We had a rest in September 2022. We were accommodated in a new building. Everything is new here, furniture and beds, there is a kettle and tea accessories, bottles of drinking water were brought into the room every morning. A third person can be accommodated in a double room if necessary. However, the bed will be very hard and not comfortable. The staff is polite, the rooms are clean, cleaned once every four days. We had enough. The food is delicious, almost homemade. There is a parking lot. Your own beach, free sun loungers and beach towels. Entertainment includes morning exercises on the beach, a cafe with live music, a restaurant, volleyball, table tennis. We liked it. I do not recommend excursions. It was very annoying that 60 percent of the time from the announced excursion was taken by trips to wine and cheese markets.

We had a great vacation in Nart. We drove at random, the reviews were contradictory. But we were lucky, we got into a fairy tale!!!
I'll start with nutrition. The dining room is large, pan-paned Windows, sea view, solid wood furniture, tables and chairs, air conditioning. A chic buffet, breakfast, lunch, dinner. A varied, very tasty menu. Eat what you want and as much as you want!!! Salads, first courses, hot dishes (meat, fish, cutlets, etc.) vegetable side dishes, fruits, fresh pastries!!! Polite service staff!!! I want to say right away that we are very picky about the quality and
the taste of food, but in a sled, all the food is 5+
The beach is private, large and clean, umbrellas and sun beds, beach towels are free!!! Pebble beach, sea entry, large pebbles, take special slippers with you. The sea is clear, there are only 100 steps from our 4th building. Special thanks to the Nart for the chic, comfortable deck chairs, there are no such anywhere!!!
Natra already has 5 buildings. A large area of palm trees and cypresses!!! The fifth building is the newest, it is also the most expensive, the settlement began this year.
We lived in a 4, 2-storey building, standard room, balcony with mountain views. They are right next to each other, the view is gorgeous!!! The room is certainly not large, (with a view of the sea, larger rooms) air conditioning, kettle, small refrigerator, hair dryer, wardrobe, 2 double bed, TV. There is an ironing board and an iron on the floor. Linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
There is a cafe and a restaurant with live music on site. Music in the cafe for up to 24 hours. Who is interested in silence, with the window closed, it is not audible.
Pharmacy, who needs it, from the boarding house to the right, 5 minutes on foot. It is better to go to the market by taxi, 200 rubles on foot is far away. But you can walk.

We had a rest in early September. The price is 105 thousand for two people for 7 nights. What did we get for this money?
1. 1.5 liters of water in the room for 4 days
2. Change of towels every four days
3. The shower cabin is always damp, if you turn off the hood in the bathroom it stinks all the time, we didn't turn it off!
4. Also two samples of gel and shampoo for 4 days!
5. Sour drinks in the dining room (many times I saw that even the beverage container was not washed, but just topped up the drink) . We also made a remark that the drinks are sour, but it's useless.
6. The most important thing is that EVERYONE got into the gut! I liked only the pastries from the food.
7. If you do not come to the beach earlier, then you will find a quest to find a sunbed under an umbrella!

We had a rest with our family at the Nart boarding house! This is the worst vacation I've ever seen. The buffet is monotonous, fermented compotes, there were not enough bowls for the first courses all the time, broken glasses the child almost cut his hand, the staff service in the kitchen is terrible, you must constantly ask to be removed from the table, you beg for napkins, one coffee machine for all guests in the dining room, tables are designed for a large family of 6 people are always occupied by two, three people , how many times did they contact the administration, but there were no solutions, the same problem in the Nart restaurant! The rods were collected at 7 p.m. then they had to lie on the rocks. The pool was also open until 6 pm, after 6 it was impossible to use it. They have a paid children's room of 300 rubles. an hour, animation is the same every day. The lobby bar is something the bartender waited half an hour to drink coffee and he was sleeping under the bar.The whole family got sick with rotovirus, the rest was spoiled, there was no service in the boarding house. One thing is that plus a clean sea and a beautiful territory. The Nart boarding house does not cost 200 thousand rubles for 9 days, a maximum of 30 thousand, and this is only for a beautiful hotel.

The Nart holiday home, where I was in March 2023, left a twofold impression. In the 3rd building, where I was, there was a freshly carried out repair. In the rest of the buildings, as in the entire holiday home, repairs are in full swing, preparing for the season. In the Sled of entertainment because of this, only the dining room (Madina is excellent and thanks a lot!!!) and table tennis in the lobby of the 3rd building. Everything else does NOT work - neither a warm pool, nor a sauna with a hammam, nor anything else. But in the description on the booking site, all this was indicated as valid, and accordingly, these services were paid for. And upon arrival in the Sled, you will find out that you paid for nothing. The room was cleaned every day, towels and linen were changed in a timely manner.
The sea and the nature of Abkhazia are MAGNIFICENT.

We rested in this boarding house from 07.07-07/15/2023. There is no worse rest to be found.
The hotel is disgusting, the rooms are small, there is no cleaning, the drinking water is given only on the 4th day, only 1.5 liters per family.
When booking, they asked for a single bed, as a result, upon check-in, there were two separate beds.We have a child, they asked for a cot, but physically there is no place to put it in the room.
When asked why the beds are separate, the receptionist at the reception only shrugs, in principle, as well as all other disadvantages.
Soap accessories are one name, there are not even toothbrushes.
And shampoo and shower gel are like probes in bags, i.e. it is unrealistic to wash long hair, well, they are given out on the 4th day of stay.
Then it's even more fun, the food is terrible, monotonous dishes, the remains of which are then also put in the next serving.The greens are old.the vegetables are stale, the salads are simply disgusting, there are bitten pieces in the common basket with bread, hair on desserts, the cutlery is half-washed.
There is a swimming pool on the territory that closes at 18:00 in the evening, sun loungers on the beach, the time of use of which was announced before 20:00, but they begin to clean it at 18:30 and then almost from under you.
Children's animation is the same every time, the same songs and dances all week, nothing new.There is a children's room, which is paid 300 rubles per hour per child! horror!
The lobby bar is open around the clock, but this is far from the case.
When leaving, I wanted to drink coffee, having given the child to a paid nursery, we were looking for a bartender for 30 minutes, as a result, who slept under the bar.
Somehow, after making coffee, I wanted to pay, but difficulties arose with this, the bartender does not know the prices for the assortment.
The room cleaning is disgusting, one can say no, the hair was removed in the shower after drying the hair and spent the whole week with us.
Expect clean towels only on the 4th day, as well as soap preparations, it is worth fighting for water, as well as for clean towels and bathrobes.
As a result, the rest was spoiled, the friends with whom we went fell ill with intestines, including children of 3 years old, and we were not left without attention to sores, valeyamsya with the same symptoms.
I do not recommend this hotel, they just threw money away, the staff is lazy, they do not want to solve issues in any way, while only paying, and not for anything.
