They decided to compare Abkhazia with Turkey . We were in the middle of August 2023 . Three adults , building 5 . Total - 260 with a flight from Moscow. The territory is gorgeous, an indoor pool, a gym, an outdoor pool, its own beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, if you want the best place and a sun lounger, go out at 6/30, there are options for even better nutrition than in Turkish 4 ( compare with Sea gul beldibi. ) minus - large stones at the entrance to the sea , do not take a hookah , on the third day everything is on the toilet at once . ( not in Turkey , not in Egypt , we were not friends with the toilet ) 3 hours at customs in the heat , a separate minus . The price is not clear at all , even now Turkey is cheaper than 20-30 tons in some applications. Will I go again or not?? I don't think so. Turkey is better for this money .

We had a rest in July 2023. Of the advantages, only the beautiful territory and fresh renovation in the hotel. The service is of course just terrible. The lack of Internet in the room horrified us, it is only available in the hallway and on the premises. Cleaning is a separate story, you can say it is not there (only on day 4 cleaning, change of towels, soap accessories, as well as 1 piece per person every four days) . There are always crumbs on the tables in the dining room, and similarly under the table. The pool is open until 18:00, I also collect sun beds by the sea at 19:00, hinting to everyone present that it's time for you..... As a result, we did not like it, we have something to compare it with in Abkhazia.

We returned from Abkhazia last night. We were there for the first time, we thought for a long time where we would fly: again to Turkey or to Abkhazia, which we have never been to. We chose the second one, Again we carefully chose the place, we stopped on the Sled. And you didn't lose it! This is a real paradise! Amazing nature, the purest sea, wonderful weather, a magnificent hotel, friendly staff (both at the reception and the maids), delicious and varied food: cottage cheese, kefir, yoghurts like in grandma's village, liver pate, rolls with different fillings, fish, meat... You can't list everything! In which hotel in Turkey is beef with prunes cooked, for example? Thanks a lot to the chefs, in particular Ruslan. Only you need to put someone who would pour coffee to the coffee machine, otherwise both visitors will break one and the other, not everyone knows how to use them.
The rooms in building 5 are excellent, spacious, everything is brand new, clean - very nice. We had a room on the 7th floor with a side view of the sea and mountains - everything is in the palm of your hand, you look and you can't get enough of it.
The beach is large, clean, It is very good that it is forbidden to smoke by the pools and on the shore, There are separate places for smokers. There are enough sun beds, it's true, but there is a hunt for modern sun loungers with a device to protect the face from the sun, very comfortable, they do not need mattresses. Temur keeps a sharp eye on the order. A gorgeous relaxation area by the indoor pool, and it is very nice, huge, with warm water, beautiful! In general, swim, lie where you want or run from place to place... If you get bored, ride a jet ski, a sap, a banana, fly a paraglider, go on excursions, to restaurants - there are 2 of them, European and Abkhazian kuni. In general, everyone will find something to do.
Now I know exactly where I'm going next time. This is, of course, a Sled.
The only thing I would like to see on the beach is a pier for entering the sea, very large stones, walking on them is a real feat.

The hotel is great. Clean territory. Everything is well maintained. The rooms are renovated, the bed linen is crisp!!! The restaurant has a choice of 20 dishes, fruits, cakes, various drinks. The beach is clean! There are enough sun beds and umbrellas for all tourists! The staff is wonderful. A very unexpected, cool guy, for Abkhazia. We are happy with everything. We rested with my husband for 10 days! Not enough.... I would like more.

We are vacationing in hotels at the moment. Beautiful Territory, good buffet, fabulous sea.
Cons: one bottle of water for three at check-in, then for the money. Linen and towels are changed every four days, and care products are also changed every 4 days. The pillows are terrible, as if you sleep without them, your head is on the mattress.
In the evening, animation is only for kids, adults have nothing to do.

We were at the Nart boarding house in early September. I went on the advice of my travel agent and did not regret it. Clean spacious rooms, newly renovated, mountain view, huge gorgeous balcony. The room has beach towels, bathrobes, disposable kits (even a razor, comb is available). A couple of minutes walk to the beach! Clean, well-groomed, there are sun beds even with sun protection (like roofs, I saw them for the first time). Helpful and friendly staff. I will recommend it to my friends!

We had a family vacation from August 4 to August 8. The main disadvantage is rotavirus. We got sick with the whole family on day 3. We encounter rotavirus every year on vacation. But this time it's really terrible. Everyone got sick. Both adults and children. And they hurt a lot. And on the playground, every now and then you could hear how the child was vomiting, then what the temperature was.
The second disadvantage is fleas. While they were recovering from rotavirus, they began to notice fleas jumping on the beds. And not just one or two, but a whole swarm. They passed 30 pieces. As a result, we were informed at the reception that our room had been changed, and ours was closed for processing (so they said). But from the conversation with the maid, it became clear that fleas are a common thing in this boarding house.
As for the beach, or rather the sunbeds. Although there are ads on the beach so that they do not occupy the sun beds, but before them (ads)Nobody cares. Every morning, you can hear how the guests start walking from 5 a.m., apparently they go to take places under umbrellas. As a result, when you come to the beach after breakfast, there are no free sun beds or umbrellas. And there are no people themselves. Everyone comes later. The administration should somehow resolve this issue. During the 4 days of our stay, we never managed to snatch a place under an umbrella. We came to rest and sleep, at least until 7.30 am (breakfast time). And do not rush headlong to occupy the sun beds at 5 am. It's the same with the pool seats. They throw in a towel , and they go to the sea to swim.
The prices at the pool bar are high. Draft beer 250 r, lemonade 1 liter 500 r, lemonade in glass 0.5 l 250 r. (When we later bought the same lemonade in another sanatorium for 70 rubles).
The territory itself is large, the renovation is new. There is a lot of vegetation. The views are amazing. There is a playground. 2 swimming pools, gym. 3 meals a day according to the buffet system. Everything is delicious. But, we concluded that it was from nutrition that the rotavirus covered us. In general, the boarding house is a solid four. But the disadvantages are too significant. You get rotavirus and fleas for your own money. The price for 4 nights for a standard room without a balcony for 2 adults +2 children cost us 78,000 rubles. It's just the price for the room, without the road. It is unreasonably expensive for such a holiday.

Soap, shampoo, shower gel are also a one-time set, then you buy everything yourself at the nearest store.
Dry cleaning is carried out daily (garbage is taken from the trash can). Change of linen and towels for the 4th day! We had force majeure on the second day of our stay (either infection or acclimatization), at our request, we were replaced earlier than on the 4th day.

In general, we rested for about the same money at the Amra hotel , so this is heaven and earth .....Of course, never again to this hotel, all the more fun for such money!

I'm just thrilled! We rested at the end of May and captured the first days of June. Somehow they magically managed to pay 33,000 in 10 days, I still can't believe it.

The hotel is not bad in terms of rooms, we lived in a junior suite in July 2023. There are no questions about the room, cleaning. Please note that you cannot smoke on the open balcony of the room, you must run outside. We watched an elderly couple huddling in the corners of the territory to smoke, it's not entirely clear... The fine is 5000 rubles. Food and service are on "0". Apart from the reception, you will not see any friendly staff checking in. 20-30% of the buffet products are sour, not fresh, cuts, vegetables and salads are better not to use, dishes and appliances are poorly washed, the whole family was poisoned, money for 3 days of rest was thrown away. Prepare for vomiting and diarrhea. To take sun loungers under an umbrella on the beach, you need to do this at 6 am, you may have to engage in battle. Before the Sled, we rested in another hotel in Abkhazia, 40% cheaper, the quality is much higher. In a word, we are disappointed, I do not wish vomiting and diarrhea even to my enemies.

We have been vacationing since July 20, 2022. Building 3. We are satisfied with the rest, it is clear that the hotel is improving right before our eyes, at least a small cultural program has appeared, animation has appeared since July 28. In 5 days, my husband, my son and I gave away almost 100 thousand. Meals are for three. All days are the same, bland and as simple as possible. There was no cleaning in the rooms, personally our room smelled of some kind of dampness. The hotel is as boring and rotten as possible, there is no entertainment from the word at all. The doctor in the first-aid post is a boor and a rude woman, who, knowing that rotovirus mows down everyone in their smelly Abkhazia, did not help in any way , so she also stood there building something out of herself. We had a rest from 22.07-29.07.22 in this boarding house. We really liked it. We lived in the 1st building, economy room. This is an economy that everyone would like to see…Side view of the mountains and the sea. The complete renovation was in 2021. Everything in the room is new and clean. There is a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a pouf, a kettle, a dryer and a table with chairs on the balcony. There are minor flaws: there is no shelf for soap and shampoo in the shower, you have to put it on the mixer or on the floor), the small length of the corrugation of the built-in hair dryer, which is not very convenient. The food is varied, there is a lot of everything, there is no queue. There were not enough sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, I had to get up early in the morning, go to the beach and put towels on the sunbed to "book" it, because if you come after breakfast by 9 a.m., there will be no umbrella or sunbed. And the sun is deceptive... some of course do not mind lying on the rocks next to the sea.

I had a rest in May 2023. When buying a tour to this boarding house, it was stated in the voucher and on the website that there is an indoor and an indoor swimming pool. In fact, only the open one worked, and then the water in it was +22 when measured. Then they changed on the website that it will work from June. There were not fresh products on the declared so-called buffet - sour mashed potatoes, bread with mold. The rooms are visually good, new. But the room was poorly cleaned, I found sevens and someone's nails on the floor. There is nothing open on the territory at 21 pm, no restaurant, no bar. There's nothing to do. They wanted to sit by the sea with the child, but the shislongs were under lock and key. We paid 19600 for 2 days. For that kind of money, you could have a much better vacation elsewhere. I will not come again and I do not recommend it.
