we stayed at this hotel from April 15 to 22, the building number 5 is new, well equipped.We arrived and immediately after the accommodation we were fed lunch, everything is very tasty and varied, there is an indoor pool, sauna, hammam on site, which is included in the price and can be visited at least all day.There is also an outdoor heated swimming pool, with magnificent views of the sea and the mountains.The rooms are cleaned daily, every three days the bedding,linen and bathrobes are snow-white, the staff is very friendly, we really liked it.

I rarely write reviews, but I just wanted people to know the truth. The hotel can accommodate a maximum of 2*. We arrived for the New Year.We live in the 5th building.
Positive:
Beautiful grounds, a coffee shop with delicious cakes and coffee. The pool is not bad, it has not been open since October 1, although it is very warm outside, it would be possible to leave the heated one.
Minuses :
1. Mildewed showers, the cheapest soap and shampoo, no brushes, no other accessories, the hood is howling, it's scary. The room is like in hotels in the early 2000s.
2. The food is simply tasteless, there is nothing to eat at all, the same thing every day, well, maybe someone doesn't pay attention to it at all, but when they come on vacation they want a variety, and here they just don't even want to go to eat
3. The New Year's banquet is a separate story, they paid 10,500 per person, there was a maximum of 1,000 rubles worth of food on the table, alcohol was not allowed, alcohol was supplied with 1 bottle of wine drink made in Abkhazia, 1 bottle of mineral water and juice from the vending machine, which is at lunch, everything tasteless, desserts are beautiful, but insanely tasteless we bought juice and cola separately from them, when we paid, the administrator said that we would sit in a good place and they could not specifically provide us with a table in advance, boarding on a first-come, first-served basis, but in the end we were seated at the very end of the screen, we did not see the screen, we were sitting near the buffet area, animation at the banquet too It wasn't a fountain, the DJ was playing good music, the rest was so-so. For such money , it's just an outrage, not a banquet, we didn't even organize a fireworks display , we brought our own well and it was the only fireworks display . When we went to ask why we were put in such a place, the receptionist just yelled at us that we should have booked earlier, although the day before she said that everyone would only sit in the designated area, just an ugly attitude towards the guests.
Conclusion: I didn't believe the negative reviews, but it turned out to be the truth, we never set foot in this hotel again.

It was the first time we were in Abkhazia and we did not make a mistake with the hotel. I liked everything, of course there are some shortcomings that the hotel management would like to take note of:
it is not entirely clear why the child cannot take an apple or something else from fruits for a snack, from the buffet area (to try everything, it is physically unrealistic!)
I wanted there to be some kind of laundry room There are a lot of families with young children and it is very expensive to wash a T-shirt for 200 rubles. And washing in basins is a pleasure on vacation.
There is no furniture on the balcony in building 5, it's a shame because the views there are gorgeous.
There were also cases that NOT the hotel guests occupied the deck chairs, but the hotel GUESTS occupied them for the whole day and were practically not present (it is not pleasant to roast in the sun when a place is "occupied" nearby, but no one is there.)
We were very pleased that we were settled immediately upon arrival (about 10 am). The sea is clean, we have not caught rotavirus since 28.08-5.09. Very tasty restaurants on site

We lived in a nearby hotel, but went to the SPA in a sled and had dinner once. The SPA is brand new, we watched it being completed on New Year's Eve. The SPA costs 600 rubles per hour or 1000 rubles for 3 hours. You can use the hammam, sauna, 25-meter swimming pool and lounge area. A great hotel in a stunningly beautiful location! One of the best locations in Abkhazia.
A comfortable private beach with sun beds and sun loungers. Few people, clean and incredible sunsets. An ideal option for those who want to swim and sunbathe.
The hotel itself has just been renovated - everything is new and clean. The territory is beautiful and green. There is a place to walk.
The rooms are pleasant and cozy.
We were in the fifth building, a room with a sea view, you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves.
The food is a buffet. Simple and delicious. Some dishes are for the amateur, but in general there is plenty to choose from.
The restaurant itself with panoramic windows is located on the shore.
There are also two restaurants on site for a fee. Live music. I liked the kitchen, the menu is varied. In general, I recommend it.
It is located in the center, there are shops nearby and where to walk.
The hotel is much superior to the average Russian resorts.
I definitely recommend a visit!

I really enjoyed my stay here!
First line, spacious room with sea view. Its own beach with 2 types of sun beds (soft and ordinary plastic). The beach with pebbles is clean. Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory and on the beach.
Very beautiful, well-groomed territory, blooming fragrant trees. 3 meals a day, buffet. The food is diverse, vegetables, fruits, pastries, for every taste.
The rooms are clean, slippers, bathrobe, luggage storage. The linen is changed on the 4th day. There are towels for the beach.
There are 2 swimming pools on site (outdoor and indoor in the SPA area). There is a sauna and a sauna, various massages. Parking space.
You can choose excursions right on the territory, Olga will advise and select the best option.
Holidays for families with children and for two. We were with my husband, very satisfied.

I had a rest in October. The most powerful rotavirus, the whole hotel was sick, excursions were not going, because half of the bus did not reach. I'm sure it's because of the unsanitary conditions. Then we understand what will happen.... In this scenario, of course, quarantine should be imposed and the hotel closed, but we understand that this is Abkhazia. It is hard to believe that this sea is a source of universal sufferers, there is a sea in Sochi. There were no such problems there (in Sochi) in October. The food is a dining room, very much for an amateur. I don't recommend it, of course. The room stank of a toilet, the issue is not solvable. Only for fans of extreme recreation.

On cleaning - here there are questions. For some reason, cleaning is carried out on the 4th day of stay , this is very rare, given the high humidity. During this time, the towels are very wet, and they do not dry. This turned out to be the downside of the hotel.
Of the advantages, there are also bathrobes and slippers.
There is also a new fitness room.
In general, the impressions are positive. I think we'll come back.

Briefly, but in order:
1. Beach: sun loungers are not placed, you will have to take them yourself every day and put them wherever you have to. And then all the sun loungers are not always available, while if you put a chaise longue where you do not need it, you will definitely be told about it in a rough form
2. Staff: the cleaner communicated well with us and then exactly to the point when she realized that we would not give her money just like that. The staff is rude, they think we owe them
3. The territory is awesome, but there are a lot of dogs (without aggression)
4. Food: on the second day, both had rotovirus, despite the fact that we constantly washed our hands, treated them with a septic tank. The dishes are dirty. In my opinion, the food is tasteless in general, desserts are about nothing
Features:
1. Drinking water is not freely available. Usually there are coolers on the floors, but not here. Do you want some water? Buy "on the Swedish line" 0.5 for 50 rubles.
2. There is a tour desk on site. The woman is a noble boor.
3. Every morning at about 06.30 and every evening at about 21.00 the electricity is turned off. When the card is inserted, there is a click that can wake us up (it woke us up all the time)

A very good boarding house, fresh renovation in the buildings, beautiful architecture, modern elevators in buildings 1 and 5. A large green area, the first coastline. The beach is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, there are enough for everyone. There are two swimming pools on site, indoor and outdoor, with sea views. There is a playground for children, animators constantly hold entertainment and sports events for both children and adults. Buffet meals, there was plenty of everything. Well, maybe without frills, but you definitely won't stay hungry, you especially liked the breakfasts, freshly baked Viennese waffles for coffee every morning, fruits of several types all the time. I'm taking off the star, since the spa complex did not work on our vacation days, sauna, hammam, repairs are underway there. But definitely if to Abkhazia, then here. P. S. And the rooms are very clean, this is important for many who travel to Abkhazia, daily room cleaning, full cleaning every three days with a change of linen.

The hotel itself is not bad with good infrastructure. New modern building, dining room, restaurant, private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. A newly built SPA building with a swimming pool. While we were there, repairs were still being completed, but it was already possible to visit the pool and SPA.
But that's where all the benefits end. The staff does not work well, either they do not know how, or they do not want to.
The service at the hotel negates all other listed advantages.
We booked a junior suite with a balcony and sea view. In the video from the website, the balcony has a transparent glass fence, allowing you to enjoy the view of the sea while sitting. In fact, they provided a balcony with a solid concrete fence, where you can admire the concrete wall while sitting.
It was only after 2 rounds of negotiations that our room was changed, and then two days later. The table and chairs on the balcony also had to be knocked out.
At the SPA, during the massage, the masseur was just openly rude. We dealt with the SPA manager, after which the massage therapist apologized.
The NART restaurant is open from 9 o'clock, but at 9 there are not even waiters there yet. We waited 45 minutes for oatmeal on the water. In the evening, they simply may not come to your table, although the load is not full, we just left one evening without waiting for service.
The Swedish line is delicious in principle, but whether it's the food or the water, we each poisoned ourselves 2 times.
In general, the impression of the rest was terrible, we were going home with joy. We will not go there anymore and we do not recommend it.

And she said from the crib that she would not provide and had every right not to settle us. It took a lot of time and nerves, the little child already wanted to sleep. As a result, we settled in, but we didn't want to arrive there anymore. Everything could be solved with one sentence: "we will now call Alian and clarify everything," we were rudely told that we still have to make concessions. There were 2 girls and 2 children. The guys at the reception watched the conflict and rolled their eyes, clucking, instead of calling the crib. The trainee girl just picked up everything quickly and heard us. The maids are responsive, this is the question of one adult woman who actively did not hear the rules of accommodation, as she told in the concentration camp. The next day, we asked to contact the manager, since we were not going to stay here on principle, Aliana said that all the data was transmitted. The manager apologized, but the children saw it all. We tried to leave the hotel for the whole day, 4 days were ruined. + the whole hotel is suffering from rotovirus there, the pool is warm-children. We got sick on the last day in pm. The room smelled of cats, very unpleasant smells in the bathroom. nodes. But the overseers are everywhere, I repeat, like in a concentration camp, if you take too much in their dining room, where you didn't want to eat. Before that, we were in other places in Abkhazia, there was no such attitude. Queues outside the cafe with a swear word (if you take more than 2 cups, the crowd is raging), wooden pears, cherries each 5 with rot. The waiters are young, not experienced, not well-mannered. (They clean the table when you eat and can dump food from dirty plates on you) I saw a rag fall to the floor, was picked up and wiped the tables again. The sun beds are always busy in the morning, towels are hung out by the pool as well. A separate topic is rotavirus! A lot of people get sick, fever, vomiting, diarrhea. Buffet meals:the choice of dishes is quite diverse, fruits in sufficient quantity, desserts are simple (cupcakes, biscuits, waffles, jelly).
The staff is helpful. The room is clean, linen change in 3 days. But the toilet room in the room is small and uncomfortable. The territory is gorgeous. The beach is very close. There was animation. There is a playground for children, table tennis.
The rest was wonderful, but there was an intestinal infection, we were ill for a day or two.
The location is convenient. The boarding house is located almost in the middle of the old and new Gagra
I recommend. I would like to come here again.

A wonderful sanatorium, with a well-groomed territory, on which there are many palm trees and flowers, a gorgeous swimming pool, a pleasant beach, Parking, playgrounds, several restaurants, one of which has a buffet for hotel residents.
We "smiled" at the events held in the pool-morning exercises, aqua aerobics - a solid positive!
Clean, beautiful, smiling staff.
I really liked it!

I do not recommend using the word at all! No events after 20:00, although there was other information on the website. There is a female supervisor at the entrance to the dining room. You can not carry bags, water is only paid. In the dining room, everyone is poisoned with low-quality and bland, absolutely tasteless food (personally, it took me a day without food and a bunch of medicines to recover). Upon departure, leave the room in advance, because you will wait 15 minutes for permission from the reception (what if you stole their priceless hanger or bathrobe). The renovated boarding house. The old houses are like toys: clean and tidy. New building: 8 floors, all spacious rooms overlook the sea. The park area is impressive. The outdoor pool is located in a palm grove. There is a Caucasian cuisine restaurant nearby, from where you can, at your request, bring soft drinks, ice cream, snacks. In a separate building there is a medical and massage center with spa treatments and an indoor swimming pool with a terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. Private beach with umbrellas and sun beds.
