its surgeons. Clean, freshly renovated. They accept both insurance and simply through paid services. They speak Russian and English. It is located right by the Dvina River.
On June 3, at 9:35, I called the medical center, asked to connect with the laboratory, the employee did not introduce himself by name, when asked if they performed a blood test for varicela zoster by PCR, I received an answer that they were performing, then asked the cost and deadline, the employee replied 6000 AMD and if you donate blood in the morning, the answer will be after 16:00. Then the employee began to inform me that they were still performing an analysis for immunoglobulins, I replied thank you and goodbye.
The patient arrived at the laboratory within 30 minutes, where she was informed that they did not perform PCR. The patient has repeatedly said that a blood test for antibodies to the virus is not necessary. Despite this, they performed an analysis for immunoglobulin m, took blood and paid, saying that the test was suitable for diagnosis. After learning a negative result, although the PCR method was needed for differential diagnosis, I called the laboratory to find out why false information was given on the phone and bred for money, they promised to listen to the call, as a result their answer: it was hard to hear and the employee did not quite understand)
The worst thing is that the patient is pregnant and the issue of diagnosis of chickenpox was fundamental.

I applied here for another rabies injection, the 5th in a row, since I did 4 in Moscow and then flew on vacation. They listened, recorded the data, since their reception is primary, the procedure is paid, 20,000 drams. They did it right in the department with other patients lying through the curtain from each other, people scurrying back and forth, and a crowd of doctors) I paid at the vending machine using the number that was given on a piece of paper, not the first time. Then they called me back to rest and offered to give me a certificate of vaccination tomorrow, everything is polite and correct. I gave my list, everything was entered there, the batch number and the drug, and we left. It took about an hour. All I needed was a passport and a paper with a schedule of injections.

It was terrible, Laura was at the doctor, the doctor prescribed an expensive CT procedure that was not needed at all, complained of a common chronic infection, which she treated with her doctor elsewhere during periods of its exacerbation, but now there is no way to get to her doctor, chose this clinic and was very sorry, the doctor did not find visible in her opinion, she said that there was nothing to do with my sorry green snot, she did not appoint any tests and a sensible examination except for a CT scan, which revealed nothing, and later my situation only worsened, negligent attitude and absolutely useless appointments did not help, it only got worse, it feels like the doctor simply does not know what to do in such situations.

For example, by 14.00, I arrived. There are 10 people in front of me (!!!), the doctor's office is stupidly empty. And this is according to the VMI. Perhaps the problem is that the only clinic available in Yerevan, which is why there is such a flow of patients here.

Полгода хожу к разным специалистам по разным проблемам, все прекрасно лечат. Из последнего - сделала лазерную коррекцию зрения методом ласик у врача Касян Софьи Гамлетовной. Очень довольна результатом, а так же обхождением: все дружелюбно, заботливо, можно обратиться с вопросом к любому сотруднику и они подскажут, что и куда. Все оборудование современное.
Не понимаю удивления женщины из отзыва 1 сентября. Видимо, она раньше ходила только в гос поликлиники, где 1 пожилой окулист в маленьком кабинете на единственном древнем инструменте и проверяет, и пишет и назначает лечение. В более менее крупных оборудованных офтальмологических центрах уже давно большинство проверок перенесли на медсестер в отдельные кабинеты, чтобы не тратить время врача.
Из минусов: действительно нельзя сказать, что все работает как по часам. Бывают и задержки и ожидания врача, которого нет на месте. Но для меня это не критично, поэтому оценку не снижаю.

С болью в шее и грудном отделе позвоночника уже 3 месяца
Осмотр длился 2 минуты , меня просто похлопала по спине слегка (потрогала) и все сняла перчатки
Не определила места боли, не дала список дифференциациальных диагнозов. Поймите меня правильно. Я ветеринарный врач , работаю в Ереване и я принимаю и армян и русских. И ко всем животным и владельцам у меня одинаковый подход, я всегда всех досконально потрогаю и сделаю все возможное чтобы помочь. Но тут, я не знаю как армяне лечатся в Армении, может к русским такое отношение? Но я заплатила 15000 просто в пустоту
Я прекрасно знаю как важен анамнез (детальный) что бы помочь
Но тут я рассказываю о препаратах которые ела - обездоливающие и о моей проблеме давнишней (сколиоз ) как только я сказала слово сколиоз - она сразу сказала «да у тебя сколиоз» и сняла перчатки
Типо лучшая тактика была молчать ?
Я говорю «определите где болит ?скажите проблема ортопедическая или неврологическая?» она просто улыбнулась и сказала нужна диагностика )))
«Надо делать рентген говорит» -
Я «но на рентгене не видно что происходит с спинным мозгом есть ли защемление/грыжи и так далее» ( а вот если бы она нормально потрогала позвонки - это более менее можно сказать )и установить локализацию больного участка (я худая)
Она «Да не видно - ну значит делай МРТ»

Да я не спорю - я и сама знаю что хочу сделать МРТ и самая знаю какие области
Но так как до спины своей я не достаю я не могу понять где болит конкретно ( да и не вижу)

На мрт то я пошла у них, так как у меня есть знакомые кто его прочитает и очередь маленькая. Записалась на субботу на 9:20! Начало рабочего дня , сделала мрт пошла оплатила возвращаюсь мне выдают диск, заключение будет в понедельник (это ок) я возвращаюсь домой открываю в нужной программе своё МРТ и о Боже что я вижу - ПУСТОЙ ДИСК ПРОСТО БОЛВАНКА на которой нет файлов, просто 0 байт. И теперь мне надо ехать в это чудесное место ещё раз что бы забрать диск. Ну да, я же безработная дел то у меня других нет )))

Позвонила, сообщила им об этом, они сказали что перезапишем диск. Приехала забрала и о чудо - файлы появились на новом диске и открылись в программе. Будьте готовы получить болванку.

Посмотрев своё мрт я обнаружила что там недостаёт количество кадров. Позвонив опять туда я поговорила с заведующим отделения Костан Самвелович. Я объяснила ситуацию он пообещал разобраться, после перезвонил, сказал что могу подъехать и обсудить исследование. Сегодня я приехала, у него открылось оба диска на его компьютере, он мне объяснил почему исследование проведено таким образом. После отвёл меня к Врачу МРТ, прекрасная женщина, с ней мы также глянули мои снимки , она мне все рассказала и показала и все объяснила почему снимки сделали так(почему не хватает кадров )
Теперь точно конец истории
Не корректная подача информации по стоимости услуг...
Записались на плановую вакцинацию ребенка, сказали стоимость в 25 000 драм + посещение педиатра обязательное 10 000 драм + анализы 3000 драм, все ок, приехали оплатили педиатра и анализы, все сделали, нам сказали пропить лекарство 5 дней и приезжать на вакцинацию.
Прошло 5 дней приезжаем с заготовленной суммой в 25 000 драм, так как все заранее было обговорено и что мы узнаем прямо перед вакцинацией?! А то, что вакцинация стоит 43 000 драм и вообще это другая вакцина не та о которой говорилось изначально...
Естественно вакцинацию сделали, куда деваться, но осадок мягко говоря остался, а желания и планов дальнейшего посещения данного мед центра НЕТ!
Начну с хорошего
На первом этаже прекрасная стоматология (но она вроде не имеет отношения к клинике), там замечательные врачи, к которым не страшно ходить на приемы. Все подробно объяснят, расскажут детально, как проходило удаление и почему тактика лечения должна быть именно такой.
Теперь о плохом
Увы, не все врачи в клинике обладают такой эмпатией и профессионализмом. Попала к Марианне Андраниковне (маммолог), не успела зайти в кабинет, уже посыпались жалобы на личные проблемы. Прием длился 2 минуты. За это время, она спросила не обращалась ли я к пластическому хирургу, у меня асимметрия и это ОК (было крайне не тактично, странно слышать такое от врача). Она отправила меня на узи, после надо было снова к ней на прием.
Врач по узи Арут Шабурян удивил не меньше, на любой уточняющий вопрос был один ответ «пфф, все хорошо, это ерунда». Зато не забыл спросить армянка ли я и говорю ли на армянском. Позвонил маммологу, сообщил ей о результатах узи, она сказала, отлично, пусть уже не поднимается ко мне.
Я в шоке, по возможности ищите врачей через знакомых.
