Nice hotel in the center of Yerevan. It's not far from the airport. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. The staff speaks Russian, is very responsive and attentive. There is a swimming pool, a gym (small). The room itself is very spacious. A lovely bathroom. Everything is very clean. A pleasant fragrance throughout the hotel. The only drawback is that it was very noisy, because we had a restaurant right under the windows, therefore very loud music. But this does not negate all the advantages of the hotel. Probably , the only good thing is the proximity to the city center . The rest is not so pleasant: the place is very noisy, the noise is round the clock; plumbing and furniture are extremely "tired", worn out to the last; old baby-sized dressing gowns and a toy hair dryer just made me laugh. At the same time, all household cosmetics were decent, in good quantity and quality. The breakfasts were full of fruits, but the rest was touched by amazing modesty and average quality. I was surprised by the resettlement policy - first they will give you the worst room with a smile , and then they can change it for something else as a favor. The main advice is not to agree to settle in rooms on the 1st floor, ideally no lower than the 3rd and with Windows facing the courtyard. And to enjoy the sauna or hammam, ask the reception to turn on the baths in advance , 2 hours before the visit. Some nuances and problems , not suitable for 5* ! But, of course, it is possible to adapt. Since June 1, the hotel has a new management, so I would like to hope for improvement! I wish you good luck 🍀

A very good hotel, I was there with a large company of 7 families and everyone liked everything, and my dad has been there 5 times already,the price is good,the staff is very cool, the receptionist was very nice and advised my friend and me a cool store,the food is delicious and a large selection for breakfast,the location is excellent, in the very center, if you visit in this hotel, go to the restaurant opposite and order chocolate khinkali. It's GORGEOUS.

The hotel is located in the heart of Yerevan. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious rooms, snow-white towels. The pool is open around the clock, high, after walking around the city, swim in the evening and visit the sauna. The breakfast is great! A continental European breakfast has been added to the traditional cuisine, if desired, you can start breakfast with sparkling wine. For us, a birthday greeting from the hotel, a cake was a pleasant surprise!! Not a small cake and a lot of candles, but a big cake and one candle is delicious!!! Thanks to the pastry chef and the hotel manager Nana for organizing the birthday of my soulmate ❤

The hotel has left very contradictory reviews. The key question is whether I will return to it - most likely not.
We stayed in October for 3 nights in the Junior Suite.
On the positive side, first of all, I would like to mention the staff - they are great. He tries very hard to help, helps where he can... Beyond praise. On the other hand, my wife gave her a cake with a candle, guessing when we were in the room. It was very pleasant.
The location is also not bad: everything is close. But it is difficult to park a taxi.
The sound insulation is not bad, but no double-glazed window will save you from motorcycles. On the first night, until we felt the Armenian hospitality, it was difficult to fall asleep, then we couldn't hear the crunches, because we fell asleep instantly.
Now about the bad stuff.
The hotel is not 5 stars, I don't know how some booking services gave them this category.
This is the main disappointment.
Chipboard furniture, does not correspond to 5. The bed does not have a 2nd bedside table.
Bath. The bath finishing materials are excellent, but:
1. The heated towel rail closed in front of me and the towel in my hands was burned. We said that there was a problem with him at the entrance.
2. The shower drain worked very poorly. They couldn't fix it in 3 days.
3. The door to the shower room and the soap shelf will soon fall off. Well, not on our arrival.
SPA: the sauna was technically working, but the stove was not warming. It was about 30-40 degrees. The hammam was steaming, but it turned off when I was there, the light went out and it immediately cooled down. I didn't dare go to the SPA area for the 2nd time.

The location is great, but there are rooms with odors in the toilets, in which water flows from the walls of the bathroom and with cracked walls.
At the beginning of the check-in, we came across such a room, I asked to figure it out, at the reception they sent a person to fix the toilet several times, but it failed. After demanding to change the room, they gave me a new card, but it did not open the door of the new room. It turned out that the person at the reception who was replacing another employee did not know how to do this. I went down 3 times and after 20 minutes I finally entered a new room.
And there's a toilet with mold under the sealant, I demanded to replace it and it was replaced the next day, but the fact remains.
I also want to say that the staff is very friendly, the restaurant is good, I hope that the control and quality of the rooms will be put in order.

DON'T WASTE MONEY AND NERVES! The hotel is 3 stars! Terrible and incompetent staff led by the manager of Anahit! The room is dirty, the covers are lying around! But most importantly, we booked a superior with a view of the city, and moved into a room without windows, but with a door to the technical roof, where the ventilation smells of food and the hotel staff immediately smoke right in front of the door of this room! At 5 o'clock, there was no manager or manager in place, the administrator could not do anything for 1.5 hours, we were tired waiting and could not take a shower. At first they said that the hotel was overcrowded, then there were 2 standard rooms after 1.5 hours. That is, they offered to lower the category!) the cherry on the cake turned out that the air conditioner does not work in the room, or rather only warm air, and there is nothing to breathe, if you open the door, it stinks from the roof. Of course, we went to the neighboring hotel with a scandal, which is very cool by the way!
No one apologized. In 2 hours of hassle, they also withdrew money for half a day for this room and the next day, when the manager deigned to arrive at 11 a.m., she also did not apologize and upon request to refund the entire amount for the room, they were refused!

Отличный отель в самом центре!
Внешний вид простой, но приятный, со вкусом!
Персонал компетентный и внимательный, обслуживание радует.
Но главное - расположение в самом сердце Ереване, в шаговой доступности от площади Республики и совсем рядом с Северным проспектом! Гулять по этим местам (для меня особенно ночью, когда уже мало людей, а летом не так жарко) - одно удовольствие!
И при этом гораздо дешевле конкурирующего отеля известной сети, находящегося практически там же (в 2 шагах)!
Рекомендую!

The hotel was tired 10 years ago. All the plumbing is dead. All faucets pour at random. There is no toilet at all in the spa and the shower does not work. 202 room the siphon from the sink pours into the floor. The smell of damp and mold.
Ow!? A hotel... a bathroom and a tired toilet in 2024? Are you serious?

The hotel does not stand up to any criticism!!! We settled in the junior suite!! Without a window !!! With access to the technical roof !!! Where the ventilation and air conditioners are located ..dirt, dust , and smoking staff . The air conditioning in the room also did not work. It took a long time to decide on the replacement of the number .. the staff is completely incompetent! As a result, we left the hotel!! With the loss of part of the payment !! I will not recommend this place to anyone!!

Удобная локация отеля, самый центр Еревана. Приятный глазу интерьер, сочетающий в цветовом решении тенденции в целом города. Сервис выше всех возможных похвал, не успели припарковаться к зданию гостиницы, нас уже встретили, проводили на ресепшен. Сердце Националь - это его вежливый, высшей степени эмпатичный, всегда готовый решить ваш вопрос персонал. Удобно, комфортно, быстро, вкусно и в удовольствие, так располагает клиента, чувствующего, что в нём видят дорогого гостя!)

Only the location is good. Breakfasts are scarce, there is no sound insulation at all, it is cold in the pool, poor customer orientation. Upon check-in, they were given a simpler room, not the one that was booked. The windows let in all the noise from the street. It's not worth that much money! I do not recommend it.

The service is like in a roadside motel at Ashotik , noise and din from all the cracks , there is no insulation noise at all , everything is old , dirty and dead , mold is all around , it 's generally better not to even go down to the spa , fungus is everywhere and nothing works !!! Расположение отличное, удобное. К персоналу претензий нет, очень клиентоориентированные!
НО!!!!! Окна словно из картона. Так как располагается на пересечении оживленных улиц + бары, рестораны рядом, слышно все!!!! Заснуть тяжело! А город долго не засыпает в пятницу!
И по поводу того что в отеле не работает ресторан - об этом надо оповещать заранее. А еще нам повезло и не работал Wi-Fi весь день! В планах было поработать и вечером с детьми поужинать, но все рухнуло.

Нам понравилось в этой гостинице. Вежливый персонал, хорошая кухня.
По утрам на завтраке было очень приятно мидитировать глядя в панорамные окно. Близко от гостиницы находятся самые популярные рестораны.
Так как отель находится в самом центре города, то, конечно, от шума ни куда не деться. Однако это почти не мешало нам прекрасно высыпаться. И ещё мы с удовольствием пользовались бассейном. Вода была комфортной температуры и почти всегда мы были там одни.

Хорошый отель, уборка ежедневная, все обновляют без дополнительных просьб, вежливый персонал. Хорошее местоположение, вокруг много достопримечательностей и прочих заведений.
Из минусов, не закончен ремонт и стоит больше внимания уделить сантехники
