The best teahouse I've ever been to. Very tasty and colorful. I liked everything, gorgeous beshbarmak, the most delicate baursaks, perfectly brewed tea with milk and tail for dessert. And the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is very soulful in the national style.

We came here as tourists. We came from the city of Moscow . The goal was to try the national cuisine.
We took mantas with meat - the filling is not too greasy , very fragrant , but the dough is terrible, because it was clearly boiled earlier , and just warmed up before serving . Therefore, the dough is dry and firm .
We took a besbarmak with horse meat - ideally , very tender and sweet horse meat , but at the same time the broth and dough are salty , so the harmony of flavors is excellent .
We took the traditional air chak-chak- not bad , but in Tatarstan it is softer and melts in the mouth , but here it looks more like crispy brushwood .
The interior is very authentic, soft and warm.
The service is good, solid 4 . I would like to be better helped to choose dishes on request for those who are not familiar with the cuisine.

I was at this restaurant in January 2024. The food is normal, according to the score of 4 (no more). The waiter guys (at least one for sure) are not friendly towards Russian-speaking visitors, there was a clear manifestation of Russophobia. And this is the center of the capital of Kazakhstan, 500 meters from the presidential residence! The service is generally not very good..) I think it is necessary to explain to the waiters that they do not work in the steppe, not in some backwater town, but in the center of Astana, and their behavior should be exemplary so as not to cast a shadow on normal residents of Kazakhstan.

The pilaf is very tasty. The atmosphere of the place is pleasant and relaxing. The interior is a little tired, but if you don't look closely, then it's normal.

The predicted good menu and atmosphere. Alcohol is traditionally expensive, but if without alcohol, then the cuisine will delight with oriental chic pilaf, lagman, mantas and salads. After all, our people know how to make salads compared to Turks in Turkey and Europeans. Sweet surprises in the cafe will also cheer you up and not look like food for the laid-back. How can you be content with fast food or doners when there are atmospheric culinary establishments like Navata. By the way, they work on a franchise and therefore they are equally predictably tasty everywhere.

We escaped from the disgusting Saksaul restaurant, and came to the familiar Navat teahouse, where we were finally well fed, quickly and efficiently served! Amazing Besbarmak, chicken, manti, salads, oriental sweets. The waiter did not make a single mistake, was cheerful and friendly. Cleanliness, comfort and a great mood after visiting the institution.
