While we were waiting for an hour for the car wash to be finished, some inadequate employees or managers of the institution came upstairs.
They yelled at the whole cafe for more than 10 minutes, not being shy about expressions and customers. The staff did nothing to calm them down or get them out. Instead, they gave some instructions to the employees and it became clear that these were either managers or employees holding a higher position.
What kind of disgusting behavior is this? The guy in the video completely forgot where he was and spent 5 minutes hysterically and heart-rendingly yelling at someone on the phone at the whole establishment. An abomination. Educate your employees, and if they have nothing to do with the company, let them go and arrange a circus elsewhere, without disturbing other customers.

Previously, the whole family constantly went to you and there was a very cool service, but something went wrong.
I arrived, got in line 3 times, told the manager Nursultan that I was not a taxi and calmly went to drink tea. 1.5 hours passed, I began to worry that they had forgotten about me, I went up to the cashier Arzu and asked on the radio to ask if everything was okay, she said she was busy and I could go to the complaints department and complain there, I did not want to complain at all, but just to find out how my turn was there.
OK, then I sat down and sat for another 40 minutes and already I went up to Nursultan myself and asked when it was my turn, it turns out he signed me up for the taxi drivers and I just sat there for almost 3 hours.
After that, I asked Nursultan to apologize for the mistake and he smilingly said that he would not do it, I felt sad that so much time was taken away from me and they did not even apologize humanly, I understand there are mistakes, but your staff had to apologize at least.
I hope the management will take action and we will visit you again because I liked your car wash.
